He got choosen because of his father a Military Commander and also of his commanding ability.
In this Academy if you attain Level 6 Mortal Realm or above you will have an option to be graduate or stay and learn more about other subject like Mathematics or Alchemist Etc.
But if your age is in 20 years old above you will be automatically leave the Academy because you didn't choose to be graduate.
Academy can only graduate a student if you Master the subject your priorities and do the Graduation Examination.
Hardey is now a Vice President and Ashley is Secretary and Marcos is a treasurer because of his negotiation and his mathematical skill, Marcos don't know how he been choose because of Ashley talking about his mathematical skill.

So he wear a Disguise Mask that he brought in the System Shop, because the Adventure require a 16 years old above and a level 3 Mortal Realm to register.
In Adventure Guild if your Cultivation is high your rank will automatically risen.

Marcos wear the Mask his facial face change and his body, his appearance look like an early 20s.
When Marcos enter the Adventure Guild he saw many Adventurer wearing their Armor Weapons and there also a beast man and there's also a man and woman with mask to hide their indentity, he looking for the receptionist and saw them in the left corner and walk there.

In this kingdom there's no discrimination about beast men, because this kingdom is allied in the beast men Kingdom.

If your Energy colour is Yellow it's Mortal Realm
And if your Energy is colour Blue it's Warrior or Mage Realm.
When Anna saw the colour of his Energy she stunned and shock because she sense that his Realm is Mortal Realm earlier but now it's Warrior Realm, she thought that it's disguising technique that can change your cultivation, only with high cultivation can only detect this. But she's wrong because this is System works.
In the crystal a number show in the middle a level 2.
"You are A rank sir Justin, just you only need to drip a blood in this card and you're now an Adventurer"[Anna]
Anna hand over the Guild Card that has a black in the edge and white in the middle that also has a letter A in the Middle but blank in the status list.
After Marcos drop a blood in the card, the card change black to dark that indicate that this card is used.
"This card has a Communication Runes that will announce every event in the guild card or any emergency that will occurs in the kingdom and the Guild, also Thank you for your registration sir you are now a 1 in 20+ and so on in A Rank adventurer in this guild, only 20 to 50 A Rank adventurer in this guild a 12 S rank also only 2 SS rank Adventurer if you have any question just ask me Sir"[Anna]
Anna said with respect and grateful because only a few newcomer that had high cultivation.
"Where is the Quest Board and also I can choose any A rank Quest right and S rank?"[Marcos as Justin]
"It's in the left entrance sir you will see a big board in there and also. Yes sir you can pick a 1 above your rank but we warn you sir an S rank quest is above your strength but, it's on you and I advice that when you quest an S Rank you need a Party"[Anna]
