48 Chapter 48

We split up and started searching the place.

A couple of minutes later, Laffitte called me.

I arrived next to him.

"What is it?"

"Look."

He pointed to the sky.

"I only see clouds."

"Don't you see it, shinning?"

"The clouds?"

"Yes, it has a shining gold color."

"I don't see anything, but let's check it out."

<Geppo>

"Geppo."

We disappeared into the air.

*WOOSH*

We went through the clouds, and when we appeared on top of the clouds, we saw a massive gold bell.

"Is that completely made out of gold!?"

"Looks like it." said Laffitte

I walked towards the bell and saw a blue part with a lot of weird writing.

"Ey Laffitte, do you know what that is?"

"I saw Robin reading something with those weird words the other day. But look at the side of it, there is something written there."

I started reading it.

"Gol D. Roger has been here!"

"Maybe this has something to do with Raftel." said Laffitte

"How about you go and find Robin. Maybe she can read it."

"Alright, I'll go search for her."

*WOOSH*

He disappeared.

(An: Urgh, I'm starting to hate this arc. I forgot about 89% of what happened, and I can't find all the information I want online. Was this a filler arc or something? I just want to steal all their gold and go back to the blue sea.

How much do you guys think that all that gold will be worth?)

'What should I do in the meantime? I guess I'll go check on Ken.'

I started going towards the top of the plant and saw that there was just total destruction and charred bodies everywhere.

'Don't tell me!'

I took out a piece of paper.

'Thank god. He is still alive. But his paper is getting smaller and smaller. Does that mean that he is dying!?'

I started searching the island, and I didn't find him.

'Calm down, Sabo, calm down. There is no need to worry. Just calm down and use your head.'

I put the Vivre Card on my palm and started following it till I made it to the edge of the island.

I looked down.

'That is where our ship is. Maybe he made it to the ship.'

I disappeared and started going towards the ship at full speed. I landed on the ship and saw Ken lying in a pool of blood.

"KEN!"

I ran towards him and fell on my knees beside him. I started shaking him.

"PLEASE DON'T DIE! WAKE UP PLEASE!"

*SLAP*

I got slapped on my cheek.

"Stop shaking me, you idiot! I'm dying here!"

I hugged him.

"Thank GOD you're still alive!"

"Argh, calm down!"

*PUKE*

He started puking blood, and then he stopped moving.

"KEN!"

I quickly took out my Den Den Mushi and called Deuce.

He picked up.

"What is it? I'm busy."

"Ken is dying! He is lying in a pool of his own blood and not moving! We're at the ship!"

"WHAT!? I'm coming right now! Try to stop his bleeding while I'm on my way."

(Funny how Sabo turned into an idiot like Ace and Luffy when Ken is so badly injured.)

I took off my shirt and pressed it on his wounds to try and stop the bleeding.

[2 minutes later]

"AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" x2

I looked at the sky and saw a stream of fire coming towards the ship.

'Ace!'

*WOOSH*

Ace landed on the ship with Mikita and Deuce under his arms.

"KEN!"

*THUD*

He let go of them, making them fall on the floor, and he ran towards Ken.

"What happened to him, Sabo!?"

"I don't know. I went to check up on him, and when I saw that everything was destroyed and that is Vivre Card was fading away, I searched for him, and as soon as I found him, I called Deuce."

Suddenly a shadow portal appeared on the ship.

The rest came out of it, including Zala.

"KEN!" screamed everyone

"Robert, bring him to my office."

He nodded and created a portal underneath us. Ken, Ace, Deuce, and I disappeared into the portal and appeared in Deuce's office. Ken appeared on the bed, and Deuce immediately cut off his upper clothes.

"He has lost too much blood! All of you grab a cloth from that shelf and put it on his wounds! Do you guys no what his blood type is?"

"No."

"I'll check it quickly. Make sure to apply pressure to his wounds."

The three of us nodded and quickly grabbed a cloth and put it on his wounds.

After a minute, he was done with his test.

(An: Btw, I'm not a doctor or even know how any of this works. I'm just using my random knowledge.)

"Does anyone here have blood type F?"

"I have blood type F." said Robert

Deuce put another bed close to Ken's.

"Lie down, and I'll begin transferring the blood after stopping his bleeding."

Robert laid down on the bed, and Deuce started doing his doctor stuff.

"It's better if you two get out. It's hard to concentrate with the two of you staring at me the whole time."

"But!" said Ace

I grabbed his shoulder.

"Let's trust Deuce and wait outside. He needs to focus completely on Ken."

He nodded, and we walked out of the office. When we got to the deck, we saw everyone with worried faces. Even Urouge and Van Augur looked worried.

"How is Ken?" asked Robin

"Euhm…"

"Why does everyone look so worried? It's Ken we're talking about. He'll wake up in no time." said Ace

"Yeah, Captain will definitely pull through this." said Laffitte

Everyone spirits raised.

I smiled.

'Leave it to Ace to raise everyone's spirits.'

"What happened to that Enel guy?" asked Mikita

"He better be dead, or I'll show him what happens when I'm pissed of." said Laffitte with a terrifying look on his face

"You won't be the only one he has to worry about!" said Mikita

"What are you guys talking about? Do you really think that Ken would fall down before defeating his opponent?" said Ace

"Ace is right. We've known him since we were kids, and he was always the last man standing. Except against Garp, I guess, but you get the point."

"Yeah, you're right. I shouldn't have doubted Captain's abilities even for a second." said Laffitte

[1 hour later]

Deuce and Robert came to the deck, and we all immediately surrounded them.

"How is he?" asked Ace

"Don't worry; he'll make a full recovery in a couple of days."

Everyone let out a breath that they were holding the whole time.

"Can we see him?"

"He is sleeping right now. He should be waking up tomorrow, and you can see him then."

I nodded.

[Ken P.O.V.

1 am]

I woke up with a lot of pain.

"Argh."

I looked around.

'It is dark, but I can still make out that this is Deuce's office.'

I removed the blanket from me and saw that I had a lot of bandages on me.

'I knew that I could count on Deuce, but damn that Sabo. Why did he have to shake me like that!'

"Sigh."

'But at least something good came out of it. I met GOD. The one who sent me to this world. He gave me three wishes because I won a lottery. I wished for an Immortal body, unlimited strength, and a system with unlimited points.'

'Who am I kidding. I wished something like that happened. I bet that the one that sent me here already forgot about me long ago.'

I put my blanket back on me and went back to sleep.
