Obsessed A Naruto FF

So this is the Author here and it's my first time writing here on this platform. To get a hang on writing on this platform I decided to start by reposting my fic from Ao3 to here the original fic was named obsessed and it's still there if you wanna read it but this is my first time writing in a good year so do try not to be too harsh. There will be a few differences but nothing too major.

It was a normal day in the village, the birds were singing she sun was shining and a blond haired boy was being beaten in the streets. The blond boy was a child named Uzumaki Naruto he was extremely malnourished and was covered in cuts and bruises, him being beaten by grown men was a common occurrence in the village because he was the jailer for the greatest living demon, the Kyubi No kitsune a demon that just so happened to destroy a lot of lives only 6 years prior.

Naruto was a very lonely boy by any stretch of the word but as he laid in the center of the market district bleeding out from many cuts that littered his young and small body, he could do nothing but cry and hate he could do nothing but hate everything around him from the villagers who beat him to the village that supported them, but there was only a single thing he hated more than everything else and that was himself.

Naruto hated how he could do nothing but tremble in fear and curl up into himself while he was beaten, he hated that he feared dying when he was being tortured by the village, he hated being weak, he hated being human because he refused to be bullied or controlled by anyone. As the pain lessened he quickly began to leave the area because he knew that the longer he was there that the higher the chance that he would be attacked.

As Naruto arrived at his apartment he came to see as his decrepit building came into sight the first thing one would notice would be the paint on the walls that were chipping onto the surroundings and the broken and boarded windows all over the building. The building was given to him by the old man with the funny hat when he was found after being kicked out of the orphanage by the matron of the place.

Naruto has always hated the village for preying upon his weaknesses but it did make him realize something and that was that the weak have no rights because no matter how much he cried or begged for them to stop but they never did. Naruto craved strength but knew that he would never be allowed to get it so he began doing pranks on the villagers making himself seem weak and gullible all for an opportunity because the weak are overlooked so they would have opportunities that no one else would have otherwise.

Time skip 4 years later

During this time naruto would use pranks to cover over places he stole from making them overlook the stolen goods while also searching in the dumpsters of clans for jutsu scrolls he would hide everything in sealing scrolls that he personally made, he learned how to make sealing scrolls through a fuinjutsu book that he stole from a weapon Shop. Naruto during his long life as an outcast realized that Konoha is extremely arrogant, they throw out scrolls that they no longer need but don't guard their garbage naruto has found scrolls containing the clan jutsus for almost every clan, he only wasn't able to get his hands on any forbidden jutsu. Naruto was only missing the abirame clan jutsu that was because they burned the scrolls afterwards if they can't reuse it but the civilians were far worse he founded hundred's of perfectly intact empty sealing scrolls on top of of all the jutsu just there.

As Naruto was on his way to the uchiha clan to finish his daily round he immediately smelled the blood in the air as he peaked inside he saw countless corpses on the ground he was extremely happy at the deaths that occurred but realized that this was an opportunity of a lifetime a whole clan was killed they had no use for jutsu scrolls and they had a keke genkai that he could study so he quickly ran through the dead clan sealing away anything of value as well as the bodies of the dead before he left he worked from the outskirts towards the center taking everything of value into many different scrolls.

Naruto sealed the bodies into a few scrolls ,the valuable's into another few, while the jutsu were inside the final few scrolls. Naruto planned to use the uchiha as a stepping stone for his growth he collected all of the bodies not leaving a single one while looting the recently deceased clan for all it was worth he looted all of the libraries of every book and anything worth taking leaving nothing left.as he passed the center he herd something move as he stealthily made his way over he saw as a woman that was still alive she was covers by her husband and bleeding out but she was still alive. Naruto poorly dressed her wound before he carried her away to his house where he hid her inside the building's basement tied by ninja wire with her chakra suppressed.

Over the following few days when word of the uchiha massacre was spread around with there being only a single survivor young sasuke uchiha, itachi's younger brother not that Naruto cared he used the Yamanaka mind jump jutsu to enter the lady's mind to find any useful information

Inside of the girl's mind

As Naruto was in the same building she was found in there were a bunch more pictures hung around as he picked up a picture of her and a red haired lady as he look at the picture the memory started to play

Memory

Mikoto: hey kushina, do you ever miss your clan because it seems so lonely knowing that you're possibly the last uzumaki.

Kushina: it is saddening but at least it's not all gone as long as an uzumaki shal live we won't give up. Besides if I wasn't here I wouldn't have this bundle of joy on its way as she rubbed her stomach.

Mikoto: do you think our children would be as good a friends as we are?

Kushina: yeah my little Naruto will be an amazing boy

Mikoto: Naruto as in fishcake?

Kushina: No it's for maelstrom and his name was based off of minato's sensei's first book the tale of the utterly gutsy shinobi

Memory end

Naruto was shocked the red haired woman was his mother while the forth was his father as he looked across the room she saw the man that was ontop of her body looking extremely sad as he grabbed the memory it immediately began to play

Memory

Mikoto: what do you mean we can't take in Naruto kushina was my best friend how could I leave her child alone like that.

Fugaku: it's the Hokage's order no one is allowed to adopt the boy us included

Naruto stopped watching after realizing that he's being manipulated, the only person he was currently able to rely on was the old man because he was the only person kind to him but if he's what's kept him alone to start with he's being manipulated to serve the village.

As Naruto was wondering what to do he decided that he would make her his slave to help him make a clan of his own after a bit of contemplation he decided that the best way would be to wipe her mind but if he wanted to do that she would need certain memories

Over the next few days naruto went through all of her memories removing what he deemed unnecessary while fabricating memories to ensure loyalty to him and only him as the changes were complete he would let her awaken to serve him

Real world

As Mikoto awoke her mind was extremely foggy until she remembered she needed to serve her young master to help him achieve his goals. As Mikoto was successfully enslaved naruto began having her study medical ninjutsu as to be the one who would preform his surgeries in the future as Naruto began to study the human body using the uchiha corpses he quickly came up with a theory that dojutsus can be transferred without eye transplants he came to this conclusion when he was studying the eyes of the dead uchiha because the uchiha's eyes seem to differ because of the secondary genetic information.

The secondary genetic information is activated by chakra so as long as chakra is present the gene would be activated though through Mikoto's memory he also learned of the mangekyou and eternal mangekyou sharingan transformations she possessed the mangekyou after an incident that occurred during a mission though she never used it. Apparently the secondary gene starts to breakdown with the eye due to the stress of overuse but can be stopped by the implementation of another closely related eyes because of the residual traces of the original genetic information. Naruto believed that he hit the jackpot because if his theory was correct and he was sure it was he would have access to not only an eternal mangekyou sharingan but to the photograph memory the sharingan gave while not needing to worry about it changing his eyes.

Naruto learned that it was common for the uchiha in Anbu and the police force to awaken the mangekyou through it's never used unless under mortal danger because of the crippling damage done to their eyes. Naruto wanted to test his theory so he grabbed a civilian off the street before injecting the sharingan extract into his eyes Naruto tested his hypothesis by entering the man's mind and Channeling chakra into the eyes. The test was successful he was able to use the sharingan while there was no noticeable external change to the eyes his pupils only got a slightly reddish tint to it, it was something that you would notice unless you were looking for it, the artificial sharingan could be shown like a normal sharingan if more chakra than is needed is used.

Naruto learned a lot from Mikotos memories like how each eye had a single ability but naruto wasn't planning to stand for something like that so he carefully removed every eye from every corpse before liquidating every eye and confining every eye into a single syringe leaving, hundreds of syringes able to grant one of the arguably strongest bloodlines on the planet. But the sharingan by itself wasn't what he wanted, he wanted the best one, the strongest one so to do that he took three drops from every syringe into a vile before extracting the genetic cocktail for later study.

Naruto now had hundreds of serums capable of granting the sharingan but no use for it so he labeled the progress of each sharingan from a single tomoe to the mangekyou. He planed to sell up to the two tomoe for cash while keeping the three tomoe and mangekyou for business. Naruto learned that he can artificially create sharingan serums but they can only grow to the three tomoe he didn't know why but he didn't care much as to why he has what people could only dream of.

Naruto planned to use the artificially grown one and two tomoe sharingan serums to sell on the black markets on an auction basis with the kidnapped civilian as proof it works he handed two serums to Mikoto to sell on the black market under a henge and hood. Naruto then began his work on the genetic cocktail he made earlier he began experimenting on the cocktail but nothing worked it was too strong to inject it would blow the eyes off of every subject he used he had no idea what to do when the realization hit him his mother was the key because her chakra suppress other chakra if he could use his mother's chakra it would work it would be able to control the strengthened gene but he didn't know how to even go about doing something like that.

As Naruto sealed everything away and went back to his apartment room he decided that he would need far more space than just his basement to reach his goal. So Naruto began working on doing the jutsu he had for the time being.
