4 Chapter 4- Punishment

Three years passed since I met Luffy, From that day onwards Luffy and I become inseparable. I realized that strangely, Luffy is smart. In the series they described him, as dumb, but in reality, he is quite intelligent he is also more aware of strangers which explains why he was so careful around me for the first month that we played. My observation haki is awakened, this happened when I was Blindfolded and Luffy ruthlessly was trying to hit me with a thick stick, I can feel things 50 meters around me to the littlest detail. Baki also began teaching me swordsmanship, but I'd rather use daggers than swords, dual daggers I prefer to any other weapon. My hellish training for my body has started. Like might gai or rock lee from Naruto: If I don't do my requirements for the day, I'll increase the amount, even more, the next day, until I can do them. Anyway, Luffy and I were currently out in the village and on our way to the Forest. "Do you want to become a Marine or Pirate" Luffy suddenly said. "I think I know", I said and he looked at me. "Then what?", he asked slowly. I signed him to stay quiet until we reached the Forest. "So?", he asked as we were seated. "I'll become a Pirate, The strongest, it doesn't matter what despicable methods I use to get to the top" I couldn't help, but get excited thinking about the future. "Why?" "There Is a saying 'The strong become stronger while the weak stay weak' I do not want to be trampled upon, I want ABSOLUTE STRENGTH." .. .. .. After an awkward silence, Luffy said: "Well if you want to be a pirate then I'll become the pirate king. I'll explore the seas. I'll assemble a crew that will be with me until I'll become the king of the pirates!!" ".." "Yale, do you want to be my first crewmate?" Luffy asked his eyes glittering in excitement. "No thanks Luffy, Like you I also want to be a captain!" I refused, luffy looked saddened, but it instantly changed when I said "Luffy, our crew can be allies if you want?" "What's 'allies' thing you said?" "That means that our crews are friends," I explained in the simplest way I could. We both started to laugh. There are still two years left before the red hair pirates will arrive, and Luffy eats the devil fruit. I'm contemplating on stealing Luffy's devil fruit or not. I've three years to make Luffy as loyal to me as possible. I know that Mt Colubo is close to the village, but, it'll at least take a couple of precious hours to get there. I could ask both my parents and garp if I could go with Luffy, but I don't think Haku is going to accept it. There is a chance if I completely ignore Haku, it's not like I see her as my real mother anyways, but still... I see Haku and Baki more as siblings rather than parents. my real parents who are in my previous world can never be replaced. I do care about both Haku and Baki, but if I don't leave now I'll never reach my dream! I didn't go after my dream in my previous life because I just couldn't, I cared way too much for my siblings and parents, but I won't repeat this here too. 'Could it be...?" I thought becoming excited. While praying in my head, I cautiously opened the information window. My overall strength was almost the same as an asana Adult human being. Except for being a bit weaker, I can't do 100 pushups, what if it hinders my growth and become even shorter than Luffy? I sat right up and grabbed the edges of the bed. The shaking was so bad that I couldn't maintain My balance. RUMBLE!! The shaking got progressively worse as the seconds ticked by. It happened then. One of the steel bars on the bed I held onto for dear life suddenly broke. No, it didn't break simply 'disappeared'. I hurriedly looked at my palm. No steel bar there, just grains of sand. 'Sand?!' The other steel bar also transformed into the and as well. Meanwhile, the 'earthquake' became even more violent. RUUUUMBLE!!! "Uwaaahk!!" In the end, I was thrown off the bed. I bounced around all over the room and screamed out. Even when that was happening, items within the room were turned into sand one at a. I felt something soft against my fingertips. They happened to be ultra-fine grains of sand. And the accursed earthquake had stopped. I spat out the sand in my mouth and hurriedly raised my heap. "....?!" my eyes caught the sight of an endless plain of nothing but sand. I frowned heavily and got up. All the sand that found its way inside his clothes poured out. I dusted the sand caked on my chest while taking a look around.
