Information

Once again as a heads up to this story. I don't really intend for this to be that serious, nor am I going to spend all my time trying to make everything as comic-accurate as possible. This is more for the fun Ben 10 side of things and DC is a way to introduce bigger and better things to this story.

Now that's out of the way, a more in-depth summary is that of a university that finds the Omnitrix in his grandparent's backyard. He tinkers with the watch before discovering he can transform into different forms. His grandparents, Max and Verdona, see him transform into one of these forms and together they try to figure out all of the watch's functions and save a few lives in the process.

This also occurs before the Justice League is founded or any of the superheroes start showing up. To give a better idea of this, Batman is in his second year, Flash got struck by lightning 6 months ago, and Superman started using his powers for good about a month ago. Therefore, there is barely any mention of superheroes in the beginning.

There might be a few people that ask about romance, I haven't decided. Instead of completely pushing the idea of a harem away, I'll consider it if it's the right people. Otherwise, it's pretty obvious who it'll be, you just won't know how their relationship will develop.

Finally, I've already decided on how the Omnitrix will work along with which 10 aliens that Kane will start with. Any alien after that I've got a few ideas but nothing concrete. The Omnitrix itself WILL give the right alien to Kane, but there will be a timeout/recharge function. That might change in the future but as of now, that's how it'll operate. As for which aliens are chosen... that's for the story to tell!
