One More Day

Everyone called me princess for as long as I can remember. And wherever I go, mysterious stares follow me. I am always at the center of a crowd, and I am always the talk of the town. They know me as the girl who has everything: a wealthy family, a promising career, and limitless potential: the girl who can do anything. Little did they know, I find the attention uncanny and uncomfortable. I preferred being accompanied by books rather than people. And behind my perfect façade lies an ordinary girl, looking for her rightful place on Earth. Fortunately, though, someone knows my true colors.
