7 7. Oh My God

" That is the right thing I guess…. She must go home for her safety". A sigh that she thought no one would listen but herself was responded by someone else. Andien's reply was surprising.

"You?? What do you mean?". Timi squinted her eyes trying to read the meaning behind that statement from a new friend in Magic Letter. Both joined at almost the same time but in different ways. Timi joined through a recruitment while Andien was through research she was doing in that place.

"I just want to say that living in the circling of a conglomerate family like Wenceslas is not easy. Let alone for a young girl like her. Freeing herself from that angelic face is a safety for Aruna". That was a long explanation from Andien to distract Timi.

"I think it is not the real meaning of your previous statement". Timi poked her for her smartness.

.

.

"Aruna, let me take you home". Damar was trying to keep up with her until the outlet door of Magic Letter. The sound of salam from the alarm was heard. It was sounded twice for each of them.

"I ride my own motorcycle, Damar"

"You don't miss my Vespa a bit?

"Some other time will do. Look! I have so much work to deal with". She nodded on the piles of files.

"I thought as we met again, you and I had the same surge of heart turmoil"

"Honestly I found it difficult to understand your words. Don't speak around"

"Hahaha…is that it"?

"yeah, that's it". She started to tidy her papers in a plastic bag and hooked it on a small hook of hermatic- motorcycle.

"I thought you were enthusiastic to meet me again". Damar needed some attention.

"I am, as much as meeting others. But I don't need to jump up, do I?"

"You got the point" Damar showed off his disappointment in front of that girl. Aruna took naturally all his loads of happiness. But that Red radiance always behaved that way. That was hard to comprehend and made him wondered.

"Okay, I'll see you later. Don't spend too much time hanging out".

"I won't waste my time for nothing since you're back…. I'll be a better person".

"I disagree with your last words. You must be better for yourown sake, not anybody else. That is great achievement".

"Does a marriage make someone get more mature? Your words sound like your mother's".

"Hahahah…it could be". She put on her helmet and left. But a heart did not let her go so easily.

"Aruan, wait...."

"hah? Now what?

"I don't know why but I feel so much pain here".

"Are you sick?"

"I guess so. Please have a look".

"What happened to you, Damar? Please don't make me worried!"

Damar went closer to her, took her hand, and put it on his chest.

"Aaahhhh…. I'm good now…. Feel so relieved". He grinned and watched the hand on his chest.

"You're such a cheater!". She punched him. Then she laughed out loud. It had been a while she did not see her best friend's silliness.

He laughed too. Laughter of happiness.

"Damar, look!" she pointed at the sky.

"What? What do you see?". He followed Aruna fingering the sky.

"A silly man has been deceived". She flew with her motorcycle and left that man who loved sending her sweet and poetic words, a sweet way to pay back what he had done to her the whole time in Magic Letter.

"Tell Aruna she is allowed to come back to me. That's all" Hendra needed that simple statement came out from his father in law, Lesmana to his daughter. That blue eye man knew well that Aruna highly respected her father.

"If Aruna agrees" Lesmana wanted to remind Hendra his position.

"Yes, she will definitely agree" Hendra was very sure that girl would come back to him. They loved each other, not a one sided love he thought he had had so far.

.

.

"Good afternoon, your beautiful daughter has come home, Dad". She said as the girl in her ponytail opened the living room's door. Her files dropped of her hands as she knew there were visitors in there.

That familiar guest got up as soon as that girl came in and he rushed to hug her before she was able to comprehend the situation and knew what to do. He hugged her so tight that she was almost choked.

"Oh my God I finally can see you again". He said that again and again while brushing that girl's hair.

She was unable to speak to respond due to her shock. Her father was around and she did not want to disappoint him. She glanced and she saw his giving in expression looking at how Hendra hugged her.

Aruna wanted to seek approval to hug him back. But her mouth was locked when she saw a pistol was lying on the table. And Grandfather Wiryo was there. No wondered she saw lines of black cars along the new house of Lesmana.

"Hen, I haven't taken a bath and I just cleaned up the outlet of Magic Letter". She whispered to the man who stroked her cheeks again and again.

"No problem". He hugged her little body again as if he would not let her go. He looked at her deeply and kissed all her parts without inches left; her eyes, her nose, her forehead, and even her ear lines.

Until it come to an extend that she could not ignore him, she hugged him back. She knew her husband was so messy. Soft hair around his chin was unshaved, his eye bag turned black, and his hair was not neatly cut. She did not see Hendra as the perfectionist CEO.

He was out of gripped and several times hummed 'oh my God'.

Mr.Wiryo and Mr. Lesmana quietly left the room seeing how deep emotional expression Hendra had for that girl.

"Hendra, I'm out of breath". She protested. She looked back at the man who sent her somatosensory along her face.

He stopped a second. His blue eyes was burnt red as if to tell her how extremely happy he was. His father nd his grandfather might not want to see the emotion he held for that girl.

"I love you too…"

"I'm sorry to just realized it.. but thank you you love me too".

Aruna was trying to absorb his confession. Where did he learn that she loved him too?

Hendra smiled looking at that confused face.

"That graffiti,I came to it because I missed you so much. Then I found out that there were secret codes behind my name". she was blushed for embarrassment.

Next he inserted his tongue into her lips. The habit he used to have every morning.

"Hendra, wait a moment".

"Hmmm…why? What's going on?".

"Even though I love you, iy doesn't mean I will go back home with you. I still want to stay here, at my father's. Besides I want to organize my study and pursue my dream with my friends at Magic Letter. I'm sorry".

Thud thud thud
