For he was one such confidante Not just her love, but way beyond Ironically, a man
Which every woman yearns
- but can't have
He always listened, even her whis- pers
Even when the storms rumbled thunder His eyes were akin to a mirror Always reflecting her grandeur
- with every glance they shared
She had faith in him
For she was safe with him And who else could have broken his embrace
