1 No emotion

Feeling everything was easy. Easier than feeling nothing. To much emotion had burn down her brain, cut her skin, blinded her decision. Like a candle in her last breath, just before someone else blows it out, she shut down. At least now in the big nothing she didn't have to care. The darkness and shadows would leave her alone for a little bit at last.

Sitting in her rocking chair, her green eyes dull from the pain, devoid of light were looking at the multicolored sparks of the city. She didn't turn on the lights in the living room, she just sat there her brown hair floating gently from the wind created by the open window.

Silence. Just silence. It use to scare her so much but now it was like pieces of paradise. In the far right corner of the room in front of her one shadow tremble having enough. Shaking with rage it screamed as if its very existence was fading, bringing her back in her world of nightmare.
