APPEARANCE: Koga is a 188cm tall, slim, yet mascular man. He has black, buzz cut hair, and tanned skin. He wears the standard Marine Uniform, hat, and a Marine cloak on his back.

PERSONALITY: Koga is a lazy person that prefers to finish his job as fast as he can. Thats all, I am lazy to write anything else.

ABILITIES:

Rokushiki: Koga can use all six techniques except Rokuogan. His fighting style revolves around the use of all six techniques.

Haki: Koga can use Observation Haki proficiently. He is training it by fighting pirates and avoiding Marine Officers that is looking for him to do his job. He can't see into the future yet.
