Four Vs One

"Quickly down to the powder magazine! Bring the cannon balls and load the cannons!" Calvin ordered the crew members while I was observing Kuzan from the ship, before I turned back to them.

"Make sure to sink any marine ships that comes close to us! Ken, keep us on track! Calvin you're coming with me!..." I said as I approached him "Is that sea stone spear still around?" I asked him around.

"Yes" He answered with a smirk.

"Good, go bring it quickly…That monster isn't going to let us escape that easily" Calvin went down the storage room hastily and brough the sea stone spear that we got from marines a while back.

"Captain! You should treat your injuries, you're bleeding!" Yamamoto brought me the first aid kit and a bucket of water with some tissues. I heat up the water and socked the tissue before I wiped on the wound and applied the bandages after that.

'This is do or die, I can't get up another time with this kind of injuries'

"I'm coming with you!" Enel said while taking out his staff.

"No, you're still clumsy with your power and you can't use Haki. We can't afford to make mistakes, so just protect the ship" I turned to Franky and Amber who looked lost "Franky you do what you know best…Amber, you could stay inside if you think you can't handle it"

"O-Okay" she replied nervously.

"Ice Age!"

*BAM* The ship came to a halt.

"Let's go" Calvin appeared beside me carrying long spear before we both flew out of the ship. Kuzan wasn't going to let us escape that easily, so we must buy more time until the ship is safely away from the island.

On the other side, Shanks ship was also stuck in the ice.

"Are they planning to fight?" Limejuice was observing Ashen and Calvin while carrying his axe on his right hand ready to fight.

"Looks like we are going for a third round!" Shanks said with a wide smile, before he turned to Benn Beckman who was carrying his flintlock rifle on his shoulder and a cigar in his mouth.

"I know, you don't have to look at me like that…" Beckman cracked a helpless smile knowing fully what his captain was thinking of without even speaking.

"Should we just go kill them captain?" Lucky Roux asked shanks with his pistol aimed at Kuzan, then he proceeded to fire a bullet directly at his head.

*Gunshot* Kuzan effortlessly tilted his head a little bit and dodged it.

"You guys can't hurt him, he's a logia, you take care of the ship while me and Beckman fight him!" He said and both proceeded to jump out of the ship, landing on the solid water and approached Ashen and Calvin.

"Would you care to help us out here?!" Shanks shouted pointing at his ship that was stuck in the ice.

Ashen immediately used his flames to melt the ice around both his and Shanks ship.

Kuzan was just watching calmly from a distance waiting for them to make a move. He had a serious look on his face this time since he fully knows what both of them are capable of.

"Thanks!...Hope you don't pass out in the middle of the fight this time!"

"Shut up!"

Now five figures were standing on the frozen sea water, while dozens of marines were standing on the seacoast ready to join in any minutes.

The scene felt pretty familiar to Ashen, it reminded him of the rooftop scene in Onigashima where the supernovas were looking at Big Mom and Kaido. Although it was nowhere near the same level of threat, but it still made him shrug with excitement.

"Arara! You're going all out this time I guess" Kuzan said while half of his body was frozen.

"Let's clean out the extra first" Ashen calmly said.

"Ah…"

*Gunshot*-*Gunshot*-*Gunshot*-*Gunshot* around five marines who were standing on the seacoast fell dead on the ground at the same.

"Hey! What happened!" The marines looked confused seeing their comrades falling on the ground with bullet wounds.

"A sniper…" Kuzan gazed at the distant black ship.

Diana was using her new rifle which Ashen bought for her from the black-market auction house in St. Poplar. It's called 'The Giant Queller' and with it, she was flawlessly shooting the marines down one after the other.

Lucky Roux and Bonk Punch were doing the same using their flintlock pistoles.

"You guys get back, this is going to get ugly" Kuzan ordered his men, and they quickly complied and retreated "I should've brought someone with me" Kuzan muttered to himself before he created several dozens of ice spears by solidifying the cold air around and sent them towards the two pirate captains.

"Ice Block…Partisan!"

"I'll make your ice useless as long as I'm around!" Ashen quickly countered with huge torrent of fire.

*BOOOOM* The heat generated from Ashen's flames started melting the icy ground, forcing the five figures to move back to land.

"Let's finish this quickly, Enies Lobby is just around the corner" Ashen said.

"…"

"*Puff*…*Footstep*…Prepare yourself!" There was a moment of silence before Beckman took a last puff from his cigarette and threw it on the ground. After that he coated both his arms with Haki and then dashed towards Kuzan. Beckman is also a Haki user, although on a very basic level since he can't imbue his rifle.

In a split of a second Beckman appeared beside Kuzan throwing a fast right punch. The later was taken aback by his speed but proceeded to block the attack with his left palm, while slowly freezing Beckman's hand before Shanks slashed at his chest.

Kuzan calmly stepped back only for Ashen to suddenly appear on his right and kicked him on the shoulder at a super high speed with his Haki coated leg, while channeling strong heat into it.

Seeing his captain engaging, Calvin didn't waste any time and proceeded to dash toward the opponent as well using Soru while thrusting his spear at his stomach.

Kuzan Blocked Ashen's attack by hardening his right shoulder while freezing it at the same time and proceeded to grab Calvin's spear with his left one and tried to freeze it.

Ashen quickly focused all his heat into his index finger and he proceeded to release it as a fast beam towards Kuzan. It managed to pierce through him and shattered him into small ice blocks while destroying the buildings along the way before it exploded a few meters away.

The four pirates quickly took the opportunity to strike at the place where Kuzan would reform. Shanks and Calvin used their weapons to try to stab him, while Beckman and Ashen were coating their arms with Haki, ready to punch him at once.

*SWOOSH* The moment Kuzan reformed to his normal form, all the four rained him down with attacks at same time.

Kuzan proceeded to grab Calvin's spear, freezing it and then kicked him away, and then launched a huge wave of ice towards Shanks and Beckman before he quickly turned to Ashen and punched him in the stomach sending him a few meters away.

Calvin got on his feet again immediately and sent two sharp compressed wind blades using Rankyaku towards Kuzan which forced the later to deflect them leaving Shanks an opportunity to strike.

Kuzan saw through that and tried to dodge but not before Ashen stopped him.

"You're not going anywhere motherfucker!" Ashen used all his might to launch himself at Kuzan again from behind and proceeded to wrap his legs around his stomach while grabbing both his arms back, preventing him from dodging.

Ashen's action took him by surprise which made him lose his focused for a moment, rendering him vulnerable to an attack.

"What-?!!!-*Splash*…You mad man…" Shanks thrust managed to stab both Kuzan and Ashen through the stomach.

"Hey! Have you lost your mind?!" Shanks looked at Ashen in shocked before he proceeded to pull back his sword.

Ashen didn't stop there and used Kuzan's back to launch himself in the air before using Geppo and Soru to increase his momentum and came flying down at him again.

The former side stepped and avoided him but still look shaken, so Beckman took the opportunity to send a barrage of attacks at him which he responded by dodging using his Observation Haki before Beckman kick him in the open wound in his stomach.

"Cruel Sun!" Ashen didn't give him the time to rest and created a miniature Sun, which radiates so much heat and proceeded to hurl it at Kuzan.

"Ice Block…Pheasant Beak!" Kuzan countered with a massive wave of ice in the shape of a pheasant in a single blast.

*BOOOM* The two attacks cancel each other.

"*Cough*-*Cough*…Damn it!" Kuzan threw a mouthful of blood while holding his wound. He was still far from being taken down, but the situation wasn't looking in his favor anymore.

Even though Kuzan possess a very strong Observation Haki he still can't use future sight, so fighting multiple fast opponents at the same time is very difficult even for someone like him.

Everyone gazed at each other in silence before Ashen broke the silence.

"Follow us if you want to die…" Ashen said in a low tone of voice after grabbing Shanks and then proceeded to fly towards the direction of their ships which now appears in the horizon. Calvin did the same grabbing Beckman.

Kuzan sighed helplessly and watched them flew away "Sigh!...I really want to sleep after this".
