34 D-day

Lennox's pov

Three months have passed. After our wedding we live as we're newlyweds. He began my work at pack. He started to save some money from his wages for our child. Everyday before he went for work I tied his neck-tie and he give me a peck anywhere on my face, although he choose my lips. It had been required for him. He even refitted everything on his treehouse because they all had became old and add new rooms for our child. I wanted to buy a new building around the town because that'll be better for our child. But now we've no money for that. Travis told me that he'll buy it when we would have enough money for it. Travis helped me a lot. He did every chorus in the house. But he's over protective. He didn't let me take a bath alone. I haven't cut my hair at all since I first came here. So it had grown up to my waist then. I had to tie up my hair. But he didn't even allow me to comb my hair. And If I do anything by myself, he took away that things and pouted for few seconds. He looked so cute whenever he pout. Sometimes he even scolded me for not listening to him. If I hurt from that, he gave me a warm look and humbly said sorry. Then he gave me a sweet kiss to drive my pain away.

Two month's ago, He introduced me to a well known doctor who is his old friend named Henry Howard. He's a human who can treat all kind of creature. Travis took me there every Thursday for check ups.

One day, I told him, "We don't have go there so frequently. Right. Why don't we go there once no twice a month?"

He asked, "Do you feel uncomfortable to go there?"

I replied. "No no that's not what I mean."

He again asked, "Then why do you want to reduce the check up days?

I answered, "I have to go there once in a week. It's too tiring. For that I want to go there for check once in a month."

He kissed on my forehead and said, "I'm so afraid."

I asked, "For what?"

He replied, "I don't wanna lose my mate along with my child again."

I again asked, "Why do you think like that?"

He asked me, "What do you mean?"

I told him, "I mean Is there any complication in my condition?"

He replied, "No, there's not. But you're a vampire and little do I know about your kind. Recently I had been studying about your kind but I didn't get enough information about this. I should be careful this time. And Henry knew so many thing and he can help us. Because of that I forced you to go there every week. So please consider it."

After listing him, I give him a tight hug and told him, "You'll never lose me again. So don't worry. I'll do anything you'll told me to do."

Every two weeks, Mrs. Lewis came to visit me. She told what to do or not to do. She gave me advised. She already made dress for her grandchild even though we didn't know the gender of that child.

Travis asked, "Why did you made it now? We didn't even know the gender."

She said, "I have made neutral dress which can wear both a boy or girl. And also gender is not a matter for newborn child. After born they can wear any kind of dress for three month. So you don't have worry about it."

After someday, Trena graduate from her high school. So everyone decided to marry them off within next month. This wedding ceremony will be huge. So me and Travis went there to organize everything. Ilhan's parent went there too. They're so much grateful that their son will marry the chief's one and only daughter. They also very excited about it and proud of Ilhan. They also treat me well. I think because they don't know about me yet. So they intend love me. But if they get to know about me. Whatever Trena was so much embarrassed. Whenever she encounter Travis, Travis tease her and I scolded Travis for that. So she decided to stay with me all day. For a few days, she had been take care of me. The day had been fixed. It'll be held on next Saturday. So me and Trena went for shopping. We had done all shopping. She picked her wedding dress. It's a ivory white color wedding dress which is off-shoulder along with veil. Then she brought a pair of white high heels shoe. She insisted me to buy something. I bought a sky blue color long dress and a pair of black high heel. I also brought a gown for Mrs. Lewis. She's so busy with her work so she couldn't join us.

The D-day had came then. Everything had been organized well. That convention hall looks beautiful and the bride looks gorgeous. Everyone present there praised her very much. I went there with Travis. Their marriage was consummated with all of us as witnesses. Every guest went eat then. After eating, me and Travis went for a small walk into a garden. While walking I was holding Travis right hand and talked to each other. Abruptly he stopped. As I stared forward, I saw a young lady made us halt.

When I looked back at Travis. At that time, I saw Travis gave her an unknown expression that I had never seen before.
