30 escape was inevitable but difficult

MartialAngel.

I was proud of that name. I was proud of myself. For once, I had the ability to stand up for myself, to take what's mine, to go back home. Everyday for me was restless full of anxiety yet excitement. The time was soon and my heart send thumps everyday I woke up. My only hope was that everyone at home was ok.

Ever since I came here, I would go downstairs for breakfast, lunch or dinner, it'd always a dash and run situation. No one stopped from work, not that I was going to either, but everyone here trained as robots. It wasn't healthy I know, but I don't make the rules here.

2 days later

Nothing much had really been going on, I continuously left my mask on if and whenever I was outside of my room because, apart from the fact that I had to keep my identity to myself, I didn't want HIM to find out I was planning my escape.

All he ever did to me, the day I arrived here, or rather the day he captured me, was ignore me. I only ever received ice cold glares; that didn't stop me. Apart from his drop dead gorgeous looks, I couldn't care less about him. He was my capturer, my kidnapper, and surely enough, when I reached the point where my power was on par with his, I would make him regret ever touching me. For all I gave a damn about, he wasn't one of them.

Every morning since living here, it was hell. The cave was constantly surrounded by monsters, surrounded by zombies, surrounded by security. Claustrophobia was and understatement to what this place was like, yet little gems were hidden in each little corner of this immense palace.

I was never one to pay any attention my surroundings unless I did martial arts, however I couldn't help but state at the mesmerising crystals which glistened from their trap in the cave walls. Before you get any ideas of pulling them out, this wall is made from igneous rock. In other words, it was the hardest type of rock out there and no one, I mean no one, could break it. The crystals were ruby red, absolutely beautiful. Next to them were brightly lit up fires which covered the most of the perimeters of the walls, exquisitely lighting up the rugged rock beside it.

If I were to be completely honest, I didn't mind the fire everywhere, or the dragons lying chained and watching you from every angle, but what really disturbed me was being kidnapped. All the suffering, killings, torture you don't see on the surface but sense happened behind your back. I didn't want to live this kind of life. A slave to a devil.

You're probably wondering if I still live with that man, no I don't. Ever since that day I found him besides me, I couldn't help but feeling sick inside of how a person could be so disgusting. So, I took my belongings and left to a room down the hall. He didn't say much but yeah, long story. I will explain now.

A few days ago.

"I'm leaving for the room down the hall, I refuse to be here!" Making my feelings known, I spoke to him.

"..." He never replied, not that I have him a chance because I instantly dashed out and slammed the gigantic door behind me.

I was ecstatic because now I could leave and return whenever I wanted to, much better plan my escape in my head. Soon after I set my belongings down, I took a piece of cloth and began to explore the cave. Every inch, every room, every floor I explored. I'm still doing it at the moment since this place was no different than a maze. Slowly, my hand drew intricately each exit, whichever and wherever I was.

I hid the cloth, which was relatively small, under the mattress of my bed in a small envelope with my sister's name on it just incase they do happen to find it.

I didn't give two damns about anything I received from anyone. All the food I had I collected and all the clothing would be left here, after all bringing it with me made no sense. The last things I needed to prepare was a rope, sword and 'girl stuff' which would be simple to find as I did martial arts.

Only a few more days left, I pondered laying in my bed.

Only a few more days.....
