16 Purchasing a Bounty

As Jack mentally clicked on the "Bounty" tab in the shop, a page appeared before him, and at the top there was a message written.

(For reaching a billion berries you have unlocked the ability to set a bounty on anyone of your choosing. Know this, it takes a special someone to do determine the price of another's life.)

Step 1: Choose person you wish to set bounty on.

Step 2: Determine bounty price

Step 3: Deposit set amount into the shop, with an additional $1,000,000 berries to activate the bounty, the poster will be automatically distributed with other Wanted posters of the world.

Step 4: Wait for someone to kill target, and the payment will be swapped for the body on death.

Step 5: Shop will notify the user of completed contracts.

As Jack read over the bounty tab, he was dumbfounded. 'I guess you really can purchase anything is this world in this shop' Jack thought with some shock. "Who do I want dead?" Jack mumbled to himself. Suddenly an immage of an average-sized Marine that wore a white pinstripe suit. He had pink hair that was well-combed and he had a scar under his right eye and bolts attached to his knuckles. 'Iron Fist Fullbody will work as the perfect test subject for this' Jack thought excitedly. He could have picked someone worse than Fullbody like Akainu, but in order for someone to go after him, the price would have to be astronomical, and he didn't feel like giving up his full $1,000,000,000 on that magma fuck. For someone like Fullbody, $5,000,000 berries would be more than enough. Going through the process, Jack filled everything out.

Step 1: Iron Fist Fullbody

Step 3: Jack put the $5,000,000 plus the additional $1,000,000

Those were the only steps Jack could do for now, as he would have to wait until someone killed Fullbody to see if it worked. When he finished puting in the information that he wanted a poster appeared on the screen before him.

When Jack saw the poster he smiled evily. There was even a picture of the stuck up bastard. Mentally clicking yes, the image of the poster disappeared from the screen and went back to step 1 incase he wanted to do another poster. He thought for a bit, but in the end he decided he would wait until he finished his business here in the Goa Kingdom before he did anything. Plus there were dozens of extremely rich nobles here that he would be robbing blind, so he could use their wealth to fund his bounties that he had planned out. Jack got to the docks of a small village near the Goa Kingdom. 'So this is Foosha Village where that rubber bastard is from....' Jack thought as he took in the small town. There wasn't much here to see, but he decided to explore for a bit. Walking around he realized that it was actually a really peaceful place. 'Must be Garps doing' He thought as he made his way to Partys Bar. "Pretty sure this is where Makino works." He said quietly to himself as he walked through the doors. Looking around he noticed there were quite a few people in the bar. 'Bandits?' He thought as he made his way to the counter where a beautiful woman with dark green hair was waiting on a few people. "Hey bring me some more beer!!" Someone yelled from across the room. The whole time everyone was yelling and having a good time, Makino had a smile on her face. 'Some people are too good for this world' Jack thought as he just watched on in silence.

Makino noticed Jack standing by the bar and gave him a warm smile. "Excuse me sir, I'll be right with you, just let me take these drinks to the gentleman over there" Makino called over to him as she poured some drinks in some mugs. "No problem mam" Jack called to her as he took a seat at the bar. A frown crossed his face when he saw Makino get to the table where the people were that ordered the drinks. One of the guys there smacked her ass, while another one grabbed her arm and pulled her to his lap. "Please let me go. I don't like this!!" Makino called out at their actions. "Oh come on hotstuff?!! I promise you'll have a good time!" the man holding her arm called out. Many of the people started to laugh at those words, but Jack was just angry. 'Is there one fucking place in this world where there aren't scum. Jack had originally not wanted to cause any trouble here, as he knew Makino was a really good person, but now she would have to clean up a few blood stains.

Jack got up from his seat and walked over to where Makino was being held by the waste of flesh, and without any words of warning, Jack pulled out his pistol and shot the man right in the head. Makino fell to the ground in a panic, while everyone else in the bar went right quiet. Jack touched the body of the dead man and it disappeared before everyones eyes. Moving his eyes from person to person, none dared make a move. "GET OUT!!!" Jack roared to everyone here. This was not a suggestion, this was a command. Everyone here felt as though they would all die if they didn't follow this order, so they all got to there feet and proceeded to leave the building. Before the first man could run through the doors, a shot struck the door right in front of him causing him to stop dead in his tracks. "You haven't paid yet..." Jack said as they stared back to him. Every one of them emptied out there pockets of anything of value and left it there on the table by the door as they left. After the last one of the scum left the room, Jack watched them with his Haki. 'I'll come and pay you all a visit after this' Jack thought vengfully. Now it was just him and Makino left in the room, but she was looking at him with fear present on her face, not daring to move from where she was on the floor. The pistol disappeared from Jack's hand as he walked over to her and reached down to her. Makino flitched at his touch at first, but accepted his help to get to her feet. "My apologies mam" Jack said with a bow of his head. "I will never stand aside and let someone like that do as he so pleases. If you would like me to leave I will, but if you wouldn't mind, could I please get a bottle of your finest beer?"

Makino just continued to stare at the stranger before her. He spoke like a really nice person, but he definately had a darkside to him. 'This young man must have witnessed something aweful to be like he is' She thought as she shook her head to focus back to his words. "N-no it's okay really. I don't mind if you stay for a drink, after all this kind of thing isn't too uncommon, I'm just not use to being that close to it" Makino said as she walked over to the bar. Jack followed behind her and took a seat on a bar stool. Before Makino could bring him a drink, the door to the bar burst open and an old man came in holding a rifle. 'Well if it isn't Woop Slap' Jack thought as he saw the old man. Following behind the old man were two other villagers. "Whats going on?!! What happened here?!" Woop Slap shouted, while pointing his rifle at Jack. "Hold on mayor!! The bandits that came into town earlier were getting too rough, and this man here got rid of them!" Makino shouted to Mayor Woop. Upon hearing Makino's words, Woop lowered his rife, and the two men behind him visibly calmed.

Jack didn't bother moving from his stool, but he did give a little bow of his head towards the three men. Mayor Woop walked over to him and gave him a nod as he took a seat on the stool beside him. The two villagers left the building once they realized that Makino wasn't in any danger, leaving the three people alone. "My name is Woop Slap, and I'm the mayor of this town. Thank you for helping Makino, but now I fear those bandits will come back in anger when you leave here, or they will be waiting and ambush you. Either way we have a problem" Mayor Woop said tiredly. "Couldn't you all just deal with them? It might be a small town, but I did see more people here than there were bandits" Jack asked with confusion written on his face as he took a sip of the drink Mokino placed before him. Woop let out a sigh before saying, "We would if we could. We only have 3 guns between all of us, and not much ammunition. Also none of us here are fighters like them. We might be able to kill them if we all banded together, but there would be huge losses for us." Listening to the explaination Jack just smirked. "Well then Mayor Woop, for your kind hospitality I will leave you all with a gift." After saying that Jack got to his feet and walked out the door for a second then came back inside. "Go out and see what I left you" Jack said with a big shit eating grin on his face. Mayor Woop and Mokino looked to each other and then walked out of the building. What they saw made their jaws almost hit the ground. There were dozens of pistols, rifles, swords, spears and a mountain of ammunition. Jack walked outside and saw their expressions and burst out laughing. His laughter managed to snap them back to reality, and to turn their gazes from the arsonal of weapons to Jack.

"How the hell did you make these appear here?!!" Woop shouted in shock. "I am a Devil Fruit user. I can do certain things. Anyway, use these weapons to arm the citizens and should anyone come to cause you problems just band together and get rid of them. I know you aren't killers, but you should definately use them on those that would threaten you or your loved ones. Anyway I think my time here is done. Thank you for the drink Mokino, it was delicious" Jack said before putting a stack of berries in her hands and walking in the direction of Goa Kingdom. 'Lucky for me the bandits are heading in that direction as well' He thought cruely. The mayor and Mokino just watched as the young man left the village. They were too dumbfounded to say anything, and by the time they realized it he was too far away.

It didn't take Jack more than 20 minutes to catch up with the bandits. By the time any of them noticed him it was too late. He appeared in between all of them and immediatly started to rip them apart. "AAAAHHHHH HELP ME!!" N-NOOO" "UUUGG" The bandits screamed as they were brutally cut down. It didn't take more than a few minutes to kill them all, then Jack used his fire to incinerate them into ash. Feeling satisfied with himself for taking out the garbage, Jack made his way slowly through the forest. By the time night fell he was about half way to the Goa Kingdom, but he wasn't in any particular rush. That night as he was laying in his bed under the stars he thought about what he would do. 'I can't just kill everyone in the kingdom, not all are evil. And If I do kill everyone, will the island just be taken over by pirates or bandits? I have no intention to sit here and babysit some fucking island just so another group of criminals can't take over!!' Jack thought angrily. He knew that if he went around and killed all the marines the world would become more lawless then it already was. He needed to either rebuild the marines how they should be, or get another organization to do that. As these thoughts were going through his head, and idea occured to him. 'Just pawn all this crap off onto the Revolutionary Army! All I need to do is contact Dragon and have him come behind me and have his organization fix all of this shit. Maybe even see if he can start something like the Neo Marines like Zepher did and make sure everyone is protected.' Jack excitedly thought. 'Now how do I contact him...?' He thought before going into the shop and into the transponder snail information. It didn't take him long to find "The Revolutionary Dragon" in there. He could literally buy anything in this world, and a number to someones transponder snail was no exception. The price for every transponder snail was the same, being only $20,000 berries, so why not. After buying it he decided to wait until tomorrow before he did anything. 'I'm actually looking forward to this call' He thought before drifting off to sleep.
