67 Backstory
"Arlong is looking for you! There is no reason for us to stay on this island!" Yosaku declared.
" It's been nice knowing you, even though it was a very short time. We're gonna get going now because we don't wanna get killed by Arlong. " Johnny told them.
" Uh huh... " Zoro grumbled while standing beside Luffy who was in a meditative position and sleeping in it.
"I hope to see you again! Goodbye Zoro-aniki!" Johnny waved at Zoro who turned his back towards them.
"You are already strong, so take care!" Yosaku added.
" You too, cowards..... " Zoro grumbled. Sanji snorted as he also stood beside the sleeping Luffy.
"Luffy alone could defeat the Arlong Pirates. But I imagine he doesn't want to do that. He wants everyone to get involved. Ain't that right, captain?" Sanji asked Luffy.
"Mhm..... That's right...." Luffy answered sleepily, making Sanji chuckle at his antics.
"There must be a reason she joined them, right captain?" Kaya who has found and regrouped with them, asked Luffy.
"It's hopeless, there's nothing you can do to change Arlong's system."
Everyone looked at Nojiko. Luffy even stopped sleeping and looked at her. "Mamma Mia.... She's beautiful..... " Luffy whispered sleepily.
" Who's that?" Zoro asked.
" That's Nojiko, Nami's elder sister. " Usopp replied. Sanji had hearts in his eyes.
"Nami-san's sister, no wonder she looks beautiful!!" Sanji was in awe at Nojiko's beauty.
" Please! Don't get involved with our business! I will tell you everything if you leave this island! " Nojiko declared, surprising them.

" Hehehe.... I am Captain Nezumi of unit 16. I want to see Genzo, the chief of Cocoyasi Village. " A man named Nezumi demanded while grinning a little. Genzo approached him.
" I am Genzo, what do you want with us, Captain Nezumi?" Genzo asked him. Nezumi grinned wider.
" Can you take me to the house of a woman named Nami?"

" Just so you know. Even if you tell me about her past, that doesn't change my goal of getting her to fully join my crew. " Luffy answered seriously, making Nojiko raise an eyebrow.
" Don't worry. That's just the way he is. Tell us, we'll listen. However, just as Luffy said, nothing is going to change our minds." Zoro grinned and sat beside Luffy. Nojiko sighed and smiled at them.
" That's why these people give Nami such a headache." She whispered and looked at them seriously.
She started explaining Nami's backstory.
When Nami was a little girl, she and her older sister Nojiko lived with their adoptive mother, Bell-mère. Although they were poor, they were happy, before Arlong came.
Upon his arrival, he demanded that the citizens of the island pay him for their lives - 100,000 Belly per adult, and 50,000 Belly per child. Needless to say, Bell-mère could not pay this fee, only being able to come up with 100,000 Belly. And, although the two little girls were hiding, she decided to sacrifice her own life so that they could live freely. Arlong agreed to Bell-mère's terms, and killed her in front of the two little girls.
Not only that, but Arlong decided to take Nami with him, deciding her cartography skills would be useful.
Later, Nojiko found Nami at Bell-mère's grave as she revealed to Nojiko that she made a deal with Arlong to buy back Cocoyasi Village for 100,000,000 Belly.
"For 8 years ago, that girl has never cried again and never asked for anyone's help because she doesn't want to die like our mother. She was 10 years old, and Nami decided to fight alone in that situation. Have you ever realized how much pain she has been going through? " Nojiko asked them after explaining Nami's backstory.
"Well, thanks for the sob story, Nojiko dear." Luffy then grinned broadly at her.
" But remember, I don't give a shit about her backstory. I want her and only her as the Straw Hat Pirates' navigator. So I'm sorry if that makes you mad, but if it's for my navigator's happiness, I will go through hell for her!!" Luffy declared. He was bonked in the head by Nojiko's fist.
It did nothing to him, but Luffy still grinned at her. Nojiko crossed her arms. "I came here to tell you to not do anything stupid. If you get involved with her, you will make those Fishmen suspicious of Nami and her plan for the past eight years will be ruined! So I want you to stop creating any trouble and hurt her feelings. "

After that, Luffy had used Soru to disappear from the place. He decided to go on a walk to process the story he just heard.
Luffy stopped as he noticed Genzo walking beside Nezumi. He sighed and leaned against a tree.
He saw that the marines were entering into a house that had a Mikan Grove in the backyard.
He hid somewhere close to the house and started eavesdropping on them. He heard a lot of shouting but he can't make out the words quite well. But from what little he heard, he understood what was going on.
The Marines were there to confiscate the Belly Nami had stolen to repurchase Cocoyasi Village.
"Did Arlong ask you to come here!?" He heard Nami shout at Nezumi. Luffy widened his eyes.
"Ah, about that... we're only using the identity as government personnel to do what was supposed to be done to the thieves." Nezumi replied while grinning evilly at her.
" What did you say?! You piece of crap!?" Genzo shouted.
"You are a Marine!! But you have become a pirate's pet!!! " Nojiko followed. Luffy had a dark shadow covering his eyes.
"Take care of them! Don't let them get involved with the search!!" Nezumi shouted.
*BANG!!!*
Luffy widened his eyes as he saw a bleeding Nojiko being dragged out of the house by Genzo. Nami was kneeling beside her while gritting her teeth.
"Oi Nami, do you need some help? I'll call Kaya here." Luffy approached her. Nami growled and grabbed his collar.
"It's none of your goddamn business Luffy!! Get the hell out of here!!! " Nami shouted before pushing Luffy away. She then started dashing towards Arlong Park while Luffy could only scratch his head in confusion.
"She wasn't this stubborn when she was with us." He grumbled before disappearing to get Kaya and the rest of his crew here.

"ARLOOOONG!!!!!"
Arlong looked at Nami who was glaring lividly at him.
"Hm? It's our navigator. What's wrong? Why do you look so sad?" Arlong asked her.
"You used that Marine to take my money away from me right?!" Nami then grabbed the collar of his shirt.
" What's the meaning of this?! You told me you would not break your promise about the money!!" She shouted while trembling a little.
" Break my promise? When did I break my promise?"
" Don't pretend that you don't know! You ordered those—
"Tell me! When did I break my promise?!" Arlong shouted while grabbing Nami's face with his left hand. He and the Fishmen started laughing loudly at her.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!"
