1 THE CHOICE!

My story starts here Hidden in a room engulfed in darkness, with the only source of light being the glimmers produced by my holographic device, I Emilia the great. I had signed a sponsorship contract right after awakening. I was happy I didn't need to worry about the price my first "Magicus Guideum" more commonly known as a cultivation book.

As I sat there nothing was more pressing on my mind then the path to choose, everybody knew that your first cultivation book would determine future paths. Everybody else in my grade had chosen. Scriptures of the godly fire being the most chosen guide. Unfortunately, none of the powers proposed by any guide enticed me which I have to say I felt depressed about. After all, how can the class major not know what path they wanted to take in life.

Frustrated and undisposed to think more on it I indulged myself in my only pastime webnovel reading. As weird as that may sound it was the perfect balance between long books that would take weeks and short stories that had no continuation. I then fell on one I had discarded lately, "My vampire system" as I read, she the Idea of a system was more and more enticing to me. "why can't I have one instead of a cultivation guide".

As I finished reading, I decided to voice my idea. So, pulling up in the fandom with a question I asked while typing:

"GUYS WHY DO WE HAVE VARIOUS CULTIVATION MANUALS INSTEAD OF HAVING A SYSTEM? __ __"

As I published my post plenty of responses came in:

Userno3-"what do you mean by a system?"

User4903- "That'd be dope"

User4340- " yeah, I don't get it either?"

....

As this went on although I enjoyed the fellowship no real answers came in. Suddenly a longer response was posted:

The infuriated tiger- "Don't be stupid it was hard enough for humanity to find a way to obtain skills by making cultivation manuals based on the understanding of great scientists. How the hell do you want someone to create a system? with what data, and what mode of integration? kids these days sure are frivolous if you're so confident why not make one yourself?"

---------------------------------------------------

After this, the conversation got more heated as more people exposed their ideas but Emily didn't notice this. As soon as she read that comment her mind that went into disarray.

-------------------------------

"Why didn't I think of that, the knowledge obtained on mana has evolved since and many families have their private manuals. I even took an elective on manual creation. How could I be so stupid" as her thoughts stopped for a second she turned her head to the ceiling one though roaring in her mind

"OF COURSE I CAN MAKE MY OWN SYSTEM!"
