Chapter 1: down falls the bat

"Sadistic as i may seem." i said while walking across the dark room, slowly, creepily. "All i want is the power to control fear, fear being such a primal emotion after all." a body, my victim sat tied in a chair now flipped on its side, it squirmed as if it knew what was coming, like it knew what my toxin did. "But you know that better than me." my victim could almost scream through the tape on its lips as my toxin-filled the room, it squirmed more, eyes widened, it looked as if it were truly fearful, like they truly though death was upon them. "NOW DON'T YOU" i said as the toxin-filled more, and more of the room. The dark knight entered the room. " your reign of terror is at an end scarecrow." he said with a respirator on his mouth " oh i think it's just begun!!!" i grabbed my pitchfork and wacked his mask, the glass cracked, i saw the panic in his eyes, as he tried throwing a punch, i dodged and he ran into the wall of the dark room. The bat was breathing in the toxin, screaming. "Terror has taken you, HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!" i smiled sadistically satisfied as i left the room. The bat was still on the floor when I left, screaming about bats, and screaming for his parents. Looking back on it he was probably having a nightmare about a flock of bats murdering his parents over, and over, and over again. My smile faded, for i have just taken out my nemesis. "Where do you go when you reach the top," i said as i left the building sealing the rooms entrance before hand. "I know, i'll just go for the rest of the merry little band of prey batman so thoughtfully reminded me of, the justice league."

My thoughts rampant, i had pictures of grandeur going through my head, as i fantasized about every last one of them on the floor screaming, but i digress i'll get to work in the morning.
