It looked identical to a game status panel. After quickly looking over it, Sol was only slightly confused about the [Body] stat. 'This cultivation technique. Is it possible that it even gave me a stronger constitution?' He thought to himself.

Looking at the percentage next to the stat, he assumed it was the mastery percentage of the constitution. After reviewing everything, words couldn't express just how grateful he was for all of this, but it would all be for naught if he simply let it go to nothing.

With a determined look in his eyes, he began to get ready for school. After a few minutes, Sol was on his way to take the biggest test of his life. One that would determine the path potential of his entire life going forward.

Shortly after, he arrived at school, albeit quite late. A few minutes after arriving at his first class, he, along with the entire class, was transported to the large gymnasium. The gymnasium was a separate building altogether. Structurally, it was an enormous glass dome full of several training types of equipment.

On entering the gymnasium, Sol noted that all the equipment was taken out of the building. It was nothing but the clean flat stone ground. Several rows of seats facing forward were placed in the middle with seats facing toward those seats placed on the left and right of the dome as a large, curtained platform presented itself in front of the dome.

Hundreds of students began pouring into the gymnasium, several sitting in the forward-facing seats, but many also decided to stand up. This was the biggest day of their lives. The day that their family had prepared for from their birth. The expectations and pressure on these students' shoulders were astoundingly immense!

Sol chose to sit down.

He was one of the first to come in, so he sat in the first row with a perfect view of the stage in front of him. He could already feel and see the nervous energy in the room. The air even began to feel more humid because of the sweat.

After a few more minutes of waiting, the large red curtains which enclosed the stage finally opened…

Silence spread throughout the crowd of students as anticipation and nervousness situated themselves. On the middle front of the stage was a podium, and a few feet behind it were multiple seats as well, with familiar faces on them.

A flutter of claps suddenly erupted throughout the crowd upon the curtains, fully opening and revealing everyone inside.

The parents of the participants, but of course, not all of them. Only a few high-standing nobles and rich representatives sat with their chests out with smiles of pride on their faces.

These people had spent fortunes on various elixirs, pills, and other forms of equipment to prepare their children for this exam, so they naturally were confident.

After the applause calmed itself, a mythical-esque figure slowly collected out of thin air in front of the podium. An older gentleman whose long white beard nearly reached his abdomen.

He had a large smile on his face, with almost no wrinkles, which contradicted the white beard. His body was also no less defiant, being over 6 feet in stature, with broad shoulders and, clearly, a developed body. He wore a mage's robe with several colorful ores encrusted into it, along with a pair of knights' iron pants that were bronze.

"Young men and women of this valiant academy! Are you ready to take on the challenge of your lives?" The man exclaimed brilliantly, as some sort of sound magic allowed his voice to reach across the entire building.

A roar of yells reverberated throughout the dome at once, showing the immense hype of the students present.

"To wish you luck on this big day are your teachers, mentors, and custodians!" As soon as he said this in his deep but moving voice, all the empty seats that faced the students on the left side were filled with hundreds of teachers at once.

"Along with them are the amazing representatives of other academies who have joined us today to commemorate this grand event!" With this, the row of seats on the right side was also filled mystically.

This show of magic power was simply amazing. Sol noticed some of the faces of the representatives of other schools. They were shocked, and rightfully so. Of course, this school of his wasn't just some pushover, but along with that, it showed its major prowess in magic here today directly due to the reason that others from separate schools were here.

It was almost like common courtesy, but not so courteous. To show off your power in front of your competitors was nothing but a flex, but one that also placed each school's name on the importance list of the other.

After this grand reveal the old man in the middle introduced himself accordingly as the principal of the academy and allowed many other people to speak on behalf of the school to the students as well.

After about an hour or so passed, the principal finally rejoined the podium, marking the beginning of the test!

"Now, we shall move on to the qualification stage of the test. In front of all of you will appear an empty mana crystal. To qualify for the final test, you must place your hand on this crystal and produce a magic grade of above green! The grade you get will directly be shown on this board!" He finally shouted, pointing to the large holographic board to the side of the stage.

Right after he finished speaking, small, rigid, and transparent crystals that were the size of watermelons began appearing in front of everyone's faces. Finally, one appeared in front of Sol as well. It floated in the air, seeming like nothing but a piece of rock. But the fear it arose in the students was nothing short of terrifying.

For Sol, this was even more so the case, since he had never once in his life gotten any results from this dreadful crystal. But now, with a newfound confidence in his soul. He lifted his hand towards the crystal.
