"...I want a power to manipulate space and time", said Raizel after a while.

Unfortunately, this kind of powers are categorized as law manipulation and already encroach the realm of gods, and your merits alone are insufficient for me to give you this power. However I have an alternative for you. Instead of directly giving you power of space-time manipulation, I can give you a seed of law that'd contained power to manipulate space-time. Not only this is only require much cheaper merits, you can also slowly adapt and explore the space-time power by yourself. After all, power that you acquire by yourself is much better than power that'd given to you by others, right~", said World God looking satisfied.

If you manage to completely comprehended law of blood, it was possible for you to become a full fledge god even if that required several thousands of years", World God suddenly have a serious countenance.

"However, even as a demigod you still had to be forced to hundreds years of slumber because overusing your power, and when you woke up you were battling numerous foes using your blood power before eventually fallen, not because you were defeated, but because you depleted your lifespan. You can make excuse that you die because your power need your lifespan as the fuel, but actually the reason you die was not because of your power, but because of your ignorance", said World God with a hint of sneer.

"Yes, your ignorance. Do you really think that your power need your lifespan as the price? Wrong!! I said it before that your power already contained a hint of law of blood. Even if it was merely a hint, do you really think a mortal like you capable to handle the power of law without consequences? Sure, you were a highest noble that'd already experienced more than two thousand years of life. In that long span of your life you were unintentionally managed to touched the law of blood. You even keep training and refining your blood manipulation ability to the perfections. Up to this point there was nothing wrong with your actions. However, do you really think your physique was capable to contain the power of law? In the times you were perfecting your blood ability, you completely neglected your own physique. I admit that thanks to your blood ability, your physique was much stronger than mortal. However your physique strength was merely side effect of your blood ability. It was far from enough as container of the power of law"

".....in other word, if I train my body to the point of strong enough to contain my blood ability, I will be able to use my power freely without overusing my lifespan?", said Raizel as if he reach enlightments.

"Bingo! Of course you'll still use a few of your lifespan each time you use your power since technically you're still a mortal trying to use the power of law, however the side effect will be very small to the point of negligible. At least it is much better compare to your past life when you use quite a bit of lifespan each time you use your power. Not to mention in this life you'll also be able to manipulate power of time that's capable to negate the side effect of your blood ability. Though It will require much training in order for you to reach the point when you'll be able to manipulate lifespan using power of time"

"....i see. Thank you for your guidance", said Raizel while bowing.

This time Raizel sincerely thanks the World God since he was given a valuable lessons in using his powers, though he also thanks the World God for giving him a second chance.

"Ummhh, it's good that you understand. Here, I'll plant the seed of space-time laws in your mindspace"

World God pointed his finger to Raizel's forehead and a wisp of light suddenly enter his head.

Suddenly Raizel feel that there were some kind of space formed inside his mind, and in the middle of it there was a seed with unknown exquisite runes carved on its surface.

When Raizel stared at this runes, he feel that he'll be able to comprehended law of space-time bit by bit as long he keep meditating with it inside his mind for a long time.

"Alright, snap out of it boy. You can meditate using seed of laws when you already arrive at your new world. Honestly the effect was much better if this seed was planted inside your dantian, however your dantian already filled with law of blood so this will do. I'll give you an advice. If you intend to reach godhood by comprehended law of blood, space, and time, it will be very very difficult", said World God with grave expression.

In order to reach godhood by this two laws I need to suffer untold hardships and sufferings, while I brushed with death numerous times. However once I reach godhood I became a god that was almost invincible within my realms, after all it was quite rare for a god to reach godhood by relying on more than one law. As for you, if you manage to reach godhood by fully comprehended 3 laws, you'll no doubt become a sovereign among gods. Enough about that, anyway it is still very long way for you to think about godhood, though I want you to think this through someday, wether you want to reach godhood by using law of blood alone or using 3 laws of blood, space, and time"

All this talking about gods and laws were quite distant for Raizel currently so he could only nod his head. He'll think this through again someday when he already reach the apex of mortal realm.
