7 Plans

Shiki did have a pirate crew... but they were weak and not to my liking. They were more like Shiki friends than anything else, so I had to start planning for a new pirate crew, who would join my side? well, I was planning on having those with a bounty of 10 million and above join my crew.

A bounty is a reward, usually monetary, promised for the accomplishment of a certain task. In many contexts, and particularly in the world of One Piece, it refers to the sum of money awarded for the capture and/or killing of pirates or persons of interest.

Most of the world's bounties are issued by the World Government—via the Marines—with the intent of making the public aware of dangerous criminals, as well as encouraging civilians to help capture them. The specific amount of a given bounty is calculated by a special department within Marine Headquarters. based on the perceived threat level of a given criminal; the lowest bounty ever given will be 50 to Tony Tony Chopper while the highest is more than 4,000,000,000.

I wanted those with at least 50 million to join my sun pirate... Oh, I came to find out that the Sun Pirates were still up and running around. So, they became my number one goal to join my crew,

"Should we not have a Jelly Roger?" Shiki asked while controlling the island to float slightly down, so we could see the land below through the clouds that surrounded the island.

"Later, do you have a vivre card," I said calmly, to which Shiki reached into his clothing, and after a moment, he gave me a card. This was known as Vivre Cards, also known as the "Paper of Life", which are a special form of paper made in the New World.

A Vivre Card is a piece of paper made from a person's fingernail clipping. At first glance, it is indistinguishable from ordinary paper. However, it is completely waterproof and fireproof, though it can be torn. The pieces can then be given to a friend whom one would be separated from.

The torn pieces will point to and move towards each other no matter where they are in the world, allowing one to always be able to tell which direction the other person is in. However, it does not tell the distance or about any obstacles that might be in the way. True to the name "paper of life", the life force of the owner, the person whose fingernail the Vivre Card was made from, is reflected on the paper. If the life force of the owner is weakening, the card will begin to burn away. It will grow back to its original size if the person recovers, but will disintegrate completely if they die.

After getting the paper, I left to go travel the sea to search for the sun pirate, I just gave Shiki the order to capture any pirates he saw on the sea below. I had him avoid making enemies with another emperor, not because I was scared but because I saw no reason in making enemies for no reason.

I shot off into the sea, Shiki island always followed the sun, so it was never dark there, although the other side of the island was dark. I went on to fly until it was noon for me, which allowed the solar energy I absorbed to be far greater, but it also allowed my cells to enter a state where they might overload, forcing me to hide within the shadow until they break down the energy.

'From what I remember of the Sun pirates, they were groups of fish men who were once slaves... they would also save a girl who would soon join The Revolutionary Army... I think Fisher Tiger would be shot to death, Once he tries to return her home... no, he could have lived by taking blood from a human, but he refused.' I thought calmly.

Fisher Tiger, a man who climbed the Red Line and went on to fight against the Mary Geoise and attacked the holy land to free the slaves from the World Nobles, Due to understanding them as fellow slaves, Tiger did not discriminate against the humans and freed slaves of all races there. Among those human slaves were Koala, Boa Hancock, and her two sisters, Marigold and Sandersonia.

With the Fish-Man slaves he freed, Tiger changed the shameful hoof mark branded on himself and them, which signified slavery, into a symbol of a sun. He also took them in as part of his pirate crew, creating the Sun Pirates.

The Sun Pirates later visited an island where a former slave named Koala resided. The inhabitants there had no way of returning the girl to her homeland so they asked the Sun Pirates to take her and they agreed, taking her on their ship.

When the Sun Pirates finally reached Koala's home, Foolshout Island, Tiger escorted the girl to her village. After Koala was reunited with her family, Tiger bid her farewell. Not long after leaving the village, Tiger learned that the citizens there betrayed him by reporting his presence to the Marines, led by Rear Admiral Strawberry, in exchange for overlooking Koala being the property of the World Nobles. Tiger was shot many times, and the Sun Pirates' ship was destroyed. However, the crew managed to steal a Marine battleship and escaped. One of his crewmates tried to give Tiger a blood transfusion with a pack of human blood they found on board, but Tiger refused it, being unable to accept the thought of surviving on blood that is tainted with humanity's hatred for Fish-Men. This led to him dying.

I knew who Koala was, I just didn't remember her name. I honestly had no way of finding her, I could only travel from island to island, asking if anyone had seen a red-skinned fish man, and hoping any of them had clues. I didn't know what sea to go to, this world was large, and although I was faster, that was even more so with the sun fueling me, it was nearly impossible

But I didn't just search for the sun pirates, along the way I saw many pirates with bounties of at least 100 million, and I had them join my crew... of course, they needed a good beating to submit, until they were thrown onto the island, where they were shocked to find Shiki to be my right-hand man...

So, time passed, and soon I sat on my sun reading a newspaper which had a picture of me, and my new bounty. a bounty of 500 million.

"Well, I warned them," I said softly, I told them not to put a bounty on me, and they went as far as disrespecting me by making the bounty so low. 500 million? I never felt so disrespected in my life, I was priceless.

Although I was a pirate, I didn't see myself as such. I wanted to travel the world, pretty much be free like the birds in the sky. This was a whole new world, it would be a shame if I just sat back and did nothing. I had to travel, but now I looked like I was an enemy of the Marines...

I couldn't help but smile, I should create something similar to what that clown would create in the future. something that would put bounties on Marines, rewarding them for capturing their heads... I'm sure a few emperors might like this idea.

Flipping through the newspaper, I frowned when I came upon news that showed how a fish man had attacked an island. Luckily there was a Rear Admiral there to stop the fishman. I clicked my tongue seeing I was too late, but it seemed like the sun pirates should disband after this, although there were powerful crew members on board that ship.

But I would be pretty much stealing from Luffy at that point, and I was too lazy to have to deal with the hatred they have towards humans after all that. Sighing, I left, flying towards the island which I called the Sun Island,

"Captain, 3 new pirate crews were captured, they are lucked away and just waiting to be broken." A man quickly ran over to my side as soon as I touched the ground, I nodded at his words while heading toward the center of the island, where Shiki was currently dealing with the prisoners

"Have the island float back up to its original place... the sun pirates were destroyed. Also, I want to get into someone who works with the newspaper, I have something I want to announce to the world... although not now. maybe in a few years." I said with a smile, making Shiki confused, but he just nodded while the island floated, returning to its original spot in the clouds.

"What is our number?" I asked a young man who was currently wearing a suit, this was a pirate from the Suit Pirates. a pirate crew that although were pirates, took pride in the fact they were gentlemen and not crazy men. if they killed, they killed with class. if they stole, they stole with class.

"731 crew members sir. Many of them are currently learning the basics of Haki," Former Captain of the Suit Pirates, Levi said calmly. I nodded slightly at the large numbers. Some pirate crews could have upwards of a grand fleet of a thousand people, with a few days going by and both me and Shiki just picking up those pirates we came across, was it not clear how we could upmass such a large number?

"Shiki, we need money. And I mean a lot of it, at least a few hundreds of billions of barries." I said calmly

"That is not a simple amount of money. what do you want to do with that?" Shiki asked with a frown. that was indeed not a small amount of money I was asking for. Back on earth, it was like one asking to just become a multi-billionaire out of the blue.

"Well, I plan to put bounties on the Marines since they are putting them on me... I was also thinking of seeing if some emperors are interested." I said causing both Levi and Shiki's eyes to widen in shock. they looked at me as if I was a madman,

"Just because your strength has improved in these couple of days doesn't mean you can take on the Marines... at least not yet." Shiki has noticed my strength improving. this is because my cells have absorbed enough solar energy to keep shattering their limits, I was now strong enough that even Shiki attacks couldn't cut through my skin so easily. Pretty much, he would need his best attack to reach my flesh.

Remember how the last time we fought his attacks reached my bone? yet I was walking around without a single scar? A few hours after that fight, I fully recovered as if nothing had happened, which even shocked me at just how powerful my recovery speed was.

"I know, i'm not saying now. but in due time." I said with a smile, with my strength, I should be able to defeat someone like the 3 Admiral in a one-on-one. I was a level above them, and could even now give Garp a good fight if he was fighting all out.

"... what do you think about being a warlord?" Shiki asked, confusing me slightly. Shiki gave me the newspaper only to see that the warlord system was up and running, I was just not up to date with this information... well, more like I didn't care to. Already, Boa Hancock was a member.

"I see... let's first go meet with Big Mom. I have no interest in being a warlord," I said with a sigh. A warlord was just a pirate working for the Marines, and because of this, they had some right to do their wrongdoing.

"Should I expose mom actions? Well, it might lead to the already cracked relationship between her and dad to grow into a full-blown-out battle." I said while rubbing my chin in deep thought. If Luffy inherited most of Dragon Good, I inherited I guess a balance of my dad's good side and my mother not so righteous heart.

I should pick a time to meet her, it has been like 7 years since we last met. After Luffy's birth, the two had a battle that just made her leave, never to be seen again. but since I knew the anime, I knew what she had been doing all this time.
