7 Kraken and Megalodon

I leave the town early next day when I find my best friends packed up outside the gate of the town. they have been hoping to climb up the food chain as well and decided to follow me to fishman island where they hope to become better medics as they have perfected and improved upon their mother's teachings and can't grow anymore in this town.

We swim our way towards next town riding on a mako shark each. my school of various sharks is traveling with us.

the underwater town we have chosen is the closest to calm belt and is my mother's maiden town. It is occupied mostly by octopus clan of merfolk and fishman. I plan on taking on some octopus forms as well, they have multiple limbs and overpowered camouflage. although it not close to starfish in evolutionary sense but they have some similar qualities and after perfecting so many shark forms that I can even make a hybrid, I feel confident that I can take on the octopus's form.

Going into the village I greet my maternal grand parents and spend the night at their home. Next day I tame a few octopus and spend the week perfecting their form. In my octopus merman form I can change my hair color and some facial features. During this week Elektra had been asking about any rumours of megalodon or other solitary sea kings and they tell her about a kraken that lives a few days of travel away.

This is working out even better as I can already feel my control over water to be much stronger in octopus form, I have no doubt that it will reach new heights after turning into a kraken,but befor that I need to hunt and tame a giant squid to make transition into kraken easier.

For next few weeks I tame and perfect the giant squid form and can form a hybrid between it and octopus form. During this time safyre has been able to turn into manta ray (36ft) and electra has comprehended basking shark form(38ft) my hybrid of all shark forms(46ft because of whale shark) has benefited from turning into squid as well as I have much more control over my body and water itself, I can even stretch my hybrid form like rubber.

After traveling for a few days we reach resting place of the kraken and approach it stealthily. I reach near it's brain and use my massive tail (like of thrasher shark) in hybrid shark form to give it concussion. Once it is stunned, I turn into giant squid form quickly and wrap around its head hooking my claws deep into its flesh(squids have hook like claws at the end of their tentacles) once in position I gather electricity like I've done countless times before, just as electra has taught me after conquering a electric ray.

The kraken had no chance as it faints. still wrapped around its head I send increasing waves of king's haki through the kraken. When he wakes up and didn't bow down like I'm transmitting it to I send electricity through its head again till it faints. Elektra and safyre help feed me in this form as this cycle goes on for days untill the kraken wakes up and immediately bows down while I'm still wrapped around its head.

With observation haki I have been constantly checking out his emotions and he has really given up. I command it to arrange it's tentacles in a different patterns to smoothen our communication through observation haki.

Once I'm satisfied, I find a better Vantage spot to wrap around the kraken to start climbing the food chain. It takes three weeks but I finally achive the gigantic size of kraken.

I turn into my merman form and am immensely satisfied at my size of abot 61m(200ft), even in whale shark merman form I was only about size of a one piece giant(15m or 50 ft) ,now I am larger than most ships at about size of an oars giant(ancient horned giant abot 4 times larger than normal giant.

To get used to this from I spar with the tamed kraken without using water manipulation, or haki .I can see the submission of kraken strengthen as we spar as it recognises that I am superior in every way, even in form that he is supposed to dominate in.

Days pass as I communicate with kraken for knowledge about other sea kings , especially if he knew of any megalodon. It tells me the tale of how he used to live deeper into the calm belt but was chased away by a megalodon of similar size to itself. This is much better news than I was hoping for as Megalodon even on earth did not grow beyond 18m(65ft) and even that was exclusively for females, males barely got bigger than modern day whale shark.

Even the largest creature back on earth , a blue whale was barely half its size at about 30m. I ask the kraken to lead the way and he is excited for revenge. I tell him that I would fight it alone and it does worry and doubt. I laugh at it and continue traveling deeper into the calm belt.

I have barely used any of my martial techniques on it as I ambushed it, with its size now mine and my competence in martial path, I doubt there is a sea creature that could take me down by itself. It would be a different matter if several of them hang up on me, but I should be abel to Handle atleast two at once maybe three if they are a bit weaker than the kraken.

After swimming for some days we can see the gigantic body of the Megalodon in kraken's old lair. I turn into my kraken merman form as I use a tentacle to whip on its head. Instead of stunning it, the Megalodon only seems to have gotten angry as it charges towards me. I easily dodge it with my extremely flexible body because of the kraken form. I use fishman karate to enter a stance and strike out a punch that creats a huge underwater whirlpool that binds the Megalodon in the eye of the whirlpool while constantly revolving it ,making it loose it's composure.

I let my tentacles flow in the whirlpool as they follow the spiral of the vortex to wrap around the Megalodon. Now I repeat the same process of dosing electric shock and conquerors haki till it faints, then i rest and eat still wrapped around it till it wakes and repeat till to view down to me as it's king.

A month passes by as I take in the form of megalodon, strangely, I seem to have made a breakthrough as after achieving Megalodon merman form ,I can take merman form in even hybrid shark form and even with other hybrids between sharks and octopus/squid even. I seem to have broken through some bottle neck in the lineage factor.
