Cami's POV

When Ray and I came into the classroom, I was thinking. Why were my classmates looking at me with a disgusted look?"

"Do you want me to poke your eyes with a ball pen?" Aaron told our classmates

They stopped looking at me and turned their heads. I just realized that Ray and I are still holding hands, that's why I quickly removed his hand from mine and quickly went to my seat. Awkward.

After our third period, it was recess time. The five of them went to me.

"Let's go to the canteeeeeeeeeen," Jace says lazily

"All right. You guys go first, I just have something to get from the library." I said

I left and went straight to the library. After I got a book, I immediately left because I was hungry already.

When I went to the canteen, I already waited in line so I could buy some barbecue. While in line, I was looking around, hoping the five of them were still here, but they weren't.

When it was my turn to buy, someone immediately grabbed the barbecue sauce. I looked to see who it was, but she immediately pulled me outside the canteen.

"Who do you think you are? Thinking you could hold hands with my Ray?!" The girl screamed at me and was about to slap me but then someone stopped her from her behind.

"Hey. Who do you think you are, saying that I am yours?" Ray said while standing next to me. I saw it was Reggie who was holding the girl's hand, the one she used to try and slap me.

"You are messing with the wrong girl," Aaron said

"Girl, don't be like that to my child," Jace said while shaking his head

Troy then grabbed the barbecue sauce from her other hand. I was shocked that he poured the sauce on her.

"Hey, B*tch. Don't mess with our friend, if you don't want me to put chili sauce on that too." Troy said

The girl ran while crying. I feel pity for her, but it was her fault.

"Thanks, guys. Even though I could've handled it by myself, you guys came." I said while laughing

"We are always here for you, our princess," Troy said while giving me his hand, I immediately rejected. And before he was about to speak, I kicked him playfully.

"You're so corny," I said while laughing

*KRIIIIING KRIIIING

It was already time, that's why we immediately went back because the class president was with us, so maybe the teacher was gonna scold us.

While we were walking to our classroom, we bumped into our friend or my girl best friend, Amanda.

"Hi, Mandy!" I greeted her

"Hi, Cami! Good luck on your quiz later!" She said and my eyes grew bigger. I just remembered that we have a quiz today. Sh*t, I didn't study.

"Reg, could you review me? I forgot we had a quiz today." I asked him and he nodded

When we went to the classroom, the six of us immediately reviewed. We didn't study because we got tired of going to the mall yesterday.

Our teacher finally came and she gave us our test papers.

"So class, no copying, and no talking." Mrs. Diaz said

So then we started to answer. I noticed one question that I didn't understand, I whispered to Ray.

"Ray, what is the answer for number 3?" I asked Ray while I was still looking at the test paper

Little by little, Ray was showing me his paper so I could see the answer, but then

"Ma'am! Camila is copying!" Eliza screamed, she's one of my classmates

Oh no

"Miss Anderson, is it true?" Mrs. Diaz asked me

"Uhmmm ye---"

"I was the one who showed her my test paper, Ma'am. Because I kept looking at her and she was having a hard time at number 3." I was cut by Ray.

"Even though, Mr. Jones. She still copied even though we had an agreement." Mrs. Diaz said

"But ma'am--"

"No buts. Both of you, go immediately to the guidance counselor." Ray was cut by Mrs. Diaz

Out of nowhere, Reggie stood up.

"Ma'am they say that honesty is the best policy, so... the six of us were copying," Reggie said and I was shocked. How is that? He's the class president, what if it affects his position after what he said.

"Okay, thanks for your honesty, Mr. Smith. That is why, you six, go to the guidance office, NOW." then we left.

"Fuck you, Reg. Why did you include me?" Jace said annoyingly

"What's wrong with you? Come on, think of Cami." Aaron answered him

"Eliza's a brat. She's gonna be sorry when we go back to the room." Troy said angrily

"Troy, chill. You already know that she likes you very much right? Leave her be, she'll feel guilty for telling." Ray said

"I think Reggie knows that his 'honesty is the best policy', is still a lie," I said and they all laughed

I'm so lucky to have them as my best friends. If they weren't here, what would happen to me now?
