Rabbit Meat Soup and Skewers

Belial set up a fireplace and began to cook.

Using the glass lens, he focused the sunlight onto the black leaves and grass to create fire.

He blew on the embers to make it bigger and transferred it to firewood.

Belial showed off his homemade cooking for breakfast. It was a simple dish, nothing more than rabbit skewer and rabbit meat soup, but nevertheless, Lumina will be happy to taste this.

He open back his inventory in the cave as he took some chunks of meat from his hunt then came back and the wild mushrooms and threw them into the stone pot.

He added some water from the nearby river and salt which is in a minuscule amount and started boiling it. A delicious smell wafted over. It made the like it will be a good meal in their entire life.

He then stuck the branch skewered with thigh meat on the ground beside the fire.

Then, he held the thigh meat in his hands and held it over the fire.

The meat did show a signs of cooking above a fire.

"This is quite a fantastic scene …"

The thigh meat skewered on a stick had roasted nicely during the time he took to reach that conclusion.

The flames danced and the fragrance of meat wafted everywhere. Before he took on cooking, Belial's cooking proficiency was a zero. So he hope to get some skill here and get better.

"Almost done..." muttered Belial as his mouth salivated.

It was so delicious it made him want to cry.

"Lumina sama, you normally can't, take a bath while traveling, right?" Belial said.

"Yes, at most I can just wipe myself. This was my first trip, actually. It feels so wrong not being able to take a bath at least once a day." Lumina said.

"Rest assured then, I have a bathtub here, your problems can, be solved." Belial told her.

"This is the first time I will take a bath myself, usually we have a maid to help me." Lumina said.

"Do you need my help?" Belial asked.

"No, its fine." she replied.

"You don't need… to do everything, by yourself." Belial said.

"Even then, I believe I should take the first step on my own." Lumina said.

"…Your call…" Belial said.

"I-I… I'll do it! Can I have some water please?" Lumina asked.

I already filled the bath with water and heated it. When the water was at the right temperature, I called the young lady over.

"The bath is here. Please use it." Belial.

"Its there? Thank you so much!" Lumina said.

After the young lady left the bath, she took the clothes I prepared. She appears refresh and all the dirt and grime stuck to her body has been washed off.

She's wearing my clothes on top of that. She wears my favorite shirt, even so, she still looked cute in that outfit.
