Luffy and Robin were sitting on Pell who was transformed into his falcon form and flying in the air. Their destination? Alubarna.

Luffy had been training in his Armament Haki for an hour straight without a break. His Haki was depleted from overuse and he can't use it again for a set period of time while it regenerates.

A form of Busoshoku Haki that allows the user to use their own spiritual energy to create, in essence, a piece of armor around themself, providing incredible offensive and defensive capabilities.]

Maybe he can use it, but Luffy wasn't going to put it to the test right now. He has a rebellion to stop.

Luffy was also carrying the dead Crocodile with him. The mastermind's death will signify the end of the whole war.

But Robin revealed some grave news to Luffy on the way to Alubarna. She explained Operation Utopia to him.

Operation Utopia was the name of the project designed by Crocodile to dispose of King Nefertari Cobra to take over the throne of the Alabasta Kingdom and acquire the ancient weapon Pluton which is supposedly hidden somewhere in Alabasta, achieving the purpose of creating a 'utopia' capable of competing with the World Government.

The members of Crocodile's crime syndicate Baroque Works were mobilized for this operation. Luffy was curious about this ancient weapon so he asked her about it.

Pluton is a highly advanced warship capable of mass destruction, labelled the World's Worst Battleship. The battleship is said to be capable of destroying whole islands in a single shot.

Whoever controlled the weapon had the potential to conquer the world in the process and in the wrong hands would be dangerous. Likewise, Pluton also had the ability to do as much damage to the world.

Robin explained that several Baroque Works members were assigned to join the royal guard, thus allowing them to smuggle large amounts of Dance Powder into the palace.

To make sure the rebellion was pushed forward, several Baroque Works members joined their ranks, even going so far as to become close officers to Koza, who had later become the rebellion's leader.

Crocodile also arranged for a bomb with a five kilometer blast radius to be shot into the center of the battlefield once the fighting reached its climax and the maximum number of royal soldiers and rebel soldiers were all gathered in one place, killing all the rebels and royal soldiers in one fell swoop.

Naturally, a bomb with a blast radius of that size would itself have to be very large, so it was necessary to hide it and to launch it from very close to the battlefield, and at a high elevation to take advantage of gravity, so it was hidden in the top of a nearby clock tower.

Once both armies were eliminated, it would be simple for Baroque Works to take over the country. Crocodile even rigged the bomb with a timer, so it would still go off, even if something happened to Mr. 7 and Miss Father's Day, the agents assigned to launch the bomb.

"The hell is wrong with him? I'm so glad he's dead.....Where's the bomb Robin?" Luffy asked her.

" It's in the Alubarna Clocktower. He plans to launch the bomb from there, due to the large open space and the close proximity to the Central City Square. In addition to Mr Seven and Miss Father's Day guarding it, there are also snipers positioned there. " Robin explained.

"Thanks Robin. But seriously, why do you work for him if you knew what he was planning? " Luffy wondered.

" That's a story for another day, captain." Robin replied while forcing a smile, making Luffy sigh in his mind.

"We're almost there, Luffy-san, Robin-san." Pell informed them as the two looked at the city below them.

Alubarna is in the northeast part of Alabasta, built on a plateau near an oasis. It is located north of Nanohana and west of Tamarisk. Like several other cities in Alabasta, most of Alubarna's structures follow the conventions of Islamic architecture, such as domed buildings and towers.

Access to the city is done through five long flights of stairs located to the west, southwest, south, southeast and east. The southern gate is considered the main entrance, being the one Koza and his rebel army used to break into the city.

"There's the clocktower. And is that the rebel army and the royal army?" Luffy wondered as he narrowed his eyes to look down at two massive armies.

"They aren't fighting, and is the Royal Army raising the white flag?" Pell whispered.

" They must've found out the truth from Vivi and the Marines. " Luffy grinned and stood up.

"Dive down, Falcon. I'm gonna end this once and for all. "

" You got it, Luffy-san. " Pell replied and started swooping down towards the city.

Down at the battlefield, the rebel army was in shock as they were staring at their leader, Koza who was waving the white flag along with the Royal Army.

Koza wore a blue scarf around his neck, a dark purple jacket that was going all the way down to his ankles, a white shirt with an ornament of some sort hanging on his neck, black pants and a yellow sash around his waist.

"The war is over!!! Everyone please throw away your anger and your weapons!! No one has any reason to fight anymore!!! This was all just a big misunderstanding!!! " Koza shouted while waving the white flag. Vivi was watching from the sidelines while hoping that the war would end right then and there.

"Wait!!! What's that?!!" One of the rebel soldiers shouted as he pointed at a falcon that was diving down from them.

"It's Pell! What now?!" A tall man muttered.

He is a tall, imposing dark skinned man with medium length black hair and a long broad nose resembling that of a jackal.

He wears a long, light-green tunic, revealing his muscular chest, and has two belts around his waist: a striped, pale-red and crimson large one, and over it a purple, thinner one. Around his neck he has a necklace consisting of big golden beads, and he wears a dark-green coat draped on his shoulders like a cape. He carries a massive sword, with a blue hilt and sheath, on his right hip.

He is Chaka the Jackal. He is one of two head guards in the Alabasta kingdom who serves under Igaram, alongside Pell. Chaka was the acting captain of the royal guard in Igaram's absence.

"Pell..." Vivi whispered, then she suddenly widened her eyes.

"Wait, if he's here. Then where's Luffy?!" Vivi muttered and started panicking. Chaka frowned at her with concern in his eyes.

Suddenly, everyone saw someone being thrown off from Pell. The person landed in between the two armies, creating a giant crater.

*BOOOOOOOOMMMMM!!!!!!*

The crash spread dust and sand everywhere, making everyone close their eyes and cough a little.

When it cleared, they all saw a dead Crocodile lying in the crater. Vivi widened her eyes. "Luffy! You did it!!" She squealed in joy. Koza's eyes were widened.

"Who could be powerful enough to kill him?" He wondered as they then saw another person jumping off the flying Pell. The person landed gracefully on the ground beside Crocodile.

It was Luffy and he was carrying Robin bridal style too. Luffy set Robin down on the ground and looked at everybody.

"That guy's right! You guys don't have to fight anymore!! The real mastermind of the war is dead! You can all now live in peace and rebuild the country!! " Luffy shouted. Koza gritted his teeth and pointed at Robin.

" What about her?! Isn't she a part of his organization?!" Koza asked. Luffy grinned at him.

" Don't worry dude, she's a part of my pirate crew now. "

" Ehhhhh?!!!!! "

Everyone looked at the Straw Hat Pirates who looked at Luffy with an extremely surprised expression. Robin smiled in amusement at their reactions.

"Yeah, I asked her to join and she said yes." Luffy explained simply, making them palm their faces.

"Now, what about the rest of the Baroque Works agents? Did you guys deal with them?" Luffy asked them. Zoro nodded.

"They're all dead. It was tough because they're unknown enemies but we got the job done. " Zoro reported.

" That's good. Well, I guess we should call it a day—" Luffy's eyes suddenly glowed bright red as he sensed that someone was intending to attack Koza with his Kenbunshoku Haki.

*BANG!!!!*

Someone within the royal army fired his flintlock at the rebel army leader. Luffy used Soru and appeared in front of the bullet with his cutlass unsheathed.

*TING!!!*

Luffy sliced the bullet into pieces and appeared in front of the person. He sliced the person's head off and sheathed back his cutlass in one movement.

Luffy sighed as he looked at Robin. "I'm guessing that was one of the spies." Luffy said which Robin nodded back at him.

"Thanks....." Koza muttered, still stunned that a normal human could be this quick. Luffy grinned at him.

"Don't worry. And also. Go back to Yuba dude, your old man Toto misses you a lot."

"I will... Thanks for reminding me...."

" No problem! Shishishishishi!!! "
