After Zeus, Irene, and Rhitta left, 3 silhouettes quickly arrive at the scene.
The place where the incident happens is not far away from them. So it's natural that they arrived quickly.
''What the hell happened here?!"
This question ring on their minds. The 3 silhouettes were the Agents of the Magic Council and they couldn't help but be shocked when they saw the destruction of the Mikage forest. Sweats dripping from their heads as they think the power that causes this destruction.
The Mikage Forest is neither small land nor big. The Mikage Forest vaporized and leave a huge crater that made them shocked.
"Just who's the one had caused this" Agent 1 asked.
"Nah, I don't believe that this is a human doing there's no way that human would have this power" Agent 2 shrugged his shoulder.
"Stop! chattering. this an important matter that higher-ups need to know this asap.
"Hai!"Agent 1 and Agent 2 both shouted at the same time.
The three agents quickly left and head to the Magic Council.

At the Magic Council
The Magic Council is composed of nine members at a time or, to be more accurate, nine "seats," going from 2nd to 9th. The 1st seat is occupied by the Chairman, effectively the leader of the entire Council, who takes the final decisions on every matter. ( AN: I don't know much about Magic Council so let's leave it like that)
Their current chairman Draculos Hyberion, Wolfheim, Warrod Sequen, and Jura Neekis were discussing the whereabouts of the Fairy Tail Guild members that went missing in the last 7 years.
"Is there no trace about them?" Jura asked Warrod.
Warrod shook his tree-like head. " I hope that they were still alive and come back, those young ones have a pure heart even they always create troubles.
"*Sigh* It's been seven years since they've gone missing. The number 1 guild fairy tail's former glory had been declining these years." Wolfheim said.
"I'm pretty sure they will come back soon," Draculos said.
"Why do you say so? Chairman." Jura asked.
"You see... when there's always a problem or calamities they always create miracles or do impossible to us so you can't judge them in the normal way," Draculos said.
"That's true" Jura agreed.
Four of them have the same thought ' we will wait for your come back fairy tail.
"Now, Let's discuss the current strange happenings in Mikage Forest" Draculos change the subject.
"What happened to the Mikage Forest Chairman," Jura asked as he didn't have a clue what was going on.
"They said that they heard a large explosion in the Mikage Forest and dark weather appeared saw a giant monster holding a sword in its right hand when they saw a scorching sun that they left that they were gonna melt that's all the information that I gathered. So I already sent someone to investigate the situation" Draculos calmly explained and then three silhouettes appeared in the room.
Jura, Wolfheim, and Warrod looked at them they knew they were the one that Draculos send to investigate.
"We have return Draculos-sama" The three greeted Draculos at the same time.
"Enough with the pleasantries quickly tell me
what did you all see?," Draculos asked them.
"Hai!" The three both said in unison.
they start to explain the situation of Mikage Forest. A certain time passes their explanation ended. Jura, Wolfheim, and Warrod were surprised and shocked when they heard that the Mikage Forest was wiped out in the face of the earth even Avatar Cult didn't manage to get away from these events. They knew the Avatar branch HQ is located in the Mikage Forest but they didn't take an action to capture them because the Avatar HQ is hidden in the depths of the forest. They were waiting for a perfect moment to move so that they will successfully get them. Draculos was also shocked and surprised by this because he had an idea some people capable of doing that.
"Wha... What!? The Mikage Forest had been wiped out?" Jura exclaimed in shock and surprise.
"Hmm, I assumed that the one who did it was pretty powerful...he/she's prowess was definitely wasn't far from the twelve spriggans of the Alvarez Empire or even surpassed them," Wolfheim stated.
"Spriggans you say, I knew a little about them. They said that their power surpassed our Wizard Saints here" Jura said and asked. "So do you think that the spriggans was the one who causes this deed?"
"That will be a big problem If they are the one who done this, As Ishgar and Alvarez had a war in the past." Warrod already thinking what will happen when the war breaks out again so he hopes that wasn't the case.
'Spriggans? It's true that power surpassed even mine so they are the only who capable doing that. but I'm sure that they will not be them because why would they bother about a forest. I think that a fight happens there with some powerful beings and got the forest and Avatar implicated' Draculos thought.
"That won't happen, I'm certain that they had fought there and got the forest implicated. We have been pretty lucky in our side that the Avatar had been wiped out too, also I don't know if it's a foe or a friend" Draculos claimed.
"You got a point there, I also thought the same too" Wolheim agreed.
Jura and Warrod sigh in relief when they heard what Draculos said.
"I think that we should keep these matter a secret" Warrod suggested.
"But the people would be bothered by it and will feel uncomfortable. when they didn't know what happens there, as they will feel that they weren't safe anymore" Jura said with concern.
"Well that's true"Wolfheim and Warrod agreed with a nod while Draculos start to think some solutions about this.
"Then We will do this. We will keep these matter as a top secret and we're going to announce to the people about these events. saying that We're the one who causes this during our fight with Avatar so that they will feel relief and safety. Are you all okay with it?" Draculos asked.
"I have no problem with it," Jura said while the other two nod.
"Okay since it's good, We're gonna stick on the plan," Draculos said.
As the main ruling body of the entire Magic world, the Council possesses almost utmost control over it, acting as a leading government of a sort. The Council rules all of the legal Guilds scattered throughout Earth Land, overseeing them and keeping them in check,and they are responsible for the events caused by Mages, also possessing the right to punish Mages who break the law and to confiscate magical artifacts which could potentially cause large-scale damage (as shown from the Lullaby being in their hands after the Eisenwald incident). Among the things prohibited by the Magic Council is the use of Magic for assassination, something which, if perpetrated, could lead the Council to oust the offender's guild (as shown with "Shinigami" Erigor and the Eisenwald guild). The Council has the right to apprehend Mages charged with crimes anytime, with their messengers being highly respected. Gray Fullbuster went on to say that "Even if something is white, once a Council member says it's black, then it becomes black," showing that the Council's authority is extremely large in the Magic world. However, despite this, the Council is known for sometimes displaying its power as a mere formality, finding scapegoat Mages and trying them of recent, calamitous happenings just to subsequently release them without any punishment, something which happened with Erza Scarlet.

The next day, the magic council announce what happen to Mikage forest according to what Draculos said. someone were happy, someone were shocked, someone were angry when they heard what the Magic Council said. On the other hand this news quickly reach where the three was but Zeus and the girls were not bothered by this as they knew that the Magic Council shameless move is just to ensure the safety of the public.
