Life Of A Bounty Hunter ( Part 1 )

It's been about 2 weeks since I left the island and became a bounty hunter. I met some pirate crews but they didn't have any bounties. I gave them the option to surrender but unfortunately, due to them thinking I was easy prey, they lost all of their lives. Well, I can't exactly blame them if a 5'9 blue-haired kid tells you to surrender in the middle of the ocean, I laugh too.

They tried shooting me but I just cut the bullets apart and sent a large black sword slash that pretty much ended the fight. I made sure none were alive as I want on their ships and cut off the heads of the crew members who were still breathing.

( Note: I made his slash attacks red by accident in the previous chapter but it is black similar to the np in fgo. )

Now I don't like killing for no reason but if it's pirates then I don't mind making an exception. And I wasn't so foolish to let pirates live as they would just continue their crimes and there is a chance one of them could find what island I came from and attack the townspeople. ( His island name is Altis Island. )

As I was thinking about what I was going to eat for lunch, I noticed on the map, there was a pirate ship about 1 mile from where I was. I decided to go hunt them before lunch. As I steered the ship in the direction of the pirate crew, I noticed a couple of devil fruits appeared on the map. I decided I would go get them after I was done with the pirate crew first.

As my ship got closer to the pirates, I noticed their jolly roger, it had a circle along with a panda face on it and two bamboo sticks diagonally behind the circle. I soon remembered the Captain of the crew from the bounty posters. The Captain of the Oreo Pirates is called "Skull Crasher" Bao Tao, a man worth $ 35 million berries.

I made sure I had a collection of bounty posters for pirates in West Blue and memorized them. From what was written in the news, he ate a zoan devil fruit, the Bear Bear fruit - model Panda.

( Note: Although they are few pirate crews in this era, they are more powerful as the crew that survived had more battle experiences with marines and other pirate crews as well considering the Marines didn't have to stretch out their manpower to deal with so many pirates in the Great Age of Pirates. Just consider this an au thing.)

As our boat came face to face, the opposing boat which had a Panda figurehead started shooting cannons towards my boat, I instantly took out Morgan and cut apart all of the cannonballs in half while I used Geppo to kick off the air to reach Bao's large ship.

It was 2 times bigger than my own which I haven't named due to pirates using it before. As I touch down on the ship's dock where Bao was, I used soru to cut up all 12 cannons on the ship. All the pirates saw was a vanishing blue blur that cut up all of their cannons in about a minute.

They tried shooting me but I was moving at speed they couldn't even properly. After I was done cutting up the cannons, I jumped backward and sat down on top of the rail of the ship.

" Alright listen, just drop your weapons and surrender. It will be quick and easy along with no one dying." I said to the pirates as I inserted Morgan into the deck of the wooden ship.

" Fafafafaa... boy, I'm gonna make sure you regret coming onto my ship," Bao said as he pushed away his man to walk up to me, well still 10 feet away from me. He was a very large man nearly the same size as Alvida when Luffy first met her. Similar to Alvida he also carrying a large mac with spikes all over it.

As I looked at him, I couldn't help but think how he got such a large bounty. I guess I know why he named his pirate crew Oreo Pirates.

'Man, how does he even move, well I guess I just take his head, I'm not carrying his 600-pound ass.' Were my thought during our little stare off as he tried to intimidate me, I think. I just looked at him with bored eyes waiting for him to attack me.

As I continued my bored face, it pissed off Bao to the point it looked like his veins were going to burst open.

" MANS SHOOT HIM KILL HIM", Bao ordered his man as he now wanted me nothing more than dead. Around 40 of his men out of 50 shot at me with flintlocks, pistols, and one even had a Gatling gun.

" Increase," I said as the bullets were about to hit me. Morgan instantly grew to 20 feet tall along with now having a width of 10 feet swaying the ship as it increased its size and protected me from all the bullets.

" You guys brought this disaster to yourself," I said to them as they ran out of bullets and I had Morgan return to it's normal size before I attacked. I charged at them using soru eluding their pathetic attack.

At this point, they pretty much knew they had no chance. After a couple of minutes, I sliced away about 20 necks from their bodies. As I sidestepped away from an idiot who tried to punch, I noticed Oreo was going to transform.

I waited for him to finish transforming into his hybrid form while I slashed the idiot who tried to punch me in half. Those who were still alive didn't even try to fight and pretended they were dead or jumped to the sea.

" Letting me transform is the worst mistake you could have done. Fafafafafaf, I hope you're ready to die." Bao said in his hybrid form as he noticed nearly all of his subordinates killed.

His hybrid form was 14 feet tall with white and black four covering nearly all parts of his body. His legs were transformed into large panda legs while his arms grew bigger as well with black fur covering his arms except for his hands as they stayed normal. His head turned into that of a panda while with white fur but his mouth stayed normal.

He dashed at me surprising me with his speed as he swung his mice with his all strength creating large amounts of wind as I dodged his attack in midair as I sent out air blades towards him but he blocked most of the air slashes with his mice but after it took a couple of hits it was broken into pieces.

I put Morgan back into its scabbard as I wanted to test out my physical strength. I launched myself at him punching him in the face which he tanked pretty well as he hit me right back in my face. I let him hit me as I wanted to test out my durability knowing Bao doesn't have to power to kill me in any way. I let him hit me 20 times as hard as he can.

" Fafafafaf, die you brat," Bao said in joy as he thought I couldn't just fight which soon I proved wrong. As he tried to punch in the face one more time, I grabbed his fist hardening my right arm as it turned very light black as I demolished Bao's left arm. You could probably hear his screams from the other side of the planet as he started crying and rolling on the deck of the broken ship.

" Oi, from your list of crimes you have done, this isn't enough to atone for your sins, you know. Rape, robbery, destruction of several towns, death of several thousand people. Someone of your level won't be sent to Impel Down so it's best to kill you here." I said to him in a cool voice as I put Morgan near his neck. As he begged me not to kill him, I sliced his neck off in an instant as I moved out of the blood gushing out of his neck.

' Looks my body can handle most brute attacks as Bao punches and kicks didn't break any of my bones. From my estimate, my body should be able to hand most attacks from anyone that's at one rank above me on the power scale.

' A dead bounty is worth 30% less than an alive one but right now I'm not that worried about berrys. They are multiple ways to make money quickly but saving money early a pretty good idea considering my plans. ' I thought while going around slicing each of the pirate's necks from their heads.

After that, I found a large rag bag inside one of the cabinets of Bao's ship. It took me about 5 minutes to identify those who had bounties and put their heads inside the bag. Some of them even had bounties around 2-4 million berrys As I air walked back towards my ship, I set fire to Bao's ship as I took everything valuable inside the ship.

As I watched the ship drown into the sea from it burning down, my body healed all the bruises I suffered in the fight. After I watched the ship drown into the bottom of the sea, I started sailing the ship towards an island that has a marine base on it about three hours away from here.

The island on the map was called Tranquil Island and from what mom told me dad was the captain of the marine base on the island. Dad made sure the base was free of corruption and before he retired and made one of his close trusted commanders the Captain of the base. Turning in the bounties probably won't be big of a problem. And seeing where Dad worked is pretty exciting as well even if I never met him.

As I steered the ship towards the harbor of the island, I finally got a good look at the marine base and the island itself. The island was a medium-size one with a few mountains on it. The first thing you would notice on the island is a large blue tower with Marine written on along with two smaller blue towers along with a wall surrounding the three marine bases. Around them was the town of the island, it covered pretty much the whole island.

As I docked the ship into the harbor two marines came up to me before being shocked a little at my age before they noticed the bag I was carrying which was dripping with blood.

" Hey kid, what's with the bag your holding there." The marine with the gun asked as that was their job. They were to identify any ships that docks in the harbor. I just open the bag and showed the " Skull Crushers" head as it freaked them out and made the younger one fall to the ground. It took me a couple of minutes to clear up everything with the two before I was allowed to go to the base. I followed the two marines to the base as I asked them to not explain the same thing all over again.

" Hey brat, your last name wouldn't be Ancologia, would it." The older marine asked me to which I replayed that Im his son. He explained to my dad was his direct superior before he retired. We talked about what dad after he left the Marines. As we walked towards the base, some of the older people who were walking the streets kept looking at me as if they saw a ghost. I guess dad was pretty popular on the island.

Some of them even asked me if I was his son to which I answered everyone as it was getting quite tiresome to answer. About 4 minutes later, we finally reached the main base which was where you exchange bounties. I was to be questioned by another marine but this time Leo handled it as I want inside the base where there was a female receptionist that dealt with the bounties.

"Hello, how may I help you? " The receptionist asked not minding my age. I guess since she probably dealt with young bounty hunters before or she has just seen worse. I showed her the bag filled with heads as I told her I wanted to exchange the bounties. She asked for my name which when I told her surprised her a little before she had told one of the marines outside to call the Captain to come to the receptionist's office due to just how much the bounties were worth.

We waited about 4 minutes before a middle-aged man with short black hair and light blue eyes. He had a scar across his neck. He was wearing a coat with the word justice written on the back. Before I could say something to him, he rushed at me and started hugging me making me go " huh " in my head before he stopped and give me some space.

" Ahem, I didn't think that idiot Ancologia had a son, what a surprise. We always thought he would stay single for the rest of his life. Right my name is Ethan and I'm the current commanding officer in this base." Ethan said to me as I said hi back. We had some talks about my dad before he brought up the bounties.

" Right, I regret to tell you that we can't give you the full bounties as of this moment, the most we can give you is 10 million berries. But if you come back from a month now, we can give you the full bounties.

You see we were supposed to get berries from Marineford for the bounties but there was an accident regarding the government ship that was supposed to bring the berries." Ethan said to me while rubbing his neck in embarrassment.

" That's fine, I'm not in a hurry to get the full bounties. I just take the 10 million right now. And I think you should tell headquarters to bring at least 100 million berries since I plan out hunting down all the pirates in the West Blue." I said back while releasing my conqueror's haki shocking the room as I wanted Ethan to report me having it. I took it back after 40 seconds.

" Ahahahaha, that's fine. If all pirates disappear then that means the job of us Marines will be finally over. But have you thought about joining the Marines I dare say you are even stronger than me since I couldn't defeat Bao and I received this scar from him." Ethan asked as he pointed at his scar. I answered back with yes as I thought about joining the Marines in about a year or two. I just lied as I wanted the Marines to think I wanted to join them and not defect from it once I have everything I need. The receptionist handed me the $10 million berries as Ethan finished his talk with me.

"That's very good, I'm sure Ancologia would be proud of you. Now speaking of him where is he?" Ethan asked me but took the question back as he saw the sadness in my eyes as I was about to enter the question.

" Right now your bounty hunter, how about staying in the base for a couple of days. It would be a great shame if the son of Ancologia didn't stay in his base." Ethan asked with great enthusiasm as I took his offer since I needed a good place to sleep considering I was out on the sea for 2 weeks straight. Ethan talked to me about half an hour before he had to leave to complete his duties and I started talking with the blonde receptionist as I had nothing better to do.

We talked to each other for about an hour talking about my dad, mom, and pretty much everything else. Her name was Ava and she served as the receptionist when dad was the commander of the base. Soon I left the room and went to the training ground where I could see marines training.

The next two chapters will be about him being a bounty hunter and some things related to it.

Note I had to delete the chapter cause I mixed up the villain's name for the next chapter and this one along with changing berrys to berries since from the subs I watched it always berrys but apparently it's berries.
