Frantically looking around, Lara saw something.

"Oh my God." She caught her breath when she found his body drifting in the pool of Burham Springs. She knows it's him because she recognized the loose white shirt he was wearing when he left the dorms.

She sighed in relief. She did not know why he returned to this place, but the sight of him floating in the water suddenly made her nervous.

"Noah!" she called to him, but he didn't react to her voice. He was still floating in the water like a dead log.

Panic rose in her chest.

"Noah!" she shouted as she dashed into the water and to his side.  "Noah!" She held his head to her chest and tapped his cheeks. "Noah! Noah, wake up!"

There was no response from him. Not even a single motion to show that he's being disturbed by her actions. Lara immediately went checked his pulse. When it was normal, she listened to his breathing next. What the-
