2 Chapter 2
"There must be a mistake here or something, it says I am an npc instead of a player, what about you guys?" Leon said in disbelief.
"Same here, what does npc stand for though?"John asked after answering while rubbing the back of his neck.
"Dude, this is why you should play video games with me, NPC stands for non playable character or in other word a character who gives quest and item in a video game." Leon answered knowledgeably.
Grace interrupt John before he can answer in a somewhat of a shaky manner.
"Guys is this really the time for this? Aren't you all confused about this... voice and screen that's in our head at the same time? "
Leon and Jessica just shrugged
"Of course Im shocked, who wouldn't be? But I think it's better to adapt to it quickly since from all the novel and games I've played, the Earth is gonna change for better or for worse.... and im assuming it's gonna be for the worse seeing as our info is npc instead of a player. " Leon said while Jessica nodded indicating that she agrees.
One of Leon's positive trait was that he was quick to adapt to unexpected situations. Which was how he had avoided getting into unnecessary drama when he was in high school.
Before he can continue his explanation though, the system rang out again.
[Summoning Player Done! ]
[Allocating Players To Random Part Of The World...]
Right after the sound rang out in the air, multiple blinding flashes of lights appears in front of us
Leon and his group quickly covered their own eyes as the light was very bright.
When the light fade away, what took its places are some human looking people with the exception that they all have an extra pair of eyes and arm
"Let's go! We got lucky and got sent to a pretty populated place. Time to get some quest and get on the level ranking!" Exclaim one of the peoples that appeared from the light. He had short black hair and have a short but bulky stature.
"Dude, i think we should search for secret classes this time. Didn't you remember last time the holder of the secret class [ Lord of Guns] beat the guy on the number one spot? " A tall and lanky green haired guy that also emerges from the light told the other guy.
(A/N: ' is for what the characters are thinking)
'Secret class? Level ranking? Why are these people talking about this as if they're... oh don't tell me. ' Leon when his face suddenly turns grim.
The short guy nods his head and then proceeded to hop merrily toward our group as we were the closest to him and introduced himself
"Hello there good npcs, the name is Barry and I'm looking for a beginner quest, mind giving me one?"
"Have patience Barry, the system has not been fully implemented yet. " Said another guy with a red hair and eyes in a chilly voice.
He just ignored the red head though.
The red head gritted his teeth seeing as he is ignored by Barry, maybe they have a rivalry or something.
"Hey Barry I don't know what you think you're doing but I'm not an-" Leon said before getting cut off by Barry.
"Ahh, it seems you're the type that's aware about what we're doing. I always hate smart one like you, why can't you just be clueless and have a shocked expression when I tell you that your world is gonna be a playground for us" Barry shook his head with a dissapointed expression.
"WHAT?! " The people around us exclaimed.
'Goddammit, I knew it' Leon thought.
"What do you mean by our world will be your playground?" " Are you insane?" "OwO" "This guy is crazy" "Playground? This mutant looking guy is insane" Loud chatter sounded around us
"Barry, you shouldn't treat the npcs like that, they still need to give us quest remember" The green haired guy said to Barry
Barry just poke out his tongue with a mischevious expression.
A tall and buff guy from the crowd of peoples walk toward barry with an aggressive face.
"Where in the Odin's beard did you ugly mutant crawl out of huh? Did you came from an abandoned nuclear reactor place or something" The gangster looking man threateningly said.
Some people chuckles at this while others had a feeling that things were about to get real.
"Oh lookie here Brahm, we got a joker here! " Barry laughed with a smile that was not a smile spreaded wide on his face.
"Hey Barry, while I may not like you killing the npcs since they can give quest, I have no qualms with you if you want to kill that guy" Said Brahm, the greem haired guy with a cold face
"Haa? Do you even understand wha-" The gangster like guy didn't get to finish his sentence as his head was smashed by Barry with his bare hand.
Everyone from the crowd including our group widen our eyes in shock and chaos ensued as people tried to get away from this place.
The system suddenly rang out again
[Npc Seal Established]
[Injecting npcs data and knowledge]
[Restricting npcs actions]
Quiet-
The sound of screaming and puking stop as if they were nonexistent. The body of the peoples here froze and they found themselves unable to move, not even a single muscle.
"Uh why did everybody suddenly got quiet and stopped moving?"
Except for Leon thst is.
Leon was baffled by the sudden stillness and quiet that befell his surrounding.
The players, however, was the most shocked ones.
"H-how are you able to still speak and move about? " The red head voiced out the thoughts of all the players present.
'How would I know? I didn't feel anything weird when the system announced the npcs seal was established which I can pretty much guess what it mean by the name.' Leon thought.
But he answered with a short answer as he know what will happen if he gets on their nerves "Um... I don't know? " Answered Leon somewhat hesitantly while putting up an ugly smile.
The system rang out once again.
[Error Detected]
[Unable to implement the Slave Seal into the npc: Leon Kennedy]
[Error 404...system shutting down momentarily]
'Slave seal? Wasn't it called npc seal?' Thought Leon before he felt a massive suction.
Out of nowhere, a human sized black hole appeared behind Leon.
Before anyone could react, Leon was consumed by the black hole and was transported away.
"WAIT, WHAT IS THI-AAAAH" Ringed out Leon's uncompleted sentence after he was sucked into the black hole.
Silence..... The huma- no, the npcs was shocked especially Leon's companion by the sudden turn of event that just played out infront of them.
They were just about to go on a happy double date when this happens, so no one can blame them for being shocked soullessly.
First there was an npc that wasn't restricted in speech or movement. Then a freakimg black hole suddenly appeared and sucked him in.
Not to mention that they were still locked in place, they feel like they're just in a bad dream and if they were able to pinch themselves hard enough, they would woke up.
But they know, subconsciously, that this....all of this is real.
The silence was quickly broken by the Players gasping in disbelief with the expression of watching a 400 pound man doing a triple backflip.
"Well, isn't this quiet interesting" A domineering voice sounded out from the center of the Players
All the Players turn to look at the familiar voice.
Loud clammoring once again started with the domineering voiced man being the topic of discussion.
"Hey isn't that Lord Farquad, the guildmaster of [Rock Porridge?]
"Holy crap, he sure got in early huh, I thought he would've spent more time on the last world of [Sworded Gunner Online]"
Lord Farquad was a tall... thing. He looked different than the rest of them.
Instead of looking like a human with a few added feature, he looked totally demonic and intimidating with his muscular build and standing tall at 8 feet tall. His eyes was blood red and his head is full of long silver hair.
In addition to being a big boi, his skin colour was blue-ish and he got a pair of horn that looks like a goat's horn on his forehead.
'This game might be the most interesting among all the games i have played' Thought Lord Farquad.
He then proceeded to look at the npcs and smiled. "Well time to get leveling"
Just then, the familiar system ring was again heard by everyone
[System back online]
[Programming npcs....done]
[Changing the world terrain... ]
[Done]
The npcs then began to speak in a very excited voice out of nowhere.
"We welcome the arrival of the brave heroes, welcome to our world!" They shouten in unison
Their face is filled with joy as if what they're doing is the highest possible honor they can earn.
If you look deep enough though, you can see the fear and despair hidden deep inside their eyes.

Meanwhile, in another plane of existence....
Plane of Demonic Beasts
A world filled with various types of species with even more types of races of the demonic beast.
This world, on the surface was splitted into 4 massive continent, with each being the size of roughly 10 earth combined.
Between the continent lies a massive ocean that spanned across countless of miles. Even if all 4 continents combined together, it would still only be a tenth of the ocean's size. It was called the [Boundless Ocean]
The 4 continent was split into:
[ Artic Zone]
The Artic Zone is a place where the sun only shine for only a few hours everyday. It snows all year round and some place are hundreds of time colder than subzero
[ Scorching Zone]
The Scorching Zone is a desert filled with life. You might think that it's barren of life but that's not the case as plant that are heat-loving and demonic beast are very common there.
[ Barren Zone]
The Barren Zone or Dead Beast Land. It is filled with ghostly creatures and bone chilling screams can be heard every night which scares all demonic beast except for a few.
[ Chaos Zone]
???
In the Artic Zone, the creatures were living their daily lives when suddenly, a black hole pops up in the sky as a human-like entity falls out from it.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH" A loud shout sounded out in the sky, scaring away all the weak creatures and drawing the big one's attention.
Yes. The human like entity is Leon.
