Chapter 44 - Silly Fiancee

Kasumi twirled her hair with her finger with looking at Ryota with wanting eyes, "Well, my first prince, what is the real reason you wanted to see me? I don't think it's just for some silly questions."

She moved her body towards him, almost pressing up against him. She was getting all the signals, his wandering gaze from her face to her chest then to her legs. She also saw how truly focused he was on her, like he was memorizing her every movement. He had a sultry and sexy gaze and he kept looking at her, observing her. She feels like this interaction between the both of them was much more different than when they were in the palace, where he seemed darker and more evil. She thinks that he was that way because his fiancee was there and that he was testing her, testing her if she would be a good wife.

Ryota chuckled and backed away, "Wow, I guess you caught me! I just wanted to know more about you, not interrogate you!"

With every step she took, he stepped one more back. Kasumi licked her lips, "Don't worry, no one's here. We can do this!"

Ryota raised an eyebrow, "Do what?"

Kasumi rolled her eyes, "Stop acting innocent! I saw all your signals, and don't worry, I want you too."

Ryota's face changed quicker than the wind, and Kasumi realized that all the signals she saw she misinterpreted. She quickly changed her posture and smiled sweetly, "Woah, you thought I was serious?"

She giggled and waved her hand at him, while trying to save herself. She doesn't want her future husband to think she was a slut!

She giggled even more, more desperately, "It's a joke, my prince! Hohoho!"

Kasumi slapped her knee and looked at Ryota's face, hoping that her acting convinced him. Thankfully, it did.

Ryota began to laugh as well, "I'm sorry! I thought you were serious! I'm sorry, but I don't get with every women I look at. I was very confused when you tried to push up against me. I mean, me looking at you doesn't mean I want you!"

Kasumi laughed too, trying to laugh over her breaking heart, 'Oh man, he really doesn't like me. I guess I have to work harder to give him a good impression of me for his future wife, not that silly fiancee he has!'
