90 Send Off
"Look, it's Dorry and Brogy!" Usopp pointed at Dorry and Brogy who were standing at the end of the island.
"The small humans who came to this island.." Brogy muttered.
" They have a big reason to go to the next island." Dorry grinned.
" You have protected our honor with your lives, so no matter what will come, we won't let anything happen to your flag! Captain Luffy!! " Dorry declared. Brogy smirked.
" Trust in us captain, no matter what happens, we want you and your crew to keep heading straight! " Brogy declared. Luffy looked at Nami who nodded.
He then grinned. "Got it! I will head straight!" Luffy shouted back.
" We shall meet again someday...." Dorry whispered while he and Brogy took out their weapons.
"Look at that!" Nami while looking at something that was emerging from the waters in front of them.
It was an enormous fish, rivaling the size of even the most massive of Sea Kings. He resembled a typical white-red colored goldfish, with protruding eye sockets and a wide mouth that had a set of large teeth.
Dorry grinned. "So you've come out, Island Eater." He muttered.
" In the name of Elbaf, we will risk our lives to open the way for you!!" Brogy shouted.
Luffy laughed as the Island Eater was blocking their way. It opened its mouth and tried to devour them.
The Straw Hat Pirates stared at it with no fear in their eyes. They trust that their new crew mates, Dorry and Brogy would deal with it swiftly.
"Island Eater. It sure has grown a lot hasn't it?" Dorry asked Brogy with a grin on his face.
"It sure has! They say that its poop is very long and big! They even say it's bigger than an island! " Brogy recounted.
" Gegyagyagyagya!!! Do you still remember when we arrived at the wrong side of the island? "
" It was a very beautiful adventure. When I saw those humans, they reminded me of our past together."
Dorry and Brogy began to swing their weapons back. They grinned broadly and swung it at the same time.
"HAKOKU!!!!!"
When they swung, they created two compressed air beams (Dorry's is blue, while Brogy's is red) that sliced through everything in its path.
*FWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMM!!!!!!*
The Island Eater had a large hole on its body and the sea was split with it. The Going Merry was soaring through the sky, Luffy screamed in excitement.
"WOOHOO!!!!!"
*PSSSH!!!*
They landed back on the sea again. Dorry and Brogy threw away their destroyed weapons into the sea. They laughed as the Going Merry sailed off, leaving them behind.
"GEGYAGYAGYAGYA!!!!!"
"GABABABABABABA!!!!!!"

It was night time, the Going Merry was sailing peacefully through the seas of the Grand Line.
Nami leaned onto the sail pole and sighed tiredly. "I don't know why but I'm pretty tired, can you handle the rest, Vivi?" Nami asked as she handed Vivi the Eternal Pose to Alabasta.
Vivi looked at it silently.
"Vivi, I'm sorry but I have to take a rest now." Nami muttered weakly before collapsing onto the ground.
"Eh?" Vivi muttered before gasping and widening her eyes.
"EVERYONE COME HERE QUICK!!!! SOMETHING HAS HAPPENED TO NAMI!!!! SHE HAS A HIGH FEVER!!! "

Nami was currently lying on a futon with a blanket covering her and a hot towel on her forehead.
Luffy was by Nami's side holding her hand, occasionally getting some squeezes back from Nami's hand.
He had a worried expression on him. No one had seen him that worried before. They were used to his serious expression, but a concerned expression was something else they needed to get used to.
"Nami-swan...." An extremely concerned Sanji whispered as he looked at the bedridden Nami.
"Captain, I've checked every medical book about the sicknesses you can get in the Grand Line. The symptoms all point towards a high fever, but look at this. " Kaya gently pulled up Nami's shirt, showing Nami's left abdomen which had a huge mark on it.
"This looks like a bite mark from an insect. She must've gotten bitten while we were back in Little Garden. " Kaya muttered. Luffy hummed.
" So.... we were the ones who got Nami sick because we explored that island.... " Nojiko whispered.
" Don't say that, Nojiko. Instead of sulking around and being sad, we should be discussing how to find a solution as a team. " Luffy looked at Nami.
" We knew the risks. She knew it too. We should be taking action right now. How high is her temperature? " Luffy asked Kaya.
"40°C. It almost never happens to someone who has a high fever, it may get higher." Kaya added.
" So it's a rare kind of sickness. This is a hunch of mine but do you have anything that says about prehistoric sicknesses that inhabit tropical islands? " Luffy asked Kaya.
" I have! Let me go check! " Kaya ran off to the women's room.
" Luffy..... " Nami whispered weakly. Luffy hummed as he knelt beside her again.
" I think you better go check today's newspaper. Something big is happening. " Nami requested. Luffy looked at Vivi who ran off to go grab the newspaper.
" You're gonna be fine, Nami. Kaya is a great doctor. We're all by your side wishing you would get well soon." Luffy assured her with a grin on his face, making Nami smile.
"Captain."
Kaya came back while holding a book. "I found it. It's called the Five-Day Disease and it is a zoonotic disease caused by a bite from the tick Kestia. " Kaya explained.
" Are you able to find a cure? " Luffy asked. Kaya frowned and shook her head.
" I can't, there's nothing here that says how to cure it. I'm sorry. "
" Don't be, we just have to go search for someone that has more experience with these types of things." Luffy muttered.
"No..... We promised Vivi that we would go to Alabasta.... " Nami muttered weakly.
" I know, Nami. But we can't go there without our cute navigator healthy, happy and ready to fight. " Luffy smiled at her, making Nami frown.
" Your job right now, is to rest. It's the captain's order, so you can't disobey it." Luffy looked at her seriously, making Nami sigh and pout at him.
"Don't worry, I didn't learn navigation from the best navigator in the world for nothing." Luffy grinned at her, Nami smiled a little. He kissed her cheek, making her blush.
"Oi! Don't take advantage of her when she's sick, Luffy!! " Sanji shouted, making Luffy chuckle.
"Get well soon Nami, c'mon. Let's go see what's taking Vivi so long." Luffy ordered his crew. He looked at Kaya.
" Stay here and look after her. Inform me of any developments. Soon enough Kaya, we're gonna have another doctor here and you can finally return to your original role. " Luffy grinned at her before exiting the room.
Luffy immediately changed the ship's course, they were heading south to find a doctor. It was snowing intensely, but no one cared.
Everyone sat around Vivi who was reading the newspaper with a concerned expression.
"How could this happen? 300,000 royal troops have switched sides and joined the rebel group. There used to be 600,000 royal troops and 400,000 rebels. This is the total opposite!" Vivi muttered.
" It's worse than I thought. " Luffy whispered.
" If I can't stop them, Alabasta will come to an end and Crocodile will conquer my country. Right now, all I can think about is getting to Alabasta as soon as possible. If I'm late, 1 million lives will be wasted with no cause." Vivi whispered sadly while looking down at the ground.
"Look, it's a wanted poster with you in it." Zoro muttered while giving Luffy the wanted poster.
"Heh.... Now this is some good news." Luffy grinned while staring at his wanted poster. It was a picture of him grinning menacingly as usual. But the numbers are what caught his eye.

"Oh? They added 50 million more Belly to my intended Bounty." Luffy pointed out.
"You're the son of the World's Worst Criminal, Luffy. It's insulting if they put it any lower than 150 million." Sanji muttered.
" Our bounties would probably increase dramatically too if we take down Crocodile and Baroque Works. " Usopp muttered. Luffy suddenly laughed.
" Shishishishishi!! My goal of becoming Pirate King is getting closer and closer one step at a time!!"

One day has passed, Nojiko was looking through the binoculars when she suddenly spotted something unusual.
Nothing was ever normal when you're in the Grand Line, but this was something else. She looked at Luffy who was sparring with Zoro.
"Luffy!"
"Hmm?" Luffy hummed as he and Zoro stopped their spar.
"Have you ever seen anyone standing in the middle of the ocean?" Nojiko asked them.
" Where? " Luffy asked.
" There. " Nojiko pointed in the direction in front of her. They looked to see a person literally standing on the sea surface.
He was a man who was a bit taller than average. He has wavy lips and a sad expression.
He wears a checkered jester-like green-blue costume with purple lining at the end of the sleeves, a white winter cape with purple lining, that he ties against his chest, and grey buttons, with a light brown bow and a bag of arrows on his back. He has dark green pants, and blue shoes with white buckles.
Usopp who was holding his Ginga Pachinko in a lowered position suddenly clutched his head. It was that same gut feeling again whenever there was something life threatening that was about to happen.
He looked at Luffy who was staring at the person blocking their way with a serious expression on him.
"Captain!! I think something's wrong!!"
