6 Another year of training and first missions

3rd person POV

It had been now another full year since Zabuza had taken Haku and Tatsuo in and now they were both at C-rank/ Chuunin level. Tatsuo at high Chuunin and Haku at low level. Tatsuo focused more in kenjutsu and short range applications of his jutsus meanwhile Haku was more a long range fighter/supporter, as he was starting to learn medical ninjutsu.

They both trained their body all they could, but at a certain point Haku couldn't grow physically stronger anymore due to his age, which didn't affect Tatsuo thanks to his wish, and so he had to focus more on his skills. Haku could now target all pressure points of someones body with his needles and thanks to the scrolls they recovered, was starting to learn medical ninjutsu, among what he learned being the Mystical palm jutsu and the diagnostic jutsu.

Tatsuo, however, never stopped training and noticed that instead of bulking up, his muscles refined themselves becoming harder and stronger each time. He learnt all basic katas of his clan taijutsu and kenjutsu styles and practiced forming ice tantos, which he could now do innstantaneously, however, he didn't have enough chakra to make them capable of resisting other swords or jutsus, but he noticed that each time his Hyoton jutsus came easier to him, and he suspected it was because of his raising affinity to it, as he practiced freezing things with his chakra alone each day plus all his daily training. He learned to do the Ice shield jutsu, which created a small shield of ice to protect him, and now was trying to make it without hand seals as he could now do with the academy three, and after hearing of the Yellow Flash tales he started modifying a jutsu his brother took to be able to replicate the Hiraishin.

They also went on their first mission, a C-ranked one, to ease them into killing in a battle (Tatsuo killed but fell inconscious before seeing them die so it didn't really hit him), which was a request from a village nearby where they were training then to kill a group of bandits that were killing anyone in their sight and taking all their valuables later. They found them in a cave, and as they didn't know whether there were any exits that they didn't know of, they decided to infiltarte them, and after seeing two of the bandits guarding the entry outside, they took them out, and henged themselves into them and at the time of the patrol change, which they found out when it was because they had been observing them, they went in and started their slaughterfest.

After they finished, having gone room by room and sealing each of them with ice so fighting sounds couldn't be heard, everything in their sight was red, and they found some women that had gone missing. They knocked them out, took everything the bandits had stoolen, returned the women and left after saying that they hadn't found the money, that it may had been hidden underground, however, they actually had it, and the villagers were none the wiser, so they were thanked fervently and left with all the loot.
