The gates of Impel Down opened and many people flocked out. They are Impel Down prisoners doing prison breaks.
But then they looked dumbfounded and in disbelief.

They were astonished and distraught to see that there was no warship that could be taken and used by them.
"The Calm Belt is lair for sea monsters. And it is indeed Impel Down's best defense."
Crocodile calmly said.
"There's no point in complaining. Magellan must have ordered them to leave earlier.... Relax."
Jinbei also tried to calm the desperate prisoners.
Crocodile and Jinbei looked calm because they knew someone else had already found a ship for them.
Not long after, a fairly wide purple-black tear appeared in the air. And from the torn space, slowly emerged a warship which then docked at the dock.
On the warship, a man was seen standing on the bridge. Then the man, Lepus, smiled at the prisoners and said.
"Heya! Need a ride?"
Seeing a ship and hearing Lepus' words, the prisoners cheered.

"I don't know who you are, but thanks a lot, man!"
"We can go!"
"We will leave this hell!"
"We're free!"
"Thank you!"
Seeing the prisoners who were cheering happily, Lepus then shouted.
"Get on!"

The prisoners were immediately flocked to board the warship.
However, one of them turned around and went back into Impel Down.

After everyone onboard, Lepus then spoke.
"Jinbei, start sailing first. It would be bad if this ship attacked and destroyed by Magellan, right?"
Jinbei nodded slightly and understood.
"Right.... But Luffy-kun...."
But Jinbei was also a bit hesitant because Luffy and some others like Ivankov, Inazuma, and Galdino had not yet boarded the ship.
Lepus smiled and comforted him.
"Don't worry. I'll wait that rubber brat and the others here."
After saying that, Lepus then opened the gap and soon came out with his three women riding Kabuto-chan who was told to grow to his giant size.
"You three get on the ship and leave first with them."
Lepus said to the three women and they nodded. The three women then hop onto the warship.
Meanwhile, Kabuto-chan, Jinbei and the others were quite dumbfounded! They did not expect Lepus to have such a 'unique' mount.
Jinbei was not worried anymore, and ordered the others to immediately prepare the ship and soon they were sailing.

Shortly after the ship sailed, Luffy and the others appeared being chased by Magellan.
Lepus then shouted at them.
"Hurry up!"
Hearing Lepus's cry, Luffy and the others looked up.
"Wooohhh!!! Giant stag beetle! Cool!! I want to ride!"
Luffy's eyes sparkled in amazement seeing Kabuto-chan.
"Hurry up, idiot!"
Lepus snapped at Luffy who still had time amazed even though being chased by Magellan with his Hell's Judgment behind.
"You!?"
Magellan was also then surprised to realize Lepus was here.
"I won't let you guys escape!"
Magellan is getting angry!
Realizing this, Luffy decided to do something to stop Magellan.
"3, let's do it one more time! Make a big wall! .... Gear Third!"
Luffy then uses his Gear Third.
Galdino aka Mr. 3 understood Luffy's point and nodded.
"Alright! .... Special Service: Giant Candle Wall!"
After a large wax wall was formed, Luffy stretched his giant leg and kicked!
"Gomu Gomu no Gigant Stamp!"
Luffy pushes Magellan to keep him away!
After that, they ran even faster until they finally reached Kabuto-chan and jumped on him!

And the ones blamed by the Marines as the main masterminds of the "Impel Down Mass Prison Break" incident are the "Straw Hat" Luffy, Buggy the "Clown", and Lepus the "Empty Hare".
