Chapter 1- Encounter was Coincidental?

Singing the tunes of "Way Back Home" lifelessly the girl's charcoal grey eyes lit up finding the one she was destined to be with. Even though her whole demeanor screamed cold-hearted, she was trying to compose her fast movement toward him not to look suspicious. Quickly reaching behind him, she kept the note folded- origami-ed into a butterfly, asking him- "so, Officially mine?" in the attached zip pouch of his bag.

Feeling a presence behind him, he turned around, only to be met by two grey eyes, staring at him and then moving towards his lips and hands. " Do you want to buy sauce combo too?.. Miss? May I help you search for it?"

"You are mine..."

"I don't know you- We are strangers, Miss." saying this he moved aside and went towards the billing counter. She was shocked. Why wasn't he recognizing her? He should fill the pull too...right? She slowly moved towards the billing counter grabbing the first thing she saw- a water bottle. specifically a kid's water bottle. She rushed again when she saw him moving towards the doors of the store. Billing her purchase, she ran after him.

Reaching him, she held his bag and pulled him towards her. Being suddenly jerked, he closes his eyes. "what do you want and who are you?" he questions now getting annoyed by the stares she was giving him.

"From the moment you turned 16, you were mine... Don't you feel the pull?" she asked with a low voice.

"What pull? Miss, I think you are mistaking me for someone else... please let me go."

"You are from the Perri family, right? I know your Parents. They are our family friends. I know that you have run away from home for 8 months and are not even contacting your brother. Is that enough to say I am not mistaking you for someone else? " answered her raising her eyebrows, watching his eyes widen up at that. He tried to get out of her grip but it was tight. and was tightening up more as he tried again and again.

"Who are you? Why can't you just let go of me?!" he swatted her hand away from his bag.

"Please, just answer my question. When's your 18th Birthday?"

"What kind of question is that? Leave my hand and I will let you know, Miss Strange Alpha."

She chuckled hearing his tone and how he just called her. Leaving his hand, she stood there in a surrendering position with her hands up in the air. "Will you answer? please"

"It's on the 27th of February, 5 months away from now. Happy?"

"Yes, Very. Wait for me on that day outside this shop."

"why should I? Do I even know you?" he rolled his eyes and shook his head.

"you will know it on that day, sweetcheeks" she answered smirking, and went away.

-Time Skip-

This is his 18th birthday and with no one to spend it with, he heads towards the Grocers. Waiting for the Strange Alpha girl. He was scared, what if she too dominates her power over him? what if she tries to do something? what if she brings his parents here? with the dizzying amount of what if's, he made his way to the store.

-Symon's POV-

Was she just teasing me that day? Why is she so late? Will she bring my parents here?! no no she can't. SHE CAN'T DO THAT... will she force me into something? I don't even have friends- what if she kidnaps me?! okay. Symon this is a Bad Idea. Let's go home. But- she was so surreal and confident. she was not that rude, she even gave me the butterfly. It was a bookmark. It felt like she knew, I am a reader. What is she?

"My human- calm down. And let's go eat cake!!" said Kazuto- his wolf.

"Why do you always have to eat?"

"today's our birthday? Cause I have to eat to survive. You don't even take me to hunt, scaredy-wolf dog. huh pathetic." replied kazuto sassily. "We are one. How can you even say that? and as for hunting, you will go when you can transform fully and that happens when you have found your mate." I rolled my eyes at his whines and went to buy the cake. Even though no one's with me, I at least have to celebrate myself. "it's OUR mate, not only MY mate. and you say we are ONE" He mentions it again tauntingly "If it was my choice, I would reject our mate, be happy I am just referring to them as yours." which ought to shut him up. Finally silence.

"HOT CHICK CHECK!!! " "Damnn boii you got it !!"

"Don't you both have work to do? catcalling strangers like two idle monkeys." I am so fed up with the people in here. Every Alpha is an Arsehole with a shitty attitude. but do I get scared of them? Yes, do I show it? No. Why? I don't have anyone to rely on, and who would even care for some male omega?

Ignoring the stares and glares at me, I moved toward the billing counter. "How was your day going before these monkeys made it bad?" asked the cashier lady with her warm smile. "It was going good- normal, actually the usual" I answered confusingly. She laughed at that and ruffled my hair. "Ahh, Miss Darla please don't.." "come on, birthday boy, I know it's your 18th birthday today. Why is it going so as usual for you? you are young, you should have fun at this age. go take a trip, call your friends, huh... Do something today that you will remember for the rest of your life" she chuckled making me smile.

How should I tell her that from now onwards, I can bump into any stranger and they have a very positive possibility to be my mate? I can't share it with her- she's a human.

"Ms. Darla, Good evening." who was that? turning around I saw her- the strange Miss alpha in her Midnight black high-rise jeans with a green crop top on. She was looking good and it seemed she remembered from the way she was smiling at me.

"Oh... Hey dear.. What do you want to buy today?"

"I am here today, to take this one here" pointing at me like am some bag" for a trip to remember."

Widening my eyes, I looked at her from head to toe- "I don't even know your name" she dragged me out of there, and into the playground, not listening to my protests.

"Do you feel the pull today?" her lifeless coal grey eyes from earlier were shining now.

"huh? what?... oh. No... What is it with the pull huh? you are always asking me that"

She was going to answer and then I heard something. something I wish I would never.

"My Son, Happy birthday to you. What a coincidence to meet you here" came a voice from the tree behind me laughter soon following it. No, it cannot be. I don't want her here. Please god, don't let it be every one of them. "Guess god disappoints too.." kazuto voiced out in my head. Turning around, I saw every one of them, shakingly I looked around to see some more of them. No. No.--NOO. I ran from there. towards MY home.
