3 Akainu vs Kuzan

"Also Dadan, surprisingly It's the first time in a while I've seen a person taller than you. He looked to be around ten foot?"

"Yes, he was huge. I mean what is more surprising than having a tail and wings."

Wrath was flying really fast, in just a couple minutes the distances he covered would take a small bout about half a day. He was really impressed by it. He thought it would take a while to get to an island but he was already nearing it. He did not know it would move this fast, he just tried to control it to go faster and it worked even better than his expectations.

"This flight is so useful but I am really hungry… maybe I should've just eaten them." He started to regret not eating them but he thought there should be some food on the first island he arrives at.

While he was on his way to the closest island a huge event was happening in the Grand Line specifically the New World Punk Hazard

"Kuzan why are you so stubborn, even though you have no interest in the fleet admiral position you still want to fight me." Akainu looked plainly at Kuzan; they scheduled a battle in this small island because Kuzan was opposed to having Akainu as the Fleet Admiral.

"I am not going to follow your justice, to me it does not hold the true answer. I don't want to work under you either, so let's settle this here even though I don't long for that position. It's better than you having it." Kuzan immediately attacked with a long floor of ice following him, he created a sword with his devil fruit and swung at Akainu.

"Hmm, your choice, I gave you a chance." Akainu did not wait for him to get close and turned his whole fist to magma while dashing toward him.

*Bwaaa*

They clashed but neither side was freezing or melting showing how close their strength was, the whole island was changing in looks. Akainu sent meteors of magma fist from his body at Kuzan, and Kuzan blocked and attacked with his ice spears. It was a very intense battle with both of the sides not backing down.

"Kuzan, I'll ask you once again you can't win against me, just give up!!" Akainu did not want to lose anything more when the marines were just recovering from the impact of the war.

"Heh, no way! Ice pheasant." A huge Blue bird was shot toward Akainu, however Akainu also countered with his Magma dog.

Small amount of time has passed and half of each side of the island has gone through tremendous changes. Just with their devil fruits they were able to change the climate of a whole island and keep it balanced on two different sides.

Back to Wrath, he was very close to his first destination. It took him 10 minutes to come this far, however it was rather generous knowing the fact it will take a lot longer on a boat. He was actually starving at this point, he hasn't eaten anything since his breakfast. And the flight was making him even more hungry, in just 10 minutes he was even hungrier than before.

"Ahh, Ahhh, am I gonna be there anytime soon?? I should pack enough food from this island. Even though it is mostly filled with trees there should be some human inhabitants." He looked pale and was barely energetic, he required a lot of food knowing the fact that his old body's physiques and features followed him, his appetite should also be the same.

Then he saw a small shade from far, it was the island he finally found the closest island. He dashed toward it going at full speed, it was an island filled with just a forest. It did not look like it had any other life forms inside.

"Ok now I should sto—" He was about to stop the flight but he was going really fast and a huge tree was in front of him. He tried stopping but he was so close to the tree and he would definitely hit it if he did not stop at that moment.

"Aaaa, stoppp" he forcefully pushed the air with the wings while bending them little to stop the flight.

*Swoosh*

This caused a huge surprise, the whole tree in front of him was cut down in half. The moment he stopped, near his wings a sharp looking wind formed and shot the tree down.

"Woah, what was that??" Wrath was asked himself while landing, he did not do that on purpose at all. He just tried to forcefully stop the flight and it caused the tree to be cut down.

The only thing that could explain this phenomenon for him was the wings.

'These wings? Is it because of them, why are these wings so useful? If I use that sharp wind against that kid, it could probably slice him in half. What else can these wings do?" The more benefits that came with these wings the better for him, he knew that Luffy was strong and knew any surprise that came with these wings would be a great help with his revenge.

"Let me try it again and see how I did that, I am starting to feel grateful for eating that weird object."

He then floated up again, and then tried bending his wings and forcefully pushing the air again. Unlike last time it was harder since the speed helped him with it.

"Ah, what did I do that time, that I am not doing right…"

He sat down and thought to himself for a while, he was confused. He did not know that wind manipulation was the special ability of his devil fruit and thought it just came with him pushing the air with his wings.

"Hmmmm…."

He guessed maybe he had to push his body back while keeping the wings before him.

He got up again and tried to do it again.

"Yaaaaa"

It failed, it just was not working out for him at all he tried many times. He tried many types of guesses but it was too hard. After trying for a very long time he was about to give up when he suddenly thought of another possibility,

"Is it harder to do it with the wings…. If it is, can I do it with the other body parts of this body? and maybe it might be easier." This was just a possibility like the many others he tried so far.

He got up and took his arm up, bent the hand and slashed the air.

*Swoosh*

It worked!! A sharp slash like air ran through and cut all of the trees in the way. It was so sharp and fast that it sliced all of the trees in the way before they all fell down.

"Yes!! It worked, finally." He was very excited.

While celebrating his stomach started to growl in hunger. While he was practicing he completely forgot about his hunger.

"I feel even hungrier but it's for the greater good I need everything possible to kill Luffy."

He then looked at his hand weirdly while saying to himself: "When I did that it felt like I was controlling the wind…strange, that feeling.. it was like I could do so many things with the wind that split second."
