1 A normal day

I begin to hum to my favorite song as I brush my hair, my eyes glistening in the bathroom light. I set the brush down and put on my school attire. I run downstairs quickly to eat breakfast, it looks like we are eating eggs,sausages,and oatmeal,with a muffin on the side. My sister Aarora sits across from me at the table, I gobble down my food as if I haven't eaten in years. Me and my sister live alone since our mom abandoned us.....well she abandoned me. Once she saw that I had black hair she abandoned me right away...but my sister wouldn't let her, she told my mother that if I was going she was going too. My sister managed to get a job and care for us I've looked up to her ever since she told me that story. I give my sister a kiss on the cheek and I'm out the door my bus isn't that bad it just has bad functioning problems. Next thing I know I'm being pushed so that people can get off the bus before me, I look up at the gigantic school. "Phoenix High" What a weird name for a high school, I shake it off and look at my schedule "first period is..." my eyes widen "POWER MANAGEMENT!?!" I scream so loud the whole school heard it. "What the hell is going on? I surely couldn't have powers, my sister wouldn't assign me into a school like that!" The bell rings and I'm running unto class! Then my WHOLE world SHATTERS, fire and water is coming out of people's hands! I rub my eyes for a double check but surely I see the same thing. I cautiously go to a desk with my name on it, then a teacher approaches me "Please hold out your hand and try to feel the magic that is flowing throughout the school!" Magic?!?! My sister said NOTHING about magic "o-okay" keep it together Eclipse, I hold out my hand and close my eyes, but when I open them it's not what I expected. Fire is coming out MY hand and spreading around the room! Everyone is running out the room and screaming! I better get out of here too! I run out the room but I suddenly cannot breathe a man is covering my mouth! I pass out, no no no whats happening!? This was just supposed to be a...A normal day.
