"Oh!" Ada exclaimed, a guilty look washing over her face. "Miss Nazmi wandered into your garden and fell asleep. We didn't know how to rouse her."

Samir looked pointedly at them. "So don't."

Caelus and Ada both bowed their head and announced "yes, your highness," in synch.

"She can do as she pleases," he elaborated. "I am studying her closely, so I would like for her to act more like herself. She's likely going to try to devise another plan to murder me in the coming days, too - you're welcome to assist her. I think it's funny."

Caelus blinked at him with furrowed brows. "…Another? L-like she has already attempted t-to murder you b-before?"

Samir gave the two a wry smile before he started walking toward the sleeping girl. "You're dismissed for now, I'll call for you again soon."
