The bet
"ahhhhh" she screamed from her sleep sweating
"are you alright.." her dad came nearer and hugged her patting her back "another nightmare again right"
she nodded her head and kept on crying on her dads shoulder till she was alright
"why are you here"she said pulling herself from the hug
"I came to visit you cause I was told you've been having nightmares recently"

they both laughed and went downstairs for the food. on getting to the dinning table different type of food were set on the table
turn the btn butler came closer and said facing Drake "I didn't know your preference so i just told them to make different type of food to suit your taste...i hope this is okay "

she smiled at her father words and was about to sit down when she suddenly fainted
"Ariana.. Ariana.. Ariana.. please wake up.. wake up.. what's wrong with you.. wake up....Ary.." her father stood up apruptly and went to her shaking her furiously with his hand trembling "hey call the Doctor right now"he said to the butler almost shouting, his eyes were red and his body was trembling. Though he wasn't her real father but he couldn't afford to lose her. he loved her like his own daughter. she was adopted by him at the orphanage home when he saw her uniqueness
"okay sir" the butler said quickly went to the phone and called a doctor in less than thirty minutes the doctor was already at the hotel guided by the hotel staffs to the room. when he got there drake told him every thing that just happened. on hearing this the doctor told them to all come out of the room so that he could have a test done for her. he gave her some injection and carried out various test on her for about 30 minutes. then she woke up. immediately she was awake he made her sit upright and started asking her other symptoms she had apart from fainting which she told him as he jot them down. After a while he called her father in. "doctor.. what's wrong with me.." she said eagerly
"i don't know if you would like to hear this...for it is a very....."
"please just tell me" she cut him off his words
"hmmm alright" he then faced drake"your daughter have a strange disease in her body which is very rare"
"how can we cure it"
"cure it ...i don't think we can.the cure to the it s disease hasn't been found.." he then raised up his head and looked at Ariana with a sad eye "I'm sorry but i think you have nothing less than six months to live" drake stumbled against the wall in agony and Ariana bit her lips so hard to bleeding to fight back her tears
"but i can give you some drugs and injection to reduce the effect of the symptoms it will only be a Miracle if you live more than six months cause your case is very critical" the doctor said again and gave her father a business card to meet at the hospital at least once a week and also some drugs with prescription to take before they meet again
"let me drive you home" she stood up and took her car key after the doctor left
"no..I'm not going home today i going to stay with you" drake said refusing to go
"i have an appointment now and i don't think i will be home tonight"
"are you sure you will be alright" he felt like she was lying but he understood she needed some times alone to adapt to the situation she was right in
"yeah" she smiled blinking her eyes twice
"okay" let's go
she quickly dressed up and took her father home
"bye" she said as she drop her father off waving her hands
POV; Ariana
I drove the car having no idea of what to do "where do I start from"
"so this is how it feels to know when ya going to die" i felt so depressed and lost like every living thing in me is dead. i started to over speed to cool my self but this almost got me in an accident
" I'm sorry" i said to the other driver
"hmmm why is it so bad today" i thought to my self as i entered the car and rested my head on the car steering thinking and crying
"why...why....why..why me...why must it has to be me"

"at least i didn't kill or bully anyone to deserve this curse"

i cried for what felt like eternity and finally stopped.
I started the car and continued to drive. I wanted to drive to the first place that came to my mind.
i stopped the car and found my self in front of an hotel. Walk up to the elevator and pressed the 12th floor.. i stood in the elevator resting on the elevator wall.
The elevator stopped and opened to the hotel club. I stepped out immediately and stood at the entrance as the scent of alcohol kept coming to my olfactory tube.
"hmmmm ...this is nice" i said to myself as i could feel my spirit already there as the blue light kept blinking with the beat of the song they were playing. i watched as some girls danced crazily with drunk boys "ewww" i could also see some people just sitting and sipping their drinks, some flirting, some in a no mood habit and some who just kept on drinking to kill their deadly thought and depression.
I just smirked and went to one of the seats
"hey, give me the best alcohol here" i said to the waiter not directly looking at him but just at the people dancing
"how many cups mam"
"one bottle please"
"mam" i faced him and he looked a bit surprised
"yeah, i said one bottle"
"okay mam"
"and a cocktail cup too please" i said to him as he dropped the alcohol
i quickly opened the alcohol and gulped it in with out pouring it in a cup. i kept on drinking until i was satisfied, i began to behave drunk and poured the remaining drink in the cocktail cup and drank it also i one gulp.
"one more bottle please" i rested my arms on the empty bottle pointing at him

After drinking more than five alcohol i became exhausted and decided to pay and go sleep in one of the rooms in the hotel.
on my way to the room i started to think what will be the essence of living when you can't fulfill everything you want to do before you die.
i decided to make the last six months of my life the best moments I'll ever have.

i moved closer to see the arrogant guy a girl will beg for love then i saw this..."oh gosh" he was so tall with a well built body he was so handsome i was even drooling over the black parking shirt and pants he wore they were so fitting, who wouldn't fall for a guy like this..
"oh so arrogant" his aura was strong and he felt so powerful, i was still imagining him with me in my head when suddenly someone draged me and my head hit a hard chest
"as you can see i now have a girlfriend who can give me her body without love" i heard that deep and familiar voice with strange aura i knew immediately that i was in the hand of the devil. then i looked up to see the face of the girl who had been begging for his love
and i was shocked "isn't this the hottest actress Arora in movies industry" i screamed in my mind..she was the most popular female actress who featured in different movies. she had never featured in any movie that isn't popular. "and this kind of lady is begging you to love her and you rebuke.....God hell who are you" i looked at him in curiosity and he smirked at me
"tsss" i faced down and went inside the room and sat on the floor leaning on the bed, i folded my left leg and placed my left hand on it with my right hand on the ground. then i rested my head on the bed. i kept on picturing his appearance on my head and started smiling. i forgot completely about my karma, maybe that alcohol was really that helpful but it was also a good luck..at least i saw a popular actress i never dreamt of seeing in real life....it was really a good luck.
i was still in my paradise when suddenly the door opened
"how may I help you" i said and faced the direction of the door
"but this is my room"
"your room.....hahaha" then i looked closer "oh ya that handsome arrogant guy right"
"arrogant...." i saw him smirked
"you called me your girlfriend the other time"
"oh that..... don't take it to heart" he came closer and sat beside me "where's your room let me take you there" he said and turned to face me
