Late at night, Escanor felt really scared. He used to be super strong, known as the Lion's Sin of Pride. But now, when the sun went down, he became weak and afraid. He couldn't protect himself anymore when darkness surrounded him. He couldn't sleep, thinking about how unfair it was that he lost his power when he needed it most.
Sitting in the dim light, Escanor had his trusted axe, Rhitta, next to him. It was like a companion that gave him comfort. Then, out of nowhere, he heard a sharp sound, like ["ding"]! It broke the silence, making him jump in surprise. He couldn't help but shout, startled by the noise. His shout echoed through the walls, and even the pirates outside heard it.
The fearsome Beasts Pirates, who had borne witness to Escanor's overwhelming might, were now on edge, their nerves taut with the thought of what that 'monster' within might demand. They remembered the one-sided battle, a display of power that rivalled even their own supreme leader, Kaido. Whispers spread like ripples in the water—could Escanor, even in his sleep, be beating others and shouting like a madman?
No, it is wrong to call him a madman, as his actions are that of someone noble, even more than those of celestial dragons.
Inside, Escanor closed his mouth tightly, his hands shaking as he stopped himself from crying out in fear.
