Scarlett sharply turned her head towards Ash. Her once calm expression was now a whole new level of shock. She had not prepared herself for that type of question.

"What?" Ash asked confused.

Scarlett shook her head and looked back down to the ground. 

"I just was not expecting that sort of question. I mean, I know why you asked, but it was so random, like unexpected. I just did not prepare myself for that sort of question." Scarlett explained.

"What do you mean?" Ash asked.

"Well, I do not know. I am just taken by surprise. Are you sure you want to know? I mean, no one really knows minus, James. I hid it from everyone." Scarlett explained.

"Are you ashamed of what you did?" Ash continued.

"I don't think so. I did what I had to do; I know that much." Scarlett said.
