1 Chapter 1: The Beginning

(School bell rings)

Y/N: Finally school ended.

You murmured to yourself just to make sure your teacher doesn't hear what you said. Your maths teacher can be very scary for most students but to you his lecturing is nothing but a nuisance.

F/N: Yo, Y/N. Want to come swing by my house and play the new released game Call Of Armies?

Your best friend for life, F/N. He's been with you since kindergarten till high school. You guys were stuck with each other whether it's good or bad.

Y/N: Sure, if you want me to pump you full of holes.

F/N: Heh, don't think the results would be the same like the past 10 years.

Yes, even after 10 years, F/N still couldn't beat you in a FPS game or any kind of game. You just chuckled at F/N's remarks. You got up your seat and headed straight for the entrance with F/N.

(F/N Home)

F/N: I'm back.

You did the same and the both of you went straight for the living room as the console was placed there.

F/N: Y/N, I need to use the toilet for a while. Go ahead and on the game.

You just gave a thumbs up to F/N who's rushing to the toilet.

Y/N: Well, might as well start it.

You turned the TV and console on, took the controller and sat on the L-shaped cushion. His house isn't luxurious nor by all means it's average. I guess you could say it's somewhere between it.

You putted on the game Call Of Armies and waited for the game to load. Minutes has passed and nothing has changed yet. The screen is still black and F/N is still at the toilet. Seriously, what is he doing there?

Y/N: That's funny, by now I'm pretty sure the game should load up. Maybe I'll give it a good bang.

Although it's never a good idea to smack another person's TV, you can make this an exception because your friend probably wouldn't mind. Maybe...

Anyway, you gave the TV a good pat in the back like the old timers would have done.

Y/N: That should do it.

You went back to the cushion and laid back as you wait for the game to load up. This time the screen went white. Noticing this you started to panic. You got up and vault over the coffee table in front and got closer to it. By the time you got closer to it, the screen emitted a flashing light and blinded you for a moment. The next thing you knew you felt the wind blowing at your body.

Y/N: Am I in heaven?

Your eyes was still shut thanks to the sudden flash of the screen. You opened your eyes slowly and the first thing you saw was...

Y/N: Isn't that the sky? Wait a minute... I'M FALLING?!!!

Again you panicked as you realised you were falling directly from the sky. It's a confirmed death if you were to hit the ground or even water. You looked below to see where were you going to fall.

Y/N: That's a forest isn't it? Either way I'm going to die. Never thought I'd die like this though.

You closed your eyes and waited for the angel to take you to where you belong but what truly happened was you being hit by a few thin branches and landed on something soft.

Y/N: Ow,Ow. I'm definitely going to remember this even in the afterlife. Wait, I'm not dead. Maybe it's thanks to the leaves here...

Before you could finish your sentence, you looked around to see what could have made you survive that fall and what you saw was a girl. With the sight of that you jumped on your 2 feet and checked whether if she was alive or not.

Y/N: I'm sorry for that and are you okay?

She was wearing a fancy dress with a very exotic design to it. She also had black hair, worn up in long pigtails. She showed a little bit of cleavage which made you blush a bit too.

???: Urgh, why do I have to be the cushion for everyone that falls?

She woke up from that impact as if it was nothing. She tapped her dress to take off some of the dirt which was still attached. You were mesmerised by her stunning looks. Although wearing quite the revealing get-up, her cuteness was another reason why your face was red.

???: Listen here, what were you trying to accomplish by falling from the sky?

Y/N: Maybe we should start with an introduction?

Noire: You have a good point. I'm Noire, goddess of Lastation. What's yours?

Y/N: Y/N L/N is the name. Lastation? I've never heard of such place and what do you mean by you're a goddess?

Noire: Wait, what do you mean you don't know what Lastation is?

Y/N: Well, you see...

You explained to her to the best of your ability. I mean, not even you know what's going on.

Noire: I see. You might be teleported from your world to this world.

Y/N: WAIT, WHAT?!

Noire: Shush!

Noire gave some sort of warning to you. It was also at the same moment you hear rustling sounds nearby. What came out of those bushes were agile wolves. They didn't do anything to you two yet but they were circling around the both of you.

Noire: I told you to shut up baka.

Y/N: Who you calling baka?

Out of the three wolves, one jumped at you with its mouth wide open. You caught it by the throat and threw it at a tree.

Noire: I got no choice but to destroy you three.

Noire shined for a moment before turning into someone completely different. This time she had long white hair and she wore a black turtleneck leotard.

Black: Hmph, you messed with wrong person today.

She held a gigantic sword in one hand which made me wonder where did it come from. But now is not the time to be thinking of that. She's handling the wolves as if they were mere slimes until she suddenly reverted back.

Noire: Huh?

???: Hehehe...

The wolf took chance of this confusion and counter attacked Noire. The confused Noire didn't have time to prepare herself thus, leaving her wide open.

Y/N: Like that's going to happen!

I stretched out my right arm and let the wolf took a bite of it instead of Noire. The pain was bearable but that's not the worst case scenario. After it got a bite, it started moving it's head making the wound bigger.

Y/N: Noire! Pass me the sword!

The shocked Noire, listened and passed me her sword. I didn't hesitate to stab the wolf right at the head making it disappear into crystals. The other two wolves fled into 'who knows where'.

Noire: Baka! You could have gotten yourself killed!

Y/N: It's better than letting a cute girl have blood stained all over her.

Noire blushed like mad while you took a look at your right arm that has holes now.

Noire: I-I'll heal your arm just d-drink this.

She passed a bottle that has red water in it.

Y/N: Um, what's this?

Noire: Isn't it obvious? It's a potion baka.

I started to realise she already had a nickname for me and I'm not too happy about it. Better not argue about it now though. I drank the potion and the wound on my hand has magically vanished.

Noire: Now that's settled, how did I suddenly reverted back?

Noire was lost in thoughts. I look around and saw a red stone that looked something like a plus symbol. I brought it close to Noire and suddenly she acted all limp.

Y/N: Maybe this is the cause.

Noire: That's an anti-crystal! Don't bring it near me. I'm weak against it.

You had an idea to tease her but whether it was a good idea or a bad one, you still wanted to try it out. You walked closer to Noire making her fall onto the ground.

Noire: What are you doing?! Get that thing away from me baka!

Y/N: Sure, but in one condition.

You got closer to Noire until you could feel her breath. Noire was slightly scared at what you were going to request.

Y/N: I want you to...

She closed her eyes as if the reaper had come to take her life.

Y/N: Call me by my name, Y/N. Not baka.

Noire: Eh?

Y/N: So what's it going to be?

Noire: Okay, you have a deal.

You happily smiled at yourself and threw the crystal as far as possible away from Noire. You turned around to see Noire with a very deadly aura.

Y/N: This...might be bad...

Noire: So Y/N...was that your idea of teasing me?

She had summoned her sword. The only rational idea that came to mind was to...

Y/N: Run away!

Noire: Come back here! I'll mince you till there's nothing left of you!

???: Dammit...

Lastation Border

Noire: You're faster...than you look...

Y/N: For a girl...I have to say...you're quite the runner...

We were panting our lives out. I'm pretty sure we ran all over the forest as I happen to see different flora and fauna. Now all I see is a city with cheerful people walking around. Some in groups, some in pairs.

Y/N: Where are we?

Noire: This is Lastation. The greatest nation you'll see in Gamindustri.
