That three golden words came across my mind four years ago when I know in which screwed world I am in. The One piece World, an Archipelago world, ruled by 'the mighty' world government, the world which thousands if not tens of thousands pirates crew run amok, yeah this feels REALLY unreal. But, I can't do a thing at that time because I was just a newborn baby.

But now? hehe, looks like heaven is still give me a way to survive. Today, I'm slightly older than Four years old, almost five, approximately one year older than ace should be in canon and around the same age as Eustass kid. From the info that I got all this time, I'm a son of a merchant that currently temporary residing in the syrup village of the gecko island.

Yup, you're not heard it wrong. It is THAT syrup village of THAT Gecko island, it's the birth land of the 'mighty' Sogeking Usopp!

Now one of the future Yonko, Akagami no Shanks pirates, are currently docking here in this little island and Yasopp's wife is almost ready to give birth to the Mugiwara pirate's sniper.

I'll try to get close to them with Luffy Airhead's style!

Inside a bar in the syrup village,

"Congratulations Yasopp! I never think that you will ever have a son, HAHAHA!"

A red-haired man with a straw hat strapped on his back and a sword on his waist currently partying and drinking with all of his companions, he's cheering left and right with a big mug filled with booze to the brim.

"Hahaha, Please don't tease me, captain. Ever since I was just a snotty brat, we were already in love with each other."

A man with loose black wavy hairstyle smiled helplessly to respond his captain teasing

"She knew that I was striving for freedom and will constantly roaming the wide oceans, but 'till now she still hold upon our promise and wait for me to come back for her. So, am I still a man if I still refuse to take her as my woman?"

Hearing Yasopp talking like that, the crews around him all laughing merrily.

"Yasopp, have you thought about the consequences of having a child in this chaotic age?"

A jet black haired man that pulled his hair back in a ponytail style talked wisely, trying to warn his friends about any future possibilities.

"I have, thanks Benn for the reminder." Yasopp can only smile weakly to his vice-captain's words.

*BOOM!*

"ARE Y'ALL GUYS A PIRATE?"

Hearing a shout from the bar's door direction, the whole Akagami's crew tensed and turned their heads to see who's yelling at them.

"Why're y'all gone silence? are y'all scared of me? cat got your tongue?" a kid could be seen in front of the bar's door tilting his head innocently.

Seeing that the one whose screaming is a little brat, they just brush it off and laughing loudly, the crew's captain, shanks, even rolling on the ground holding his stomach while laughing his ass off.

"Pfft- Bhuahaha, we? got scared by a mere little brat?" one of the Akagami's crew laughing loudly on the ground in the half-drunk state.

"Oi Kiddo, Are you lost? this is not the place for a brat like you to hang out to." A chubby man with a Google covering his eyes barking loudly toward the kid while holding a meat on his right hand and a booze barrel on his left.

"Wha- I'm not a kid! My name is Gid! Victor Von Gideon! and I will be the strongest man alive someday! I'll kick all of your asses off!" The four years old brat just gritting his teeth and clenching his fist hard throwing a tantrum.

"Haha, calm down brat. Here's a glass of milk for you, my treat!" Shanks handing a glass filled with milk to Gid with a wide grin on his face.

Gid accepting shanks 'gift' and drink the milk in one gulp

"Thank you, it's tasty."

"Pffft! Bwahahaha, no matter what you said. you're still a kid right now! 'That's tasty' he said, my stomach hurt..." Yasopp spurting out the booze in his mouth after hearing Gid's 'thank you' then join many of Akagami's crew laughing loudly while rolling on the ground.

"DON'T LAUGH AT ME!"

"My old man taught me to never EVER forget about gratitude! so I said my thanks earlier!" Gid becomes embarrassed, his face becomes as red as a tomato.

"What's your name again? oh right, Gid. Your old man wasn't wrong, Gid." Shanks said, calming Gid from his embarrassing state.

It takes a while for Gid to calm his nerves when surrounded by a bunch of party maniac people that constantly laughing at him, his skin is not that thick to calmly facing crowds mockery. well, not yet at least.

"Say, are y'all guys strong?"

"Hoho~ you got a nerve to asked that kid, you can say that we wouldn't even break a sweat. Not even a bit to taking down a marine's warship or two. What do you think? Are we strong?" Yasopp stood up in response and answering Gid's response, while his answer sounds like he's boasting, but in reality, he's just stating the truth.

"Really... when ya said it like that, ya really sound like boasting." Gid squinting his eyes and looking at Yasopp with a skeptical gaze.

"Gagagaga, He's right brat! it's a fact that we're strong! That man here can take care of a marine captain on his own without breaking a sweat." Lucky Roo who usually just minding his own meal now proudly defending his fellow mate.

"If y'all are that strong then... teach me! teach me how to become strong, just the basic is fine, even just tell me how is fine. I want to become stronger to roam the worlds freely and I want to protect those who I held dear."

The Akagami's crew all laughing, all of them but Benn Beckman and Lucky Roo. Surprisingly, Lucky Roo takes a step forward toward Gid.

"If you really want to be strong, I'll teach you how, but you must not give up and tread your path seriously."

Shanks and Benn Beckman both looking at Lucky Roo in wonder, 'Is he taking an interest in this brat? was the sunrise from the west today?'

"My forte lies in speed despite my body build, so be prepared to see hell kiddo." Ignoring Shank's and Benn's odd gaze, Lucky Roo's grinning sadistically, making Gid gulping his own saliva and started to regret a bit.

Looking at lucky Roo's enthusiasm, shanks couldn't help but take an interest too.

"Hahahaha! Okay kid, until Yasopp's son is born and he's ready to go, I will give you some pointer here and there. I have nothing else to do anyway, but you owe me expensive booze in the future!"

"YES!" gid looking at shank's eyes with an excited gaze, how can he not? who is shanks? He is the future Emperor!

Even the old monster Shirohige doesn't want to go into an all-out battle with him, and the World Government's five elder talk amiably with him.

Thus, Gid's training under one of the future Yonkou, Akagami pirates, officially begin.
