Hinata was stooping down over a corpse. "ladies and gentlemen, say hello to the latest customer at deaths door" Emi looked over his shoulder "yikes, that doesn't look painless, poor guy, or girl? damn it's gonna be hard to identify the body"

"Emi go get forensics, there's nothing we can do here, this entire room would stay best half a quarter of a finger print with how much they destroyed it"

"no problem" she went to give the forensics team the ok to enter while Hinata searched a but more

"damn it, this entire war is getting out of hand, the longer it goes on, the more victims we have" Hinata got up and left the room as forensics flooded in.

"Sir!" a young boy came running up, she was a clearly a low rank officer

"yes inspector?"

"Shadow master Sam has an urgent mission for you and ask that you report to her office right away"

"thanks for the heads up, I'll go get Emi amd head over there now" he got flustered at the compliment but quickly added "actually just you, not Detective Emi, you'll have a new partner for this mission, She is needed to investigate the Elven royalty case"

This got Hinata's attention, "elven royalty case?" the young boy nodded and added "the queen has asked that someone investigate the royal guards, she thinks there's a mole among them"

"Do not send anyone to the castle yet, give word to the shadow master that I will talk to her before she proceeds"

the young boy nodded and ran off, Hinata quickly drove over to headquarters and entered Sam's office, he saw sam and a young woman in the room, the woman had short, wavy blonde hair that was shaved in one side and blue eyes, he extended his hand to her and shook it, the. he turned snd hugged Sam" it's been a while old woman. glad to see your back from the mission safe"

"Hinata, even you have a hard time kicking my ass, you think a couple terrorist can?" she laughed "I missed ya, but we can catch up later, more pressing matters at hand, I'd like you to meet detective, Ashley Hamura, Ahsley, this detective Hinata Katamaru"

Hinata had changed his clothes back into his father's armor, he had felt like he just couldn't part with it, so he no longer used the new outfit, now he looked a lot more like his father

"Hinata Katamaru huh? pleased to meet you, call me Ash" Hinata smiled "I look forward to working together, now Sam, I understand you're sending Emi to the elven royalty palace to investigate the guards, however, Queen Qian has unwavering faith in her royal guards because they are all constantly scanned for any signs of betraying her, whether, actively, subconsciously like hypnosis or accidentally such as rubbing their mouths about dangerous secrets, I believe that you are sending Emi into a trap"

"and you know this how?" Ash asked, in response Hinata listed his wrist showing his family crest and moved his hair back to show his elf ears.

"You're an elf? she exclaimed and royalty?" she continued "what's a total elf doing as a detective?" "well technically I was born as a god, then my species changed to elven God when I was 18, I'm not really an elf per say, I lack some of their traits, but yes I'm Queen Qians son, also I don't know, I guess I just wanted to do some good in the world" he said

Ash looked deep in thought "I think you and I will get along well Katamaru", she paused for a second "Katamaru? queen qians son? your father was Nova right?", Hinata nodded

Sam thought about Hinata's words and sent Emi with an entorage of the agencies most elite operatives

Hinata looked at her and laughed, she pouted "what's so funny?" she Hinata lowered his eyes to her breast and said "those" he the. looked at Ash again and continued "you think you can pass for a guy with breast?" he burst out laughing again, Sam waa also chuckling "he has a point, boobs and males don't mix unless it's in the bed" Ash looked down and realised what they meant, she really did have a feminine body, itwould be impossible to pass for a man, her face was also very beautiful and feminine, "fine, I'll take spy lessons from the elven God" she said.

Hinata and Ash went to the cantina and started practicing how to act and fool like detectors and other various techniques, then came combat practice, Hinata went to the combat room, he took off his shirt, hat, gloves and dropped his weapon, when Ash saw his arms, her mouth hung open, she wanted to ask what happened but decided not to . instead she took off her coat and shirt, removed her weapon from the holster and stood there in combat position.

"Greetings, friends, family" a loud cheers erupted "for those of you new to our ranks, I am Hinata Katamaru" at these words Hinata turned to Emi who did the same and then back at the don "Son of Nova Katamaru and our saving grace, the former leader of the black storm, my mother, Gigi Tampara. today I shall show you all, the true meaning of power" and with those words he punched a hole into a woman's back, ripped her spine out and let her in the ground, to slowly die a painful, agonizing death "this is what happens to people who betray me" Hinata wasted no time, he ran the woman, and deoyed and emergency, medical probe to take her away, having agent Ash guard it, he turned to the don and glared at him with so much killing intent that it make everyone in room want to run in a corner and hide. "So you pretend to be me? you pretend that YOU are the son of the legendary hero Nova?" the Don got angry "I AM HINATA KATAMARU! AND IL PROVE IT" he punched at Hinata, only to find his punch did little to nothing , Hinata grabbed the man by his throat and lifted him uo with one arm, you are not Hinata Katamaru, I am and you will not dare commit such unspeakable acts using my name, you will not tarnish, my family legacy, Hinata, snapped the man's neck right there, with no effort. in that instant, Ash got a true glimpse at how powerful Hinata truly was, he was no where near as powerful as some other beings she had seen however his power dwarfed the likes of many of those around him, she looked forward to witnessing a fight between him and someone equal or stronger.
