70 Divine Departure

Arlong charged towards Luffy who dodged his attacks easily. Luffy jumped onto the roof of the first floor.

Arlong slammed his hand into a wall and pulled out a weapon. Nami widened her eyes seeing it.

"Kiribachi!" She muttered. Kiribachi is a gigantic sword. Kiribachi is a giant black pole with six shark tooth-shaped black blades on one side, resembling half of a saw shark's snout. Its handle is that of a katana's, but has no guard.

Arlong jumped up and swung his sword at Luffy who jumped upwards to another roof to dodge it.

The sword slammed into the roof, shattering it. Arlong flipped and did the same thing again, by Luffy kept dodging and dodging until he was at the roof's highest floor.

"The left window of the highest floor. The navigation room." Nami whispered. Luffy crashed through the window and landed in a room.

"What's this room? There's so many papers here." Luffy whispered and looked around.

" These aren't ordinary papers! They are the maps Nami spent eight years writing! It's not hard for Fishmen to learn about navigation, but to find a good navigator is rare. She is talented, there is no one stupid enough to let such talent go to waste!! " Arlong declared. Luffy picked up a brush.

" There's a bloodstain on this pen." Luffy commented. Arlong pointed the side of Kiribachi to Luffy's neck.

"Her happiness is to write maps, and that's also part of my dream!! The world will become my empire! I've already accomplished that with East Blue. " Arlong declared crazily.

" Ho? "

" No one can use Nami like I do!" Arlong grinned at Luffy. Luffy grabbed one of the tooth-shaped blades of Kiribachi.

Kiribachi suddenly shattered as Luffy glared up at Arlong menacingly.

"Use?!" Luffy stood up and looked at the pen in his hand. He then took out the knife Nami used to stab herself with. He gritted his teeth and started using Tobu Zangeki with the knife and pen.

Luffy sent out air blade after air blade not at Arlong by the room they were in. Outside, everyone was watching in shock as the top floor of the building was quickly getting destroyed.

Nami's eyes were wide as she saw what was happening. "Luffy?" She whispered out. She then remembered all of the horrible things Arlong put her through in that room, forcing her to write maps, beating her if she got a single thing wrong.

Arlong attempted to grab Luffy's throat but Luffy ducked and continued destroying the room with a pen and a knife.

Nami started crying and covered her mouth. 'Luffy. Thank you. ' She thought while looking at the furniture that was flying out from the room.

Arlong tried to bite Luffy but Luffy stopped him by grabbing and squeezing his face. "I don't care about how strong your species are!! I don't care about how important this shit is to you! I don't care about that at all!! But finally, I know how to help her!" Luffy glared at him.

" I can't allow this place to exist anymore!! I will destroy all of it!!! " Luffy declared and broke Arlong's long nose. He kicked him, sending Arlong flying out of the building and splashing into the water.

Luffy jumped out of the room and dove down. He face planted onto the ground and got up, unharmed.

"Shark on Darts!!!" Arlong shot himself out of the water. Luffy already expected the attack. He dodged his attack and grabbed him by the throat.

He threw Arlong at the building. Arlong slammed into it and cratered it. Arlong groaned as he couldn't move at all. His body was too weak and too injured to continue.

Luffy dropped the knife and pen. He grabbed the grip of his cutlass with his right hand and looked at Arlong.

"I'm going to destroy this whole building with one attack. An attack that will depart the heavens..... "

Flashback....

" Luffy. I'm going to teach you a super attack. " Shanks smiled down at a child Luffy who grinned at him.

" Alright! Let's get started! What does it do!? " Luffy asked energetically. Shanks smirked.

"This attack will destroy anything, even the Gods will cower when they see it in action. It was Captain Roger's signature attack and now also mine. " Shanks explained. Luffy had stars in his eyes.

" Wow!!!! What's the move's name, Shanks?!" Luffy asked. Shanks patted his head.

"Listen carefully now, I won't repeat myself again. "

" Mm!! Ya got it Shanks!!"

Back to the present, Luffy opened his eyes and leaped towards the building. He grinned broadly, widened his eyes and unsheathed his cutlass, holding it in his right hand.

"Divine Departure!!!"

*SHIIIIIIINNNNGGGG!!!!!!*

*FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!*

Suddenly, the tall building was sliced in half. Arlong was missing the exact lower half of his body.

The building slowly leaned back. Everyone watched in anticipation as it kept leaning further and further back.

*BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!*

The building crashed onto the ground, creating a giant explosion, sending rubble and wreckage flying everywhere. Luffy landed on the ground and sheathed his cutlass.

Arlong landed on the ground in front of him as everyone was engulfed in an enormous dust cloud.

Everyone started coughing and started huddling up with each other. Zoro sliced the air and cleared the enormous smoke cloud.

It revealed Luffy walking towards Arlong who was crawling away from him. For the first time in his life, Arlong felt fear towards a human.

Luffy picked up the small knife and grabbed Arlong. He threw him, Arlong grunted as he slammed into a giant pile of rubble.

Luffy appeared in front of him and started repeatedly stabbing him in the chest. "This.... is for the people you've massacred!! This is for the pain and suffering you caused to everyone!!!" Luffy shouted as he stabbed Arlong relentlessly.

"And this is for making Nami cry!!!!* Luffy shouted and decapitated Arlong's head.

He threw away the knife and looked at himself, his hands were stained with blood but he didn't care about the horrifying mess.

All that matters was that the sick bastard was dead.

He started walking back towards the villagers. They all gasped as they saw a bloody Luffy jumping on top of the ruins of what was once Arlong Park.

"Luffy!!!" Nami shouted while having a bright smile on her face. Luffy looked at her.

"NAMIIII!!!!!" Luffy called her loudly, shocking her and everyone.

"YOU ARE MY FRIEND!!!!!!!!" Luffy declared. Nami sobbed.

" L-luffy..... " Nami whispered while wiping away the tears that flowed out of her eyes.

"We won!!!" A semi-injured Usopp declared. He got the injuries from fighting one of the Senior Officers of Arlong. Sanji smiled as he high fived him. Usopp grinned as he high fived him back.

"Gen-san!!" Nojiko smiled as she hugged Genzo who was in a daze.

"Am I dreaming? Is this really true?" Genzo whispered.

" ARLONG PARK IS DESTROYED!!!!!"

The villagers started celebrating loudly. Some were crying while some were hugging or kissing their loved ones.

Luffy grinned at the celebration. "Shishishishishi!!!"

"Stop right there!!"

Everyone stopped laughing and looked at Nezumi who had a dozen Marines behind him.

" This is my lucky day, I had a chance to watch an interesting fight from the beginning to the end. You all are really lucky because no one would believe that the Straw Hat Pirates, newbie pirates defeated those Fishers!!" Nezumi pointed at them.

" Because of you, every single Belly of Arlong will be mine!! Everyone, drop your weapons—

"Zoro, execute him. Let's show the world what happens to people who bite off more than they can chew....."

"Aye Aye Captain....."

Zoro suddenly appeared in front of Nezumi and unsheathed Wado Ichimonji. She instantly decapitated Nezumi's head.

Nezumi's head rolled to the Marines who screamed in horror and started running away from her.

Someone tapped on Luffy's shoulder. Luffy turned around and was immediately hugged tightly by Nami.

"Nami? What's wrong?" Luffy asked her. Nami started sobbing while hugging him. Luffy sighed and patted her back while smiling a little.

"I'm so sorry Luffy..... For everything I've done to you!!" Nami sobbed loudly. Luffy chuckled.

" There there, dear Nami. It's alright.....All that matters is you're back by my side now....."
