13 Dilemma

Travis's pov

After Ilhan went to see my sister instead of me as I said, I felt a little bit relaxed. In fact, when I found out she probably has become a vampire, I was afraid. I begin to wonder what I could do if she has really become a vampire already due to some unknown accident in the forest. But now I just wanted to be sure about it. I have to examine her. To examine her, I took off my bandage from my hand and squeezed it for a bit to get some blood. Before that, I called her for bandaging my wounds. She lost her phone due to an incident occur in the forest. So Ilhan gives her his phone in case of sudden need. By this time, she has already arrived. I welcome her and told her to bring the aid box from my room and wait for a bit on the couch. Then I appeared before her with my bloody hand.

Now I said, "I don't know why suddenly I bleed so much from my hand. So start bandaging from here."

At the moment she saw my blood I get to know that she was not in her right mind because again I saw her bloody red as before. She grabs my hand so tightly that I can't even pull than to me and starts to drink. In previous times, she just licks or sucks the blood and I also didn't feel any sharp teeth as all vampires have. But now she has become intense than before that she even bite my hand and make a tiny hole in there. She drinks my blood almost for 10 minutes in slow motion. Then she releases me as she plopped on the ground as her eyes become normal. She again passed out.

Now I'm sure about her true clan. For some time I really thought that she's born to be a vampire being but at the same moment, I also remind her that if she's really a vampire then why does her scent smell like my mate. Because vampires are our foe, I don't believe the moon goddess had made pair in between different clans.

So when she woke after drinking my blood, I asked her, "Did feel ok?"

She said confusedly, "Yeah. But didn't I come here to bandage you? Then why I'm sleeping here?"

Then I asked her, "Which clan you're from? Don't be afraid you can tell."

She asked, "What do you mean by this?"

I said, "I mean you are born as a human, Right."

She answered, "Of course."

I told her, "Ok, then. Tell me did you feel anything wrong with you or your body recently?"

She said with a quiet sorrowful expression, "I don't know what's wrong with my body but I felt so thirsty whenever I smell the odor of stinky smelly liquid and desperately want to drink it. I follow the odor but within a few seconds everything of my surrounding become vague and then I woke up after a while. I begin to love the odor of this disgusting liquid named blood by now. How is this possible? I'm afraid of blood since an incident occurred to me before. But how do you know that there's something unusual happen to my body recently?"

I told her, "I think I know what happened to you. Do you want to know it?"

She said to me, "Yeah. I wanna know."

I told her, "Then tell me first did something strange happened to you in the forest?"

She said to me, "I don't remember much but before you brought me here, I have met a strange human being. I see it's not an animal but a human with pale white skin with creepy bloody red eyes. When I got caught he starts touching around my neck and it feels too cold to be human. He was so white without any blemish on his skin that I can't see his vain. I don't know he must be caught me as his rival or something, but he didn't bite me or harm me. So I thought he must be a human who wants to help me. I'm about to tell about my trip. But when he gets to see my scars with blood he just licks those blood. That was so awful. So I pushed him away from me. But he forcedly grabs me and was about to bite my neck. I shoved him away from me and again begin to run. While shoving him from me something sharpen went around my neck. I didn't see it because the surrounding of me was dark. I run and run to get rid of him but can't see anything because of the darkness and I fall from the cliff. That's all I remember before I wake up in front of you."

Now I understand the mystery of her being like that is.

I asked her, "Did you get what is that?"

She said, "No."

I told her, "As you explained to me, I think that was a vampire. You also get a bite from him."

She told me, "When? I didn't mention the bite, I-"

I said, "When you shove him, there is something sharpen make a hole in your neck, Remember. It's his teeth."

She asked, "So what happened to me now?"

I told her, "You've become a vampire"

She became shocked and said, "WHAT?"

Then I told her, "Calm down. I think you don't get it. I'll explain to you about all the creatures I know and you'll think which them you are."

She said, "Ok."
