Chapter Fifty-two

The cops tried to trace the call but they couldn't narrow it down. They said it was an out of area call and lacked the data needed for a successful trace. According to them, this psycho knew the ropes and had taken precautions. We carried on with our normal activities but we were all scared shit. Meanwhile, the police took shifts guarding our house and watching our movements. I really prayed hard, if something happened to Bridget this time, I did not think I would be able to take it.
