I woke up twice this morning. The first was around 4AM. I noticed it was still dark outside and checked the time on my phone. Realizing how early it was, it wasn't a hard decision to go back to sleep.

I dozed off and after what seemed like a second I realised it was past 8:30AM. I got up, and as usual, I made myself some french toast for breakfast and got ready for the day.

Shortly after getting ready, I sat on the couch and wondered what to do. I set my mind on attempting to contact some friends to hangout. However, nobody really responded.

One of my good friends had just been sick and was no recovering. Another one had gone on vacation to Mexico for Veteran's Day weekend. I realized that today nobody would be able to hangout.

I got my phone and watched the weekly One Piece episode. I enjoyed this week's episode, as there was a lot of important information released. It still was a tad bit wierd, however.

Today my mother and I cooked home made pizza, spinach rolls, and sausage rolls. Being from an italian family knowing how to make these specialities is a requirement.

By far my favorite one of the three is the homemade spinach rolls. They taste amazing in my personal opinion. To make them, take some fresh dough and flatten it simiar to a pizza crust. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese onto the dough until it is fully covered. Steam some spinach and then sautee it in oil with garlic and salt. Place the spinach on top of the mozzarella cheese. Finally, add some ground sausage throughout. Then just bake it in the oven and you're good to go.

Shortly after baking the pizza, spinach roll, and sausage roll, we ate them for lunch. We also had some salad to accompany with them. Personally, I like to pour vinegar over my salad.

I then binged an entire series of anime, called The 7 High School Prodigies. Particularlly, this show was about 7 highschoolers who were all insanely talented but after getting in a plane crash they found themselves in a different world. It was a decent series but also a new one, beign just six episodes and on-going. This meant I finished the series in just one day.

The rest of the day I spent attempting to make plans with friends. Nothing ended up working out, however. I wanted to go to tacobell but unfortunately there just isn't one close enpugh to be easily accessible to my area.

It wasn't until after dark that my mother said she wanted some desert and could go to Mcdonalds and get some ice cream sundays. I happily agreed and we were on our way. At McDonalds, I saw a friend of mine working there. We said hello and he happened to be the one to make the sundays.

We were in McDonalds for around 30 minutrs and then left. We had talked for a while about random topics and I was also periodically checking discord on my phone.

When we arrived home my younger brother pleaded for me to download a game called Snake Rivals. I did as he said. It was essentially a 3D version of slither.io, and I will say I had some fun with it.

Fairly soon I was getting tired and I realized it was getting late. I decided it was time to write today's chapter. Sorry it was short today, just nothing super out of the ordinary happened, and I wouldn't want to bore you all. I'll see you guys tomorrow, peace out.
