Teach smirked and laughed after getting rid of the guards. Then they continued walking towards the entrance gate.
But, before they could open the gate, it opened first and a blonde female warden, Domino, came out.

Domino is surprised to see Teach and his group here.
Domino had previously rushed to the entrance gate after receiving information from the Control Room about the sudden arrival of Teach and his group.
