3 Chapter 3- LUFFY

-|Haku Leywin's POV|-

To our relief little Yale never got sick, but often I would see him sitting on his butt, his eyes closed, At first, I thought he was having trouble relieving himself, but after checking the first couple of times it didn't seem to be the case.

How strange I didn't know how to make it out. I thought babies his age were supposed to be energetic, but after his episodes of escaping the study room, he spans all his time sitting still, almost meditating.

I was worried at first, but it only lasts a couple of minutes until Yale stopes, seemingly happy

-|Yale's POV Age 3-year-old.|-

three years have passed since I made my difficult journey to the study room.

since then I have been constantly trying to awaken my Observation Ha and let me tell you it's a slow and arduous process, I would have an easier time learning how to walk on my hands and eat with my feet, in this damn body.

It's hard to believe how Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji learned haki in two years.

My daily rituals consist of spending my limited energy on studying, and meditation. after that I sit cross-legged and begin trying to sense the surrounding, hoping to awaken Observation Haki. I did all this while avoiding suspicion from my parents.

The pace of my training was slow, but I was getting a pretty big head start from everyone, so I wasn't complaining.

I was so happy we had a son. When can he start training? When did I start training again? Man, I can't wait to teach my baby boy all about fighting.

Hehe… I still don't get tired of saying that.

I tell my son all about Pirate life, telling him everything and much more so I can brainwash him… I mean nudge him to at least have some experience as a Pirate or Pirate Hunter when he gets older.

I don't know what I'll do if little Yale never wants to become a pirate.

Anyways, as soon as he is old enough, I'm going to train him

"Mama! I wanna go play outside" I asked my mother who looked at me strangely

"Why? I thought you didn't like to play outside, without me or dad?" -Haku

"I just want to play and make some friends"

I replied to her. lately, both Haku and Baki are worried about me, I don't blame them, what would you do if your kid lived in seclusion for 3 years?

My mother ended up accepting my request, and I left the house. I plan to meet Luffy somewhere in this Village or town, whenever you like to call it.

I learned this when my mother talked about Garp, the hero of the marines, at first I didn't think much of it.

"It's weird that Garp The Hero Of The Marine sits on this small island often."

Baki who was practicing his swordsmanship, couldn't help, but announce his thoughts.

"Yeah, but it's not a bad thing, at least no more pirates will come to this place, and how do you know things like this anyways?"

"Just saw him at the party bar with a black-haired boy. He's the same age as little Yale. Also The bartender Makino seemed pretty close to them, she was talking so... Normally to THE HERO OF THE MARINE!"

'I've to search for Makino first, Luffy is probably Together with her."

I was thinking back to what my parents said while searching for the Party's bar. From my knowledge, thanks to my father, I know that there are five bars in total. each one of them has dozen of workers, with each having shifts.

Hours went by, and I went to each one of the Bars, but still couldn't find her, I even went around asking people if they knew a bar named -Party's Bar- or someone named Makino or Luffy.

As the day was turning into the night. I wisely choose to go back home, expecting a scolding from Haku, who will probably yell at me until my ears break.

When I arrived back home, my prediction was right, Haku my 'mother' kept yelling at me until I fake cried which then she finally stopped. Having a child's body is useful sometimes.

The next day when I woke up, I did my usual round of meditation, Exercising, and trying to awaken my Observation haki for a couple of hours.

I know that there are easier ways of Awakening your Observation haki, but If I go and put a blindfold on while someone tries to hit me, Haku or Baki would Immediately stop it. I tried that before while Baki was trying to hit me with his sword But when My mother, Haku, saw that she yelled at my father for doing that.

When I was done with that I went outside yet again to search for Luffy. I want to find him, and maybe Influence him to become my Friend or ally, He'll be useful, but I won't join his crew nor will he mine.

Luffy is a child right now, meaning I can easily manipulate him, If I meet ace or sabo I'll probably do the same to them, but I need to be careful around Garp, he could easily notice what I'm doing or my intentions.

I went to each bar and asked if they knew where The Party's bar was, Someoene told me that It was somewhere on the east.

I then went there, and I couldn't help but give an evil smile when I saw a black-haired boy, even though the boy doesn't have a scar yet, even though he doesn't wear a straw hat yet, I could easily guess who it was: LUFFY

"Hi, my name is Yale. What's your name and why are you all alone?" I asked Luffy.

"It's Luffy the others won't play with you if you stay with me", He said and tried to reason with me to go away.

"I don't mind, you looked lonely. Can I be your friend? also, I have never seen other children here anyways!"

Buffy outright ignored my invitation, I frowned

'This little bastard..'

"Do you want to play?", I asked ignoring His attempt to ignore me.

He disregarded me again, but this time he walked away! I followed right behind him. it would be quite advantageous to know where he lives,

He completely ignored me as he walked home, I kept trying to strike up a conversation along the way. If he doesn't relent today, he will tomorrow.
