135 Chapter 135

Josh stared at the vessel he placed on the ground. It was half of his size, with a devil pattern carved on it. The devil seemed to be chained as it was trying to escape.

Turning his head, Josh looked at Enel while holding the vessel, before letting it closer to his body. Once the vessel touched Enel, Enel's eyes shone in white light as they were opened. The light left his eyes, and it got inside of the vessel.

Josh held the vessel and let Enel, whose body was destroyed completely, and shook it.

Josh let his hand inside the vessel and he could feel that he grabbed something. As he took it, he saw a Devil Fruit. Smirking, Josh sighed. "Now, I won't have to try to learn what the exact fruit I need to take the Devil Fruit."

Josh felt that his battle with Enel was worthy. He had gotten a quest. Not only so, but he had Advanced in his Observation Haki to the level he could see the future. With this breakthrough and his spiritual talent, Josh is sure that he can advance in the future.

Hancock and Kalifa were behind Josh, staring at what he was doing.

"Josh… you beat that lightning guy!" Hancock joined her hands together, few heart-shapes appearing in her eyes. She held Josh's arm and asked. "Do you feel hurt? I can take your pain away."

"Yep." Josh only nodded as he stood up.

Thinking about his talents that were upgraded to a high level, Josh thought about the Ability increasing candy, which he has 2 of. He has many talents and a constitution. Josh decided to use them later, on his Berserk Constitution, and the last one should be going to his Spiritual Talent.

But for now, Josh has to complete the object. As Hancock gave him a kiss on his neck, to check his temperature, Josh turned Kalifa.

"You take this," Josh said as he extended his hand to her.

Kalifa caught the Devil Fruit in his hand and observed it. "What's this?"

"It's Rumble-Rumble Fruit," Josh said.

With this, Kalifa would be a real deal plus her Vampire ability. The Vampire contract gives her enhanced senses. With that, she would have better control of something as fast as lightning. It would give him a strong ally who can travel.

After Kalifa stared at it with wide-opened eyes, she decided to eat it. Although she is a trained agent, she couldn't help but flinch at the taste. It was so bad that she wanted to throw up. Still, she held herself and ate it.

Once she was done, Josh handed her and Angel Tear, which she sucked off his finger.

"Now, I am a Thunder Woman," Kalifa said, extending her hand and looking at it.

"Yes. Try it."

"Mmmm…"

Nodding, Kalifa took a deep breath. Her body suddenly shone in blue as she aimed her hand forward. A lightning bolt left her finger and took a tree down. Kalifa pushed her blond hair back and seemed to be excited a bit. Squatting, her legs were covered by lightning. As she used Shave, she turned into a lightning bolt that headed toward the tree, with a very high speed that no one can see. But soon, she hit the tree, which was set on fire, and Kalifa could change the nature of her body to transfer through the tree to its top.

"I also can feel the slight electricity in the air." She said, putting her hand on her ear. "It's perfect for assassination."

"Don't underestimate it. It has an Admiral Level destruction ability." If Josh's memory served him well, Enel had destroyed an island with one attack from this fruit.

"I'll do my best to serve you." Kalifa opened her arms for a hug as she jumped toward Josh before she landed a kiss on his lips as a form of thanking.

Josh only patted the back of her head and smiled. "Now, Let's hope you can get Devil Blood," Josh muttered. That thing is useless for him but it's still Epic, and Kalifa isn't useless at all.

For a Logia user like her who has lightning, a boost from Devil Blood would do miracles to her.

Hancock only patted his back. When Josh turned to her, he asked. "What?"

"Kiss," Hancock said, quite jealous as she stared at him.

Before he could nod, Hancock kissed him passionately. Josh only smiled afterwards, and Kalifa said. "Shall we return now?"

"Not yet," Josh said as he put his hands on his hips and turned his head.

"What is it then," Hancock asked. "Do you want to have quick Snusnu before leaving?"

"No, silly." Josh only smiled as he sighed. "Tempt me later. Now, we have to get a very huge amount of gold."

"Gold?" Hancock raised her eyebrow.

She and Kalifa know that Josh is trading with the Devil for money. They knew why he would need money, they knew that the things he gets are worth more than the money. Hancock believes so. After she had regained her ability to swim, she knows it has a huge worth of her. 'But none of these things are as valuable as the gift in front of me.' She looked at Josh as she thought. Hancock opened her arms widely and hugged him, before kissing him on the cheek. "Alright." She said. "But how are we going to find it. Should we split? We should. Kalifa, go this direction. I and Josh would go this way."

Kalifa frowned a bit, but Josh said. "Don't worry about that. Gold is something related to Greed. And a greedy Devil has all the things the greedy mortals want."

Josh had a better understanding of his demonic attributes. Greed is an attribute, like lust, used to control people through their deep desires. Lust gives pleasure. Greed gives you nothing but an empty stomach and a sense of wealth. Josh was surrounded by a red aura, which had a bit of gold above it.

'I can sense them… every gold, every coin of this place's currency…' Josh lifted his head and said. "There is a snake, and there is a temple. Also, there is a ship made of gold… motherfucking Enel." Josh said as he turned his head to the man lying unconscious on the ground.

Josh started feeling something he had never felt. This man, Enel, had everything in the world. He has beautiful maidens, he has people serving him, he has power, and he has a ship made of gold.

And he had got this just by being a lucky guy who found a Devil Fruit.

Josh lifted his foot and kicked his ribs, sending him flying. "Fucking lucky bastard."

"Sir…" Kalifa said, taking a step back. "Your aura… its colour slightly has changed."

"Joshy…" Hancock said, hugging him. "Are you alright?"

Josh snapped back and looked at his hands. "Yes, I am." His words came out very slow out of his mouth.
