Chapter 79: The Stranger I

...........

Somehow, that same sentence was uttered by someone else near at the same time... It was Sengoku, the Fleet Admiral of the Marines, "I Just Don't Fucking Understand!??" He blurted out as he eyed a newspaper.

"Bwahahahaah Wahahahaa! The chicken went ahead and did it! Bwahahahah!" Garp couldn't help but burst out laughing, punching the table a bit too hard... He accidentally broke the ground.

Before the people around could fall down, a ground of solid ice formed beneath them, its source being an incredibly tall, slim, yet muscular man. He has black, curly hair cut to chin length that fans out at the tips, tanned skin, and an altogether lean, long build.

Most importantly, he had a cape only adored by Marine Admirals, "Troublesome." He murmured before relaxing in his chair again. The man was indeed an Admiral, Kuzan or better known by his epithet Aokiji.

"Wait?? You knew something?" Sengoku questioned with wide eyes, looking at Garp in disbelief.

"Huh? Why are you making things up about me?" Garp frowned as he looked directly at Sengoky, "I knew nothing!!"

Sengoku would've believed him if Garp wasn't having such a hard time holding a laugh back, his mouth twitching from time to time as he tried to keep a stern expression.

"God damiitt Garp!!!"

"Why isn't he already dead?" The speaker was an incredibly tall, light-skinned, unusually muscular man.

He has a square-shaped face, very pronounced facial features, and short black hair. He stands at 306 cm, sporting a standard Marine cap, and a crimson, double-breasted suit, decorated with what appears to be a pink rose on his left buttonhole.

Unlike many high-ranking Marines, he does not wear a tie but instead leaves his light red colored flower-patterned shirt unbuttoned, showing his muscular neck and part of his tattoo.

The man was also an Admiral, going by the name of Sakazuki but better known by his Admiral Alias, Akainu.

"After the massacre he has caused, why wasn't he executed on the spot?" Akainu questioned.

Sengoku rubbed his head, feeling like things are about to go very south, "He will be executed in less than three weeks... God dammit Kizaru!!! Wake up!!!"

Sengoku shouted with anger at the scene of someone wandering the lands of dreams right next to him. Borsalino, more commonly known by his alias Kizaru, is an admiral in the Marines.

He was an incredibly tall, relatively slim man, roughly the same size as the other two ex-admirals Aokiji and Akainu.

He is of middle age with a moderate amount of wrinkles on his face, short curly black hair, and a very thin beard.

His outfit consists of a yellow striped suit with a Marine coat draped over his shoulders like a cape, with his arms not in its sleeves, "Akhh mammannu wake." Kizaru responded.

Sengoku wanted to do something he would regret. Being the Fleet Admiral is way too stressful, especially as he looked through the newspaper again.

The newspaper's main and only subject is the Fall Massacre. It has a story of how the World government itself sought to eliminate the Pirate known as the Stranger for an unknown reason.

The story was very obscure as much to the relief of the World Government, the fact that the Fall Massacre happened because of the blueprints of Pluton wasn't something mentioned in the story.

But everything else was told, and there were even photos of the massacre, of the bodies, of the destruction, of everything.

It was the story of how a frail person was able to completely eradicate the Buster Call!! Even more, he was able to eliminate some of the World government's best men.

He basically made a joke out of the Marines and the World Government, and the world got to see it all.

The pictures shown in the newspaper were... Interesting to say the least. There were even pictures of when Seizon No Hono was falling from the sky, and when it fell.

Most importantly, the newspaper talked about The Fall Massacre, the painting. It was made very clear that the painting was made after the Ship fell.

So it made everyone wonder how there were a few blurry bodies painted in there, looking very similar to the last picture with all the Cipher Pol agents scatted about in a bloody mess.

It was almost like Yovan predicted what would happen and painted it before it did, or perhaps he was just confident enough that things would go as he wished.

Either way, the most important thing was the Fall Massacre painting. It was in Morgans' hands among some other paintings.

The newspaper said that many other paintings were scavenged from Seizon No Hono, and there were pictures of them... Morgans wants to auction them away.

The Fall Massacre was somehow used as an advertisement for Yovan's painting, and the latter must've intended for it to be that way because the paintings were scavenged from the Ship.

No, Yovan handed Morgans the paintings way beforehand because his goal was to make the Fall Massacre an event that'll be known to everyone, an Advertisement for the creation of the Pantheon.

Yovan was thinking a few Countdowns ahead because he truly believed that he survive one or two other Countdowns by himself, but he wasn't sure how bad his misfortune will get in the future.

And his plans for future Countdowns have already started, "Such a thing... Pirates will want the painting just to laugh at us." Sengoku frowned as he murmured.

"They will make sure news of it will stay relevant for ages." Aokiji agreed.

"Hmm, and such an event getting spread throughout the world will only worsen things." Sengoku frowned before eyeing Garp, "If you noticed the chicken, then why didn't you do anything?"

"Because I arrived too late," Garp shrugged, seeming a bit more serious as he realized the severity of the situation, "The Den Den Mushis he was using were Camekos, and you should know that they send what they record to their counterparts, specifically Prokos, so..."

Sengoku frowned but said nothing. Another reason why Garp couldn't do anything to Morgans was because of Dragon. The latter wanted the story to go public, so he would've definitely protected Morgans.

"This news will have a similar effect to the execution of Gol D. Roger albeit at a smaller scale, so we have to be ready," Sengoky stressed with a stern look, "We'll execute him publicly."

Pirates and rebels only need a single push to feel like they can face the world. People would often dive into delusion by their own will, seeking an anchor for their dreams.

Yovan standing against not only the Marines but also the World government will give hope to those who want it, and the sea will surely be chaotic.

"Gu ha ha ha ha ha ha!!" On the other side of the world, an old man laughed loudly, his laugh overwhelming the laugh of those around him, his crew, "It's truly the Youth's time!"

Similar things happened all over the world, except some saw something else, "Hmm? It's odd, isn't it?" A red-haired man commented.

"Em, Morgans, and the Pirate known as the Stranger are likely working together." A man next to him narrowed his hawk-like eyes as he nodded.

"Dahahahahaha! He used himself for publicity! Dhahahaha!" The red-haired man couldn't help but let out a laugh of amusement.

"It's probably something deeper than that. He seems to be quite a dangerous pirate though it's said that he was caught anyway," The hawk guy shook his head, "They'll execute him publicly as a show of power."

Some others were focusing on different things entirely, "Those paintings I want them all! Heh heh hehe heh!" A blonde man laughed maniacally as he eyed the newspaper.

And then there were a few special cases, "I... Prepare the Ship, we'll be heading out to the Impel Down right now!!!" Boa Hancock shouted as she threw the newspaper to the side only to pick it up again.

"Yes!!!"

"Understood!!!"

Her people seemed to be quite excited. As one of the Warlords of the Sea, Hancock can visit the Impel Down without any trouble, so the people of the Kuja tribe were happy as they were expecting her to go there to laugh at him after all he had done to her.

And so, they set out a bit too soon because Yovan wasn't done with stupefying the world. His next move was something only his crew got to know about, including Kalifa.

She was looking through a few papers delivered to her by a news coo. They were papers Yovan told Morgans to send to his crew after the Fall Massacre takes place.

"I will wait, and I will not disappoint," Kalifa murmured as she looked down, trying to hide her tears, something shared by Kaku who received very different papers.

Kaku looked at the papers in his hands with shock, somehow tears slipping out of his eyes... They were blueprints along with a pair of Katanas "Cap! I won't disappoint!!!" Yovan only wrote a few words to him aside from the blueprints... Seizon No Hono will rise again in your hands.
